Sorry for what happened on Wednesday and Thursday. The store handles getting my medication a little inconvenient. Hopefully, it will get better when they have another system down. Other than that, it's an okay drugstore . Will go again

I am absolutely so disappointed with this walgreens pharmacy. I kick myself in the butt every time I use them. This time . They said my prescription 3 hours before my medication would be ready. There is absolutely no reason it should take 3 hours for children antibiotics to be ready. You don't even add the water to the powder until we get there to pick it up.

System has been down for 2 days, nothing sent out, and other Walgreens can't pull medications if they are controlled substances. Only advice is to try to contact your provider on a Friday afternoon or go to the ER.

The pharmacy sucks at this location. They are slow as molasses. The lines are always wrapped around the building and inside the store. The phone wait times are even longer!!! The reason I gave 4 stars is because of Michael, their front store clerk that works evening shift. He is amazing. Very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any situation. His customer service is top tier!!!

I’m pregnant and me and my boyfriend are sick. We took rapid test to see if it’s Covid/flu and the pharmacist who administered the test was really nice. However, 3 hours later we still didn’t get the result so I try calling and the front lady hung up in my face 3 times. Very unprofessional and rude, we ended up having Covid and that’s dangerous especially when pregnant. I wish they had more manners

I had a very bad experience, I had 2 items from the clearance with 99¢ sticker price on each ., sales clerk stated that was the wrong price and pushed them to the right ..flat out told me I couldnt get them. So I will talk to a manager.

The store itself is nice but I do NOT recommend this pharmacy. It always takes a long time for someone to acknowledge you or come to the counter. Service is slow and not friendly. In the drive through line, I have had a lady sit on the other side of the window and not address me at all for 5 minutes. I understand being in the middle of something and even a "I'll be with you in a minute" would have been great! Today after waiting in line for 30 mins for 2 cars, the lady told me they didn't have my prescription (on automatic refill) and they would have to order it and was not sure when it would come in and I could check back sometime. Monthly necessary medication that was not available nor ordered at a chain Pharmacy. Definitely do not recommend using this pharmacy.

I’ve been to this Walgreens pharmacy twice now. Staff has been friendly and helpful so far. It just takes a while until they finish preparing my prescriptions- around 1.5-2 hours, which I find pretty long. I also made one call so far and they did answer the phone quickly and were helpful too.

Theres a guy at the Tobacco Rd. Location is amazing. Anybody else would've kicked me out the store because I didn't no how to operate my phone to print documents or pictures. Micheal Bennett was very patient, nice, helpful, and smiled all the way through. What a great guy! I wish him all the best in life. Keep Smiling!!!!

Always greeting when entering the store. Friendly and striving to give good customer service. Khalia and Mr Ray were patient and kind with a difficult customer and provided completed service in the pharmacy. The gentleman at front desk always smiling and great customer service.

The Tabacco Road location is much closer to my home. But it is sad when I am placed on hold and told that there is one person ahead of me and your staff picks up the phone 3 times and puts me on hold again without the courtesy of asking me if I can continue to holdWith the exception on one lady in the pharmacy they have the worse customer Service skills. It's really sad when you hear their voices and they just put you on hold. It's sad. Send your staff to Chick-fil-A for customer service training.

It is the most frustrating dealing with this location’s pharmacy. Any time you call, you will spend close to 30 minutes listening to employees pick up the phone and put you back on hold. I wish I could find a pharmacy closer that takes my insurance. Half of the time, the employees are rude. Just very unprofessional and hard to handle when you rely on your medications to live your life.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Literally, no ONE answers the phone. EVER. Call when they first open? No answer. Call before their lunch? No answer. Call after lunch? No answer. Call before closing? No answer. Literally NO ANSWERS. EVER. Unless you've got a literal 30 minutes to waste listening to the awful hold music. The automatic system gives you an option to mute the music, but then the workers ANSWER THE PHONE AND PUT IT BACK ON HOLD. I can't even with any of y'all at this store.

