I love shopping here but yesterday was almost unbearable because the AC was NOT working. I felt so sorry for the cashier, all she had was a tiny fan to keep her cool. It's way too hot right now for a business to be without air.

I think he was the manager when I went to check out he started making inappropriate comments about the items that I was buying and laughing at me with the customer behind me. I have never been so embarrassed as I was that day and didn’t feel the need to explain why I purchased the items. I will never shop here again and he should be retrained on dealing with customers.

Alot of the new things the others are out of are just getting here. Plenty of product but almost always a few minutes wait in line. Most are very friendly though.

The store is fine, and most employees are, but whoever the female cashier was working 1/13/2023 around 5pm wouldn’t let my elderly mother pay for a candy bar with a $20 bill. If you run a store, you take cash for a purchase.

The female cashier with the braids and nose ring is always rude when I come in the store. She has no sense of customer service. She acts like she’s too good for the customers and treats them with disrespect. Makes me want to never spend my money here again and go to another store. She’s always the only cashier so it’s hard to avoid this issue. Maybe it’s time to go take my patronage elsewhere.

Not one of my favorite places to shop anymore. There were completely disorganized shelves, inconsiderate shoppers (some, not all), and unwelcoming employees during this visit. Heaven forbid you try to maintain any measure of "SAFE DISTANCE" between yourself and others in line because other customers don't "realize you were in line" ... Sadly frustrating!

I been in this store a few times and the customer service was ok, but this morning was the worst. The manager Micheal was unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. He felt he was not obligated to greet his customers, I'm standing there looking through items he's next to me stocking up so I said good morning he says you're talking to me I say yes you work he don't you? He tells me he's a tourist and that he has a greeter. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. I called corporate and waiting on Dana his District Mgr. to contact me.

Prices are always good but I did notice that it's not as tacky or cheap as the one at Southgate where u have to put a quarter in the handle of the store buggy just to use it in their store. They were a lot more friendlier too here at this one! Much more class!

I am happy to have a Dollar Tree nearby. Any thing of theirs has been good. My only complaint: They stop selling items that we love. They stopped selling a 20-24 oz. canned peaches..at EVERY Dollar Tree.

Having worked at a Dollar Tree previously, I can appreciate how hard it is to keep the store clean and merchandise straight. This store always has items in stock, clean aisles and helpful staff. Good job 👍👍👍

Dollar Tree is the best place to shop for such low prices. They even have some name brand products. The staff are nice and lines usually are not long, at least on Windsor Spring Road.

The manager goes out of his way not only to make it a 4.5 star Dollar Tree but always willing to help you with your purchase. I rate this store the best i. AUGUSTA, GEORGIA.

This store is way tooooo cluttered!!!!! 😤 Nice dollar store because of it’s size……… but they act like they don’t have anywhere to pick stuff 🤔seeing how they are trying to put people back to work 🤔 hire some workers to put up some of that inventory 🤨

I became one of those people that went in for ONE item, did NOT get a cart OR abasket, & got to the cashier with FIVE items! The funny thing is, I usually ask people who DO that... "Whats the ONE thing that you came in here for"? Then they will show me, then will invariably tell me how much the OTHER items cost at the grocery store or retail stores!😂

Great place, you usually can come in & out, find everything you need. Parking spots are easier to access than some others and great staff. Highly recommend this Dollar Tree.

Everything is beautiful and very nicely stocked! The employees were also very friendly. I know it's still new, but this is definitely the best one in Augusta.

They didn’t open before one, young black man came to the door when asked what time are you opening ( when we open you will know) rudely. The store was to open at 12. I want to see how long he last 🤣
