Postal man refuses to leave my packages on the back door and keeps driving through my grass. Since I made complaints, he refuses to deliver any packages and I have to pick them up from this office now. Tried calling, but no answer. I've never had this much trouble with mail before. UPS and FEDEX had always been able to deliver my packages to the back door and I never had to even ask them. The back porch is covered and the front is not. It is the only reason I want them delivered back there. At one time the postal man just sat the packages at the corner of my house and left them there and it was raining so they got wet. So unprofessional and rude. I have been nice about everything and even placed signs up. I haven't even been given an explanation of why he can't do it, it's the same distance as the front door and easy access.

This is the worst post office ever! They will say they didn't have access to deliver your packages even though there is nothing and I mean absolutely nothing stopping them from delivering. They don't want to walk up to your door which is absurd! This has happened a multitude of times. This post office needs to be SHUT DOWN! I see why the rating is a 2.0. That's from 113 reviews. They are horrible.

I haven't received my mail in months. Yep. Months. My car is close to my mailbox, to a point where a USPS driver can't just drive up to it and put in the mail. (They MAY be able to... but it's tight) It's broken down, not IN FRONT of the mailbox, but CLOSE to the mailbox....but because they have to walk out of their mail truck, maybe taking an extra 1 second, they will not deliver my mail.I can't fix it until April (engine recall - it has to sit there until then) They have never left a "come pick up your mail" slip. When I have gone to the physical Hephzibah Post Office to pick up my mail, they will not let me, because the mail deliverers have NEVER left a slip. They apparently just hold onto all my mail and throw it out. I don't get bills, family letters, nothing. Because nobody on either side, delivery or in-house, does their job. The fact that I can't even pick up my mail, after giving my address and explaining the situation, is preposterous. They are giving me NO options. They make me want to MOVE. Horrible. One of the ladies in the post office even told me that they should be leaving a mail slip every time to come pick up mail. Where is the accountability here?

Post office delivered a package to my porch while I was in my front yard. Spoke with carrier but stayed back bc I was walking my pup. How about the carrier then DRIVES to my mailbox (on the main road) and puts ANOTHER package in it along with my other mail. 🤷‍♀️Make it make sense. 🤦‍♀️By far the worst post office I've ever encountered in my entire life.

I always have a terrible experience with not only with postal delivery but also with the staff in the post office. I encourage everyone to just file a complaint with the Post Master General in Atlanta! They are so helpful and they even contacted me by phone to apologize for the subpar customer service. How was “Delivery attempted at 1pm” but there’s not a trace of a postal worker on any of my house cameras??? But 2 smaller packages were left in my mail boxes? And 2 larger packages were left on my doorstep the day before? You have to pass my house to leave the neighborhood, it’s ridiculous. Wish I could leave no stars.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This branch is lazy, unprofessional liars. I'm an OTR TRUCK driver and I've come home only to see several packages were not delivered that showed as delivered weeks ago. When I call nobody answers. I went up there and the girl response to my query on my missing packages was, "just check your mail" 😔 I have had to go to the DMV and get my license 5 different times because they keep saying because I haven't checked my mail box they sent it back and they keep putting a vacancy slip in my mailbox. I have 2 ppl that checks my mail for me so there's no need to keep returning my mail. They marked my package delivered when it wasn't and I had to submit a service request to get any results.

Absolute worst post office ever. They can never deliver packages we have literally added our names, address, and details on the outside and inside of our mailbox. everything you can put on a mailbox plus some. It is like paint my numbers for them. We either get wrong address, not deliverable or just stolen/missing. Barbara is no help at the post office she never calls you back. They are rude and confused. They will drive through my gate go to my porch all to leave it out in the rain. They are lazy and I am sick of not getting any of my mail or packages because they decide they want it or just ride past my mailbox and lose it. Also don’t bother calling they will never answer the phone because they know it’s people looking for the mail they haven’t received.

On April 22 my $85 package was delivered to the wrong address because the carrier said we both had the same first name? I have contacted the supervisor Barbara to get my money back, which she agreed whole heartily. Now she won't return calls or neither will the so-called postmaster. The USPS main numbers are a joke. I'm contacting the local news and have them look into why o can't get my money back because of their ignorance.

We are suppose to have a package that it said was delivered Thursday it’s Saturday and still not package. Tried to call no one will answer. The same thing happened last weekend where my wife got an email saying her packages are delivered that Saturday and Sunday but they didn’t show up till Monday. I don’t know if they are doing this so they don’t look bad to Amazon or other retailers but if I was to do this at my job I would be fired. I understand it’s the busy season but don’t put that my packages are delivered knowing good and well there are not. This is just lazy and unacceptable. But they will never be held accountable and it makes me sick.

I've been calling for two days & no one answers. I came by on November 28th to pick up my package due to tracking saying pick up at location. I was told when i went to pick it up that the carrier did not come in to work and they couldn't tell me if it was package or not that they placed it as pick up to stop tracking. The front desk guy goes to look in the back but comes back and says its too much mail he can't go through it he's the only one working. Then i got an email saying delivered at 7:46pm last night but i don't have anything. Who is delivering mail that late? No one is answering and i need my package

This post office doesn't deserve one star. This post office needs to be looked into by the BBB. I've been dealing with a mail carrier whom has been leaving my mailbox open for the last 2 weeks on purpose. I've called 5-10 times back to back to report the carrier but no one is answering the phone. They'll lie about attempting to deliver packages but never do then we'll have to ride all the way to Hephzibah to pick it up. I'm not sure who they're hiring to deliver mail but if something doesn't be done about this soon I'm contacting EVERYONE that can handle the problems that's going on at this Hephzibah post office. Just ridiculous and sad!! 😡

I think this is THE WORST post office in the area. They compulsively lie about not being able to deliver packages when they never attempted. I've watched them drive by and send message they are unable to deliver. They stole my package and lied about it. They open my packages..I suppose to determine if they want it or not...before delivering. I hate having to have anything delivered by them because it's ALWAYS an issue. The person that used to deliver in my area was the best but now it's trash delivery service. 0 stars is the rating.

