The NEW store Manager is amazing! I can tell the store is under new control. Employees laughing with customers and new Store Manager. Atmosphere is completely different from the last time I went in. Jaylan and Jasmine always so polite and eager to help and always smiling. Store is looking better and better! Thank you Dollar Tree for getting rid of the old goat!

I shopped at this Dollar Tree today and have to say it was the most organized and cleanest Dollar Tree I have ever been in! It was well stocked and nothing out of place! The floors and all the areas were clean. I have worked in retail before and feel the manager plays a big part in how the store is run, so I want to congratulate them on a great job in making that store what it should be and also having the right employees for the job. The headquarters of Dollar Tree stores should come to this store and send their potential employees here, to observe how a store should be run, stocked and cleaned!! It was a pleasure to spend my money here!

Love this store!! Not so much for the best merchandise but the employees here are the best! You will always be greater with a smile. They are hiring new staff & getting shelves stocked so maybe this will help with merchandise.

This is one of the best Dollar Tree Stores you will find. I had a large order and they were super helpful. Always nice no matter how many times we called or went by to pick stuff up. I had a huge order of plates and goblets. They helped me load it all and told me if there were any problems to please let them know. Always well stocked. I just can't say enough good things about them. It's good to know that I can depend on them to be there for whatever I need.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My 80+ year old Grandmother was bullied and verbally attacked here by the staff. They claimed that she purposefully knocked over a shelf when it was a worker there. Now keep in mind my Grandmother is like only 5'1" and less than 120lbs. She is very feeble and frail. Every person in that store was very rude and insulting to her. Nothing has been done about this incident still today and this happened last year! Keep in mind if you shop here you are supporting hypocritical staff.

Right now I have to left the store 7:14 PM without buying my groceries and stuff they only have one cashier and a very huge line. I am wondering where are the manager at the store and the other employees? Poor man. Also how bad is the parking without lights . Very dangerous.

Love this store! Every single employee is friendly and always smiling 🙂 it’s always super clean and organized, and I never leave without tons more than I went in for lol I definitely give every employee 5 stars, but I would especially like to shout out the two young ladies that are always there in the late evening...so sweet and ALWAYS busy! Even when they’re stocking shelves, I’ve never been made to wait when I’m ready to check out. And I don’t even want to think about how many times I’ve left my phone in the buggy and they’ve rescued it and held on to it until I realized I didn’t have it and went back. 🙄 great job y’all!! Thanks to ALL of the Dollar 🌲 crew for being so awesome!!!!

Excellent customer service operations manager always on spot, she takes pride in her customers, her job, and her fellow employees. Very clean store always stocked, always have what I need. I have never heard a customer have any crosswords about the store or the employees. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Update 3/30/23: This is still a well organized and clean store. It puts the rest of the stores in the Metro Atlanta area to shame. Keep up the good work! I enjoy shopping here when in Hiawassee.**************One of THE best organized Dollartrees I have ever seen. Nothing is out of place. Employees are constantly restocking. ALL Dollartrees should look this way. Congrats!!

This is a great store! There is a huge variety of items one may need including frozen foods and all items are $1. I bought an excellent knee brace here for $1 and it was better than one I paid $10 for at a pharmacy. The only complaint I have about this particular store is that the employees were not wearing masks. I'm not sure of there was a sign on the door that masks were required, but most people were not wearing one. Not good.

Although quality might not be in the selection for a dollar - there are plenty of great items to choose! Quick, easy shopping and always a pleasant experience at each location visited. Discovered a fantastic find today in frozen fruit, much cheaper than other stores and this time quality is equally good.

Is it wonderful place to shop everything's in its place everything is put up from the owls to make it easier to walk through. They have a lot of Christmas wrapping paper Christmas decorations greeting cards a lot of wonderful things at the store I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a store to get some late little gift or even Christmas decorations

Wonderful! The cashier was stocking shelves as well as running the register. She was doing a great job keeping up! She had Beautiful,full,curly hair. Very sweet! ☺️

This is the best dollar tree I've ever shopped in. The isles were stocked up on merchandise. I found items that I have not been able to get at any other dollar tree. The staff was helpful and friendly and everything was clean and sanitized.

They don't accept returns. We literally walked in the store bought it left for 20 minutes called before we went in and asked if they did returns she said yes. Well they don't. U get store credit and that's it. Super unhappy with dollar tree