Two days ago I was double charged for my prescription. When I went back to the pharmacy to speak with someone about the double charge, nobody was at the counter. I waited about five minutes before looking toward the back and saying excuse me when I seen three people back there. Two people looked at me then completely ignored me. The third person looked over his shoulder and rolled his eyes before turning back to do whatever he was doing (he looked like he was just standing there but I cannot be for certain) I immediately went to the night manager and expressed my concerns. I understand the pharmacy is busy but there is no reason to be so disrespectful towards customers. I ended up transferring all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens after 20 years of going there for all my prescriptions.Another instance with the store today, I went to the store to purchase 4 tide laundry detergents. I was charged for 5. This store is apparently in the business of screwing people over. I have over $30 in charges that need to be refunded. Will not be returning to this location and peach orchard is just as bad if not worse. The walgreens locations on the south side of augusta are horrible.I visit the locations on washington road and wrightsboro rd. I have never had any issues with any of those locations.

I wish there was a half star rating but then again they don't even deserve that. How or why is it hard to answer the phone for just one simple question. Only reason I'm staying on the phone because my son really needs this antibiotic. First you hear the elevator music then it rings. Then goes back to the elevator music. So now having to cut my visit short with my family I have to make sure I make it to the pharmacy to even see if the medicine is ready. 😡😡😡😡

I arrived at 2: 20 pm with my completed paperwork for my scheduled appointment for 2:30 for my COVID-19 vaccination. I could write a novel with a lot of shenanigans, but the pharmacy tech, she was very unsensitive to me and a older couple that was a scheduled head of me and arrived before me. I waited for 45 mins before I left to see every other person that was called to get their vaccination that arrived after me and had to fill out paperwork were seen before me and the couple that was there before me. I asked to see a manager that was paged twice and I was told there were two managers there that day never came for the 9 mins I waited. Customer service is no longer a priority.

Went online to schedule a Covid test for travel next week. Got an appt confirmation at 5am just to arrive at 10:30 and be told the machine to test is down indefinitely. Would have been nice if someone would have notified me. Instead I’m told to ‘call two hours from now and see if it’s working’. Unprofessional as hell.

I had changed from CVS because of service issues and thought Walgreens would be my better choice. I was totally wrong. They are just as bad. I went to pick up my prescriptions Wednesday and gave them time to have it done. The lady at the window said my order was not yet complete. She told me to come back in 30 mins. I could not come back. I am hoping to return today. I have 2 insurance's and they do not always run both and that is another problem. The drive thru window is suppose to be for pick up and most people come up and just sit there for 15- 30 min. Just got off the phone with pharmacy and going to pick up my med's. I really hope Walgreen's corporate office will fix these issue's.

The pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly. Be prepared to wait, since the pharmacy line seems to have gotten longer, probably due to Covid issues (vaccines, etc.). I can find most items I'm looking for within reason. Even though it's not perfect, it's much better than another local Walgreens I used to go to.

THE AFTERNOON STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I’ve called multiple times about a prescription and instead of asking you to hold, they pick up the phone repeatedly without saying a word and place you back in the queue!! Now you’re on hold for 20-30 minutes and each time you hear them pick up the phone and place you back on hold. This is so unprofessional I don’t know who manages the afternoon/evening crew but they are doing a terrible job and the staff needs to be handled because that’s not how you handle a customer! And this has happened EVERY TIME I called in the afternoon/evening

The staff here is very friendly and always greets me when I walk in. It can take bit at the pharmacy but that is about par for the course in the area. The store looks really nice and has everything you expect a Walgreens to have. In my opinion it's one of the better locations in the local area.

My prescriptions are never ready when I come to this location. My last prescription was lost and I have to wait over 30 minutes for them to locate it after telling me they did not have it. This time I came to pick up a prescription and was told it’ll be ready in 15 minutes so I returned back in 20 minutes to give them extra time. Once I arrived back to pick it up they told me it was just now being printed and I hate to wait another 15-20. This is such an inconvenience. I am trying not to vomit as I type right now. I don’t understand it. I need my medicine! In a timely manner now whenever you feel like it.

Pharmacy is EXTREMELY SLOW! No one is courteous, especially when you have to wait FOREVER! I get upset every time I have to fill or pick up a prescription. Definitely taking my business to Walmart pharmacy.

This is an absolutely horrible walgreens! I have never had some awful service! No-one greets you and the pharmacy is awful rudeeee and verryyyy slow they never answer the phone nor even try to even care to service your needs. I will NEVER use this walgreens again.

Had to get my booster shot and wow, it was super quick. Didn’t need an appointment and was done in 10 minutes. That’s including waiting for 5 other people to get shots.
