Shamrock had his first groom this week since his previous groomer closed last year. I was leary, but Springwood came highly recommended. They did an absolutely wonderful job on his coat, cut , nails, everything. He's a large, older boy and was worn out when he got home. Lol TY for taking care of my baby! I will be using Springwood regularly and recommend them to everyone.

They did a great job with my two Aussie mixes. They both had matted fur that I couldn't get under control and they saved the day. Very friendly and both of my dogs were happy and excited both coming and going.

Excellent boarding and grooming! They are open though the road says closed! You have to come in from the Burke County side! They did a great job grooming our pup Belle and she is always happy after boarding there. I recommend highly!

Always great with my dogs. I only have one left, but she loves going there. Toenails clipped and filed perfectly and quickly, pricing is affordable whether boarding or grooming or both. They care for your animals as if they were theirs.

Always do an excellent job and my babies love them! Also a comfort being next door to Dr. Gradous if they should need him when boarding. Only vet we've ever used and my babies love seeing him! They always leave Kim's after grooming looking and feeling wonderful!

Omg! I left my two dogs here over thanksgiving and they were kind enough to take them in two weeks before thanksgiving (after my sitter canceled on me). I was worried about my husky staying away from us but they were so great with her and my Aussie. They got a shower as well and the husky came back so clean. Cleaner than I am able to get her lol we are so thankful for their services!! I definitely recommend them!! They are great!!!!! Cannot say that enough!

Springeood Pet Boarding and Grooming is an excellent place to have your pet groomed! I have never had my animals boarded there at this time but I have had my German Shepherd and Lab bathed and groomed! They always come out so nicely clean and smelling good! I love Springwood!!!

I just love this boarding facility. Awesome people who really love and care for my dog every time she goes. I'm also very greatful because sometimes we couldn't get back in time due to flight cancelations and thier always very understanding which is a great relief for us when we're in a situation like that. We can't thank them enough for taking such good care of our Frenchie !!!!!!

My very first time visiting this business. My first impression is that they are very pet friendly service with nice clean place. Gave my dog great service at a very reasonable price and did not take all day to get it done. Very reliable and I recommend them.

I was a little surprised by the "Bridge Out Ahead" sign I saw on my way to the groomer, but appreciated the hand-lettered sign assuring that I could access the place. When I got there, they immediately took my fat little dog back to get her nails Dremeled®️. And, the price has gone down and is cheaper than PetSmart™️.

The veterinarian is a very nice and well informed man. He tells you how it is, even if it's not what you want to hear. He is the best vet I've ever taken my animals to. I won't go anywhere else. Also, the boarding place is owned by the same family and they are always great with my dogs. It really shows that they care about animal care and customer service.

Very professional and courteous personnel, a joy to be around. The establishment is always clean smells good not what I expected of an animal boarding facility. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy boarding my German Shepherd there, mainly because he(G/S) enjoys going there.

Been going there for over 20 years. Great staff. I drive 28 miles one way for their care of our pets. They get to know you and your pets in a very close way. They know your pet's personality and all !Kim (the owner) really cares about her business and it shows.

Let me tell you about these amazing people...I've 4 dogs ranging from 40-65#, from a year to 10. Each of them has unique needs based on coat, size & personality. The amazing people at Springwood not only pampered my dogs, but provided stellar services for each.Bathed, all toenails trimmed (yes every toe on every foot), smelling great. But that is not the best part. These furkids were actually smiling. The old man from the pampering and the youngster for the patience and time they took since it was her first Beauty Shop visit since being adopted from the animal shelter.Yes. They are THAT good. Happy St Patrick's day 2021 to all. I'm not Irish, but I'm darned well smiling!!

this is the only place I take my dog to be bathed, I've taken him to other places and heard him barking while I was speaking to them on the phone they must have treated him really bad because he did not like them he loves to go to Springwood... I tell him he goes there to see his girlfriends.He loves going there and I love the people there really nice and sweet and they also give the kennel cough there Anna + the veterinary clinic is right next door which is owned by the same family and they are great the only vet that I use. Love love love them

Clean, friendly, and alternative. I wasgoing convinced my Sheba was in good hands. It was my first experience ever, so I was a little concerned prior to dropping her off. She stayed there from Wed-Sun. I was absolutely pleased. Great job guys!!!

Best kennel ever. Clean, bright facilities. Warm and friendly staff. They treat the animals like their own. Dogs and cats get plenty of exercise and out of cage time per day. Always come home smelling fresh. Medicines delivered to animals as prescribed if needed. Associated with vet nearby for emergent issues.

Had my 3 mo old yorkie, Loki groomed for 1st time so we were nervous. However, Debbie told us what to do and bring to get him through first grooming. He did wonderfully and the minute we walked in for appointment he wanted Debbie to hold him. Thank you for such positive experience.

I started taking my mini schnauzer here after my LAST groomer cut the tip if his tail off and said she didn't do it and he must have hit it on something. He always comes out happy and looking cute as a button. Its a big change from the scared shaking pup I was used to picking up.

This place is the BEST ever !!!!! Dr Gradous reminds me of the doctor from the old TV series Little House on the Prairie. He is extremely knowledgeable, but he doesn't seem to be in it for the money. This man has a sincere love for animals. He is a little rough around the edges, and may seem to be a little gruff, but I assure you, to know him is to love him !!!!!