This Post Office is located in a small town.. I went in thinking I'd be there for a while due to limited parking. The male clerk was professional and advised me the employee's park in the front SMALL parking lot. I would give the male clerk 5 **'s.. the ease of parking could use a larger parking lot.

Post office would not leave the package saying it was too big to deliver (it was the size of a CD Case) and that no one was available to pick up (my family was home). Then gave me one day to pick it up before threatening to return to the sender. When I tried to call the local office (both numbers available online) to explain I couldn’t pick it up they let it ring and never answered.

I made a complaint on my mail carrier because he would often put wrong mail in the boxes. He’d also mark packages as delivered and they’d come the next day or day afterwards. He left my neighbors package on the ground it got rained on and was covered in dirt. Well guess what he left their package at another neighbor house. Every neighbor has complained about him, so I called to file a complaint bc my package said delivered well it was almost a week later when I got it WHY BECAUSE HE LEFT IT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS! The neighbor drives trucks and is often gone so guess what? I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL HE CAME HOME TO GET MY PACKAGE! So today just ironically after I spoke to the lady Supervisor MY MAILBOX WAS BROKE LOL! Weird huh, ppl take these jobs and don’t value them. Mishandling mail is bad because if we were dishonest we could easily get into other people’s business by simply opening their mail that was left in our mailboxes. But ps. MY MAILBOX DIDNT MAKE THE COMPLAINT ON YOU.....I DID NOW COME BREAK ME!!!

I will never use usps as a shipping service again. I received my tracking code the 6th of this month for 2-3 day shipping and initially it led me to the tracking info. The next day I checked in and all I got was an error message until the 11th when it told me my package was out for delivery. It didn’t arrive that day. The next day or said it was available for pickup and I left my job early to make it on time to pick up my package, which wasn’t there. It was in my mailbox. They need to get it together.

I don’t know what happened but it had nothing to do with my short 80 ft driveway or front door. Both were clear and accessible all day. Don’t lie please.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything before, but today the staff here was SO helpful! They were turning and burning everyone in the long lines, all while keeping a smile and a helpful attitude. Best post office experience I’ve had in a long time!

WORST POST OFFICE EVER. My family's packages (including prescription medication and time-sensitive items) constantly go missing, or are delivered to wrong address in the area. Packages often arrive damaged, or opened. Majority of the postal workers at the Hephzibah location are rude, incompetent, and ignorant. Complaints go unresolved, and reporting missing mail will only backfire. To add to this entire mess-the delivery person likes to leave the packages and letters on the hood of my vehicle. I would like to know if they can afford paying for the paint job. I am guessing it has to be too much effort to place the packages either by the garage, or the front door. Speaking to the manager will not solve anything. I tried that multiple times. Does anyone have a solution to fix those problems? If so, please do share.

ive Never had issues with receiving my packages until a few months ago. All of a sudden now all my packages say “delivered” but I NEVER GET THEM. i go to the post office and they tell me they can see they put it in my mailbox. There is no way. I’ve also had a lady once bring me a package of mine that she received. Sadly ; everyone else who receives my packages keeps them. I don’t know if they’re delivering it to the wrong address or weather the workers are stealing my packages. But when I go up there it’s always “oh we put it in your mailbox” now I have a replacement debit card that never came that someone also has. Along with my fiancé’s health insurance cards. I need to find out a way to report this place because something has got to change. I continue to be out of money because I’m not getting my packages and the companies won’t refund me. The company i ordered from did their job. The post office isn’t. they shouldn’t have to refund me when they shipped the items. The post office needs to take responsibility!! The workers there are disgusting and all these bad reviews are the proof! But nothing changes. Only gets worse.

This post office is one of the main reasons I don’t like living in Hephzibah. I rarely get my mail on time and if the package doesn’t fit in my oversized mailbox, I definitely won’t get my package, but says they attempted delivery which is a big lie!!!!!!!!! People are so lazy now!!! How do they get away with it? Well, never mind, I know!!! No one is held accountable any more ! The people (not all) here are so rude! I can’t wait to move! I see why this post office has 2 star reviews!! Who is the PostMaster?!!! Is He/She even awake to see his horrible his/her post office operates? I’d be ashamed! Worst customer service I have ever had at the post office. The lady at the front counter belittled me when asking questions about shipping to clarify due to issues with packages due to COVID. When it was time to ship my package, it prompted to to choose if I wanted an emailed receipt, printed or both. I chose both in case it got ruined in the rain. Her response was "Why would you choose to get an emailed receipt, come on!" I will drive 10 miles before I ever come to this post office again.

The mail is always arriving late to my p.o box. I pay for my p.o box the main reason i got it is so that i get my mail Early. Hardly ever happens it seem as though the clerks put out what the want or feel like doing and then putting the rest aside to be placed in p.o boxes the next day. This infuriates me greatly!!!
