Months ago I posted an unkind review on this place and deleted it weeks later because it was so harsh. But you know what throw the whole store away! I completely understand staffing issues sometimes you can’t help it but it is been weeks of closing the store at 3 PM daily the customer service is garbage the store is always disgusting and they are never open. Such a disgrace to the neighborhood it brings the neighborhood down it does nothing for it get it out get it away!!

They closed the doors 10 mins before it said they closed online I just needed to by one thing I would have been in and out instead had to go all the way across town I will never return to this location especially when it’s not the only dollar store on the block

Family Dollar is by far a great place to shop for your everyday needs. They have the value toilet tissue on sale, it is two ply. My favorite Angel soft is only $5.00 for 6 rolls two ply. Don't forget to download the app. My favorite store to shop in Augusta by far is the Family Dollar on Tobbaco Road at the Windsor Spring exit.

STORE #01675 THE MOST NASTY STORE WITH THE MOST NASTY AND RUDE MANAGER NAME ANGEL. I went to this store to buy a shoe bag over the door for my daughter room when we got home and open the bag the hooks were not on the package so I decided to go back the next day to exchange the item I did not want a refund or anything just the same item but with hooks when I got there the cashier was gonna do it and say ok I'm sorry abt however ANGEL heard him and say no she need to have a receipt in hand or we can't do it he say but she wants the same item she say she did not care and make the comment well she probably went home and took the hooks out a customer behind me say to her why are u treating her like that all she wants is the same item you treating her like she a criminal or something on the front of all this customers and the cashier here just confirm she was just here yesterday she say like I say she could have went home and took the hooks the men told her u wrong for that i say its ok and left i got home got my receipt went back to the store with my receipt she say I guess u can go back there and get the item you want so i but, I'm not sure why she wanted a receipt bc she did not even look at it or did the refund or exchange instead she just place item in the bag and say are you gonna be mad at me again I say no but, you will heard from coorporate bc I did report you for races and also u need to know u return policy bc it says refund or exchange without receipt are acceptable as long is exchange or store credit only so please read u policy.

Went in on a Saturday. Entire aisles blocks by carts full of boxes. Couldn't even walk the aisle. Didn't have two of the things I needed, pepper and bathroom cleaner. Employees extremely rude.

Really happy to see it has gotten cleaned up.. I would drive past this family dollar to another one. I worked for Family Dollar for 6 years and and customer service had to be first priority.

I give it a 4 star because it was open on Christmas but there were only one register open and the young man did an amazing job getting everyone through the line.

I visited the store around 6pm and come to find out they don't accept ebt anymore. The cashier was rude!
