I always use the self checkout because it is faster. For the last few months I have noticed that every time I am checking out 2 or 3 cashier's are hovering over the register I am using. Today I was actually asked for my receipt and the items that they were checking for were clearly displayedSince I am an employee also, a bit of advice for those associates at store 2465 would be, "Don't be so obvious when you are trying to catch a customer skip bagging " We know what you are doing when you gather around the register. You need to be monitoring and using your handheld device. After all it clearly shows you what is in the grocery cart.

Nice and clean, well stocked and friendly workers. There was a customer acting very "sketchy" but the front end staff seemed to be aware and observing as things developed.

I'm not pleased with the Customer service I receive at this Neighborhood Walmart. Only a few associates are friendly and helpful. Most are rude and disrespectful. Especially, the ones during the early morning hours. I only go through the Self Serve Cashier. And, I still encounter disrespectful associates when I have a price discrepancy. Training won't help these employees. They're brought up this way!!!

Please teach your customer service reps. how to answer the phone when someone calls. I'm not saying they have to be talkative, but they don't have to sound like they have an attitude problem. I almost said a few choice words, but it wouldn't do any good so I just hung up and called another location( I would give zero starts if I could.)

Honestly the chillest walmart I've had the pleasure of going to for the last 4 years. Sometimes it gets crowded at the self-checkout line, and it's understandable because they only have one self-checkout area. But besides that, they always have what I need and restock it when it's gone in a few days. (They haven't restocked the cherry and raspberry chocolate yopalts yet tho, I've been needed them for weeks now!! What's taking them so long?! > <)

You guys need to fix your debit /credit card machines everytime i go into this store I have problems a simple trip to the grocery store turns into a 30 minute insert debit ,swipe ,manually putting your card number in trip undated your systems.

This is the most friendly and stocked Walmart in Augusta Waynesboro area. I've shopped here 3 times, and each of the workers we're friendly and helpful. Im making this store my Walmart even though I have to drive 27 miles to get there. Thanks again for the kindness.

Cudos to night shift stocker for finding my keys and evening shift as well they acted promptly and helped me and when I say they I mean every single employee helped me out.even text me when I was asleep to tell me they have my keys.awsome job cudos to a great manager with such outstanding employees.they treat me excellent every time I am in there never a complaints.

I placed a order for delivery and I got a notification that it was attempted, and it wasn’t and it was charged to my Credit Card and after 11 calls and not refunded or the groceries ten hours the first day and on day two

This store tried to fraudulently charge me an outrageous amount for an item they could not produce after checking my bags as if I were liar about the charge. Thank God I thought to use my credit card instead of my debit--it instantly declined the purchase as fraud. Manager begrudgingly took the made-up charge off of my ticket. No apologies for the inconvenience or their mistake. Will never shop here again.

The shelves are stocked well but customer service at self checkout is non existent, the employees stationed at self checkout are no help at all!!! They are either on their phone engaging in personal calls, and very rude and cavalier when help is needed. They are NOT friendly or even polite but deliberately avoid assisting customer by walking away when help is asked for, they are just occupying space, this is not the case at all Walmart stores but definitely at the Windsor Spring Road location!!!!!

There is a young gentleman by the name of Jakobe that pulls the carts. It was drizzling while we were loading our groceries he helped us load them and took our cart. That amount of customer service isn't seen anymore and he should be recognized I'm trying to find every way to get someone to tell this young man how amazing he is and that he should be proud because his manners and work is not unnoticed. Don't loose him Wal-Mart or I will steal him as an employee!

This is one of the 3 walmarts that I frequently shop at and This one is a very good place to shop for groceries. Workers are supposed to greet customers but they don't always especially the ones putting up stock and trying to ask a question only for a person to get rude because they had to take a second to listen and speak. Parking lot associates are mostly playing around all the guys huddled up together goofing off besides cleaning buggies in the parking lot. Three guys at this store at one time; to where other Walmarts that are bigger and or do as much or more business have less parking lot associates to clear the buggies... Go figure there.

If you’re a veteran looking for employment don’t bother. Bob will not hire you. I applied last month for employment at the Hephzibah Walmart. I had a referral. I have cashier experience and I served my country. Bob never returned my calls. Just straight up ignore me and I even went up there to speak to him. Never available! So I gave up calling and wasting gas up there to speak to him. I was better off talking to Ashley of Jasmine.

Always a pleasant visit. The cashiers I encounter each visit are very customer friendly and are eager to solve any problem if an issue occur. Today's visit was a quick in and out for last minute things. Even the check out service was rapid with the cashier. I love it!

It is very close to my house, is the most economical grocer near me. I would have given 4 stars, but they are out of a lot of things with the corona virus. 12/18/22 Okay I am editing my review and taking away a star. I have been avoiding this store in the past year due to their prices going up just like or even higher on some products than better stores with more helpful and courteous employees. I was just insulted by a nasty checker named Sandy. She tole me that my coupon was bad (I review for Walmart and they sent it to me) Then she tells me "it's okay, it's okay now it came off" Then she tells me my credit card didn't work and I said "yeah since the new" that is as far as I got, she cut me off and said "it's okay now, the system is overloaded" I started to say something and she says "I said the system is overloaded, here you go" and stuck the receipt at me. I could see the lady behind me and her eyes got big ins amazement. I said "I have been dismissed" and left the store. Rude Rude Rude!!

One of the workers a white older male told my son to leave the store because he didn't like what he had on.... wow really didn't think something like this would happen to me... this really disturbing to know its still people like this out here. All this because he had on all black. I wish they close all these Walmart down.

The pharmacy definitely is off key! I have called them continuously and requested a store manager and needless to say, nothing was done about anyone answering the phone! I wouldn't recommend their pharmacy for your medication. You may not have it in time. If you can do the mail order, do so!

Today was my first time in Walmart the lady behind the counter and the young man that went in the back to get my order gave me outstanding service. And to top it all he gave me great tips on how to pick up my orders even quicker by driving around the side of the building showing my ID and barcode. We really need more people like the two of them. Great teamwork you two, keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do

I placed order on line for pick up. It was correct and they brought it out quickly. Very nice person loaded my order into the car. I also had to purchase a couple of items in addition to my on line order so I went into the store. It was clean. Helpful stockers. And check out was a breeze. I like this wal mart.

Very convenient for my grocery pickup. However, I have had issues approximately three times, where I've had all of my refrigerator and freezer food left at the store and had to return to pick it up. Two times I have ordered items that, I was asked was a substitution okay, confirmed it and still didn't receive it. This is frustrating when you live far out and you get all the way home, you call them back and let them know and I don't do anything to make any compensation for your inconvenience!
