Come on, people, it's a beautiful store. Hard-working employees. Products are always in stock. But the parking lot is filthy, we as a community have to keep that place looking nice, so put trash in trashcans. People ride by and second guess our character off the way a community treats their community.

Random homeless guy or he appears to look that way, standing outside turning customers away at 8:13 as the cashier stands in the window… NO SIGN UP OR ANYTHING & the store closes at 10:00…..ok

I go to this store frequently. It’s within walking distance and convenient because my car isn’t working. However, it’s horrible service. They’re always closing before time. I understand there is an employee shortage but that’s where the managers come in. Walking all the way there to see that they are closed at 730 or 8 and sometimes 9. That’s an inconvenience. Something needs to be done.

This store is across the street...very convenient location but that's where the convenience stop. The store is forever dirty and pallets and boxes stuffed on every aisle. You cannot reach what you want on the shelves because of the boxes in front. The items are just thrown on there without a care. At the checkout counter you cannot walk behind someone in front of you to the front checkout because of the merchandise display. If you attempt to chips fall everywhere now you have to pick them up. I rather drive somewhere else then to climb over clutter. Please clean the store and make it a place where a customer doesn't mind spending their money.

Poor service. I will not be going back to this family dollar. I'll just go to Fred's for now on. The cashier Tamara I believe was her name was very rude. Didn't even get a hello how are you, thank you, have a nice day, nothing! Slammed my bag on the counter and missed my hand completely when givingmy change back. If your having a bad day that understandable. But taking it out on the costumers is uncalled for.

Cashier Mandy was rude disrespectful toward me and my child and the other cashier. She started swearing and ignored me all because I was sharing with her about an illegal act that store are not suppose to do to the customers. I didn't even want to purchase what I came in for but I needed it and left the other item. I felt like I faking with a very unprofessional cashier that had no customer service at all.

I go to my nearest Family Dollar because I'm living in the Sandridge neighborhood. I buy peanuts, "liquid soap", tissues, mouthwash, candies, gum and "greeting cards". I'm not the fan of mayonnaise, but I love holding and gently squeezing the round, plastic "Duke's & Hellmann's" mayonnaise jars. I like the nice, friendly store okay.

This used to be my favorite spot to go to. Now with the staff they have now are not friendly. They are always out of stock and I have to end up going to Freds. This store needs to get better!!!!!!!

Family Dollar is one of my favorite stores to shop for small things. Now that they have incorporated Dollar Tree in the store, that is an added bonus.

Always a line and never enough workers. There are some good employees but there are some that sit on their phone while checking you out and the freezes or the AC is always broken
