Same complaint as everyone else. It’s not even worth going in there. The MANAGER does not speak. Doesn’t matter what you say to him even when ringing you up he will barely even say your total. AWFUL customer service!!!

The manager John, I believe that is his name. He is a black man that works there and is completely rude and unprofessional. My wife will not go inside because he was so rude to her and my son. I could write a review everytime I go in there about how rude this man is. Doesn’t reply when you talk to him. The worst attitude I’ve even seen in customer service. Sad part is everyone i spoke to has the same problem when they come in. The store needs to fire him or they are going to lose a lot customers

The store was fairly clean and the restroom. I picked up a couple of things. When I got to the register the gentleman behind the register was sitting up on the counter on his phone. Never said a word. He snatched my things off the belt and rang them up quickly. I wanted to ask if I was bothering him but I resisted. The only words he spoke was the total for my transaction. I even tried to be pleasant and said thank you when he was done but he still said nothing and grabbed his phone as soon as he shoved my receipt in the bag. Being a store manager myself of a near by business I can tell you with absolute certainty he would never work for me. He has zero customer service skills and is the reason I will not go back to this location. Please do something about him and the attitude hovering over this store. It is new and should be welcoming while open. Reading the reviews of others this seems to be something that happens all the time.

Clean store, wide selection of various items. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a black dude that works there with an obvious attitude that treats customers like he hates them. Hope whatever he has going on gets better. There's no need to drag around negativity with you everywhere you go.

It’s such a nice and clean store but if I see a certain black car in the parking lot, I go to the not as nice dollar general down the street. The black car appears to belong to the extremely, unfriendly employee at the family dollar. He is rude and will not even speak. Me nor my husband go there anymore because of him.

I love the store and it being a convenience to my house. I’m assuming he’s the manager there, but he is rude. He seems like he doesn’t want to be there and it’s an inconvenience to him when you check out. He doesn’t speak at all. He seems to have an attitude. When you say thank you after he gives you the receipt, he doesn’t say anything and just walks off. I’ve worked customer service many years and this is not how you should treat customers. This is not the first time it’s happened. I understand if he was having a bad day but this has been just about every time I’ve been in there and he’s been running the register. I was so happy when this store was being built and couldn’t wait for it to open. I’m to the point where I don’t want to come back and just drive 20 minutes to the other ones.

The store it self is very nice but the store manager is very rude doesn't speak doesn't make you feel welcomed he throws ur things in the bags like it's a problem he has to do his job. But I will no longer go in that location as long as he is in there. Maybe a whole new crew in that store.

Clean store, not boxes everywhere like Dollar General. Friendly helpful staff. LOVE it’s also a Dollar Tree also!! Just need to stock more Orange Crush two liters. Hoping store doesn’t go to $h!t like the Dollar General next to it.
