Love mostly everything about this store besides the fact that both times I came into the boutique store I feel like they lack the customer mostly by the younger workers maybe I’m wrong but I just never get offered help just get followed around and side eyed. Or even when I did ask for help it felt low effort. Idk maybe I’m overlooking it. I don’t feel like that even when I go into any other store or the rest of the store just the boutique and they have cute stuff but the lack of customer service makes me feel out of place.

This is a combination liquor store and farm store. When you walk into the farm store in the back is the typical clothing, jelly, sauces, sauces and odds and ends you would normally find. The front of the store has a gun shop and a hardware and feed area.The liquor store is well stocked with low end as well as high end choices in alcohol..

This is a great general store it has all you need to fix, build, feed, grow and much more like fishing tackle and hunting gear. The employees are awesome very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this store.

Excellent customer service. Decent price on feed. Better section on chicken feeders and water containers than TSC. I have been here several times, and each time I walk out with some new live stock from turkeys, guineas, chickens or rabbits.

Honestly I love the boutique but I’m not really compelled to go back. I went in on two separate occasions and the ladies working were less than welcoming. They made the whole mood of the store just depressing and when you want to check out don’t worry they will take their sweet time getting off their phones to acknowledge you and ignore you when you tell them to have a good day. It’s honestly just the least hospitable place I’ve been for a boutique. But I did get a cute shirt.

I purchased 6 bag of mid south extruder pellets and the 1st 3 had bugs in them. I ask for them to replace them for another type of feed and they wont replace the ones I already opened. This is poor customer service. I will not go back to them again.

Had a Grand Ole Time shopping here! Bought everything from a brand new solidly built Tiffany-Blue-colored cooler, to local organic honey, to an adorable doggy bed, to even 12 bags of corn. A must shop place for sure!

We visit this store twice monthly on our way from Odum to Hinesville for purchases. This is normally a five star visit.This is the only visit we had a return. We bought three bags of corn on the cob.They were placed in the back of the SUV from storage outside. We asked for bags from inside and we’re told they were all the same. When we got home 30 minutes later, the SUV was full of beetles.We called, explained the situation and threw the corn away to avoid any further spread of the beetles.We returned today for the refund with receipt. Laney (person in charge) refused the refund.$30 is not the end of the world but it is $30. More than anything else, it leaves a very sour taste considering future purchases.Update to sellers response: We responded per your associates guidance on our phone call. A receipt was produced.In addition, we purchased “five” bags of dog food today and was “ordering more”.No apology was given, only a sour attitude as though we were trying to take something.WOW!!! A $30 refund, over a customer spending considerably more today, on top of past, and potential future purchases.

I always like going to this store cause it’s a unique experience. They have a lot of stuff and the staff is always friendly. I’ve never had a problem there. I always look out for the cat that lives there so I can pet him, he’s super friendly and he makes me forget that I’m in a store.

I purchased what I thought were two pullets 2 weeks ago. I told the lady at the register and the two young men who caught the chickens that I needed pullets and that I am not allowed to have any roosters since it was against city ordinances. I also stated that I would wanted a refund or an exchange if they gave me a rooster. At no given time did anyone tell me that they had a no exchange or money back policy. Today, I found out that one of the chickens they sold me is a rooster. So I called and told them that I would like to return the rooster that supposed to have been a pullet and either get my money back or get a pullet. I was told they can not tell them apart and the only thing they can do for me is that they allow me to surrender the rooster to them. Excuse me so you can resale him and get double paid. Why are you selling livestock if you can’t tell pullets from roosters. I understand that there are breeds that are straight runs but not lavender orphans. Never will I buy anything from them again.

Usually I have a good experience here. Today I could tell that the girl sitting on the stool behind the counter was annoyed with me being there. I guess she was deep into something on the phone she was hunched over. There are other places to get the items I need. I guess I will be going there since a phone is more important than a customer.

It's a very nice store, employees very welcoming when you enter. Good variety of items to include riffles and hand guns. Need to take better care of the vegetables and plants that they sell they are dead from not being watered regularly. If your gonna sell dead vegetables and plants then you need to mark them down from the original price.

Oh my goodness I love this store so much, I can't find enough good things to say about it!! I have GOT to stop going and I have DEFINITELY got to stop taking my teenage twins &my granddaughter with me!!! The employees are always great! Huge selection of almost anything you could be looking for AND their prices are excellent!! My family and I can(& do!!) spend way too much time here. Whether your looking for yourself or for someone else, between the boutique clothes, toys, flowers, sporting goods, paint, pet supplies, hardware, all of the animals and lots more there is literally something here for everyone so you are bound to find exactly what you came for(&if your like me, plenty you didn't)! Thank you Jeff and Julie and all of the employees for a great experience and a wonderful place to shop!!

Local shopper of the area for about four years, and this was our first time going to the General store, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The store is pleasantly decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere! Our four year old son had so much fun in the little Ranch area looking at the animals, and my husband and I found everything we needed, plus more! We would rather shop here any day, price isn’t a factor, because the staff is amazing, our son had fun, and we feel great knowing we supported a family business. 10/10 recommend to all locals and visitors!

I ran into this store on the way through town. I live the next county over. When I walked in, I was greeted politely, and the products just jumped out at me. There was something that I liked everywhere I looked!!! I could’ve looked for hours there, but I was in a rush to be somewhere. We will definitely be back when we have more time. It felt welcoming like home, must be local family owned. Thank you for your southern hospitality and great prices on everything.
