A big shout out to Eva, the store manager at the Hiawassee GA location. I brought in a FedEx package but only had the label on my phone. Eva went out of her way to help me by asking me to leave the package and she would continue to try to receive the emailed label for printing. Walgreens does not offer printing and we were having trouble getting this label to print. But Eva understood my concerns and showed some exemplary old school customer service and resolved my problem. Thanks Eva!Hey FedEx, if you are going to have pickup and dropoff service at Walgreens, why not equip them with a scanner and label maker?

Very friendly. Clean well stocked store. The check out is usually slow. Not somewhere I'd go if I was in a rush. But the cashiers are well trained and friendly.

Walgreens in Hiawassee Georgia has the BEST Pharmacy Staff I have ever experienced! They are quick and very friendly! I have never had a problem and I’ve been going to them for the past 3 or 4 years! Always Extremely Satisfied!

Always a friendly and helpful place, I’m a manager, I should know. One lady in particular helped me on a rather large purchase (Deborah), saves me $30 with my customer rewards number and gave me an additional coupon which gave me $16 off my next purchase. She also took the time to explain to me the whole program and for that I am grateful! Thanks for being customer centric!!

Never have prescriptions on time but the automated texting/calling reminder system still notifies you as if they were. Medications are horribly overpriced unless you have a discount card or Walgreens membership, which they charge you for as well. Employees are friendly and try their best with what they have but it doesn't help much when the system in place is incompetent. No wonder so many Walgreens stores closed if this is how they were ran!!!

Shout out to Paul for great customer service. I was in desperate need of medicine.I had a bursitis attack & couldn’t function from the pain. I needed a prescription from Florida. They were about to close & he came through w/ the meds. I’m able to enjoy the remainder of my stay here in Hiawassee,Ga. Thank you!😘

I only like going into Walgreen's when Jason or Debbie is working..to get my prescriptions...The others behind the counter are not as friendly and they act like they are clueless when it comes to your prescriptions....I feel that Jason and Debbie go out of their way to help you and explain things to you...Maybe the other people in the pharmacy can learn something from Jason and Debbie...might be helpful....!!!!

Good selection of products. Photo center, and pharmacy. The prices are the biggest negative, you pay for the convenience. More expensive than Ingles on many things. Walgreens accepts Care Credit.

I have not had the same experience as the bad reviews, my prescriptions are always filled promptly and I get much more personal care and attention from pharmacist than I ever have in metro Atlanta pharmacies.

Was checking out this morning with several items, all of which were on sale. They all incorrectly rang up as full price, and the cashier insisted that I walk her to each item in the store to show her the sale tag. So watch out, they’ll overcharge you for everything. Thanks for wasting my and everyone else in line’s time!!!

Prescriptions are never ready on time! It's just taking 30 pills out of one big bulk bottle from China and putting them in another bottle! They are not compounding meds back there!

Prescriptions are never ready on time, not stretching the truth! Don't need more staff, just people that process orders more quickly. People are very friendly but inefficient.
