I like the new look although it's hard to find some things. There is one team member there named Cody in the garden center that is the most helpful and polite person there. If it weren't for him I probably wouldn't even shop there. 🙃

The cleanest Walmart we have ever visited . Staff is friendly and helpful. Products are neatly placed and situated in a lovely way. I actually had fun shopping! Thank you !

Waited more than 30 min to get some help in sporting goods to purchase a 22 rifle. Got some lady manager to respond at 9:02 pm and said can't help after 9 they can not sell no exception. Will no longer shop here nor will I'll recommend this to others.

Large Walmart. Undergoing a modernized remodel. Long isles, well stocked, wide selection. Nice friendly helpful staff at the checkouts, and on the floor.

Loving this store's remodel. I had to run in and out for a football-related TV antenna "emergency," and I'm thankful that the staff member in electronics was on hand to help me out.Disappointed by the huge amount of self checkouts, though. Bring back the human cashiers, please!

Today 03/20/2024 my family (Dad age 70, Mom age 65, two young boys age (13 and 11 ) one which is Autistic. Visited your store after a day at the Hartwell Zoo. Many times they have Visited this Walmart. Well today they bought two Easter buckets , candy and some hair ties less then $20 worth. Not even 20 mins later they was pulled over by Hartwell police TWO police. They asked for there ID and told them there vehicle was BOLO for THEFT!!!! had there descriptions color of car and tag well the officers proceed with there investigation looked at receipts checked bags and SAW NOTHING STOLLEN!!!! HOW DARE YALL ACCUSE THEM AND THEY DID NO WRONG !!! YALL HARTWELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!! Then to top it off I called Walmart in Hartwell and y'all had no clue what was going on y'all knew y'all messed up.yall just lost multiple people which y'all don't care it's just a check to y'all.

I guess with the remodel cost they had to get rid of the good employees. Had the cashier text so much during ringing me up I just told her to stop and went to a self checkout never going back

Shoes and guns apparently that's what I was shopping for this time around. No but really I'm closer to the store in Anderson South Carolina but the Georgia Hartwell store is so much better. They had a good stock of products as well as it's just quieter better stocked and a slower pace. It doesn't hurt that right around the corner is a nice Cato's store and huge Goodwill and I love a good bargain. The garden center is booming already with lots of items and mulch for your spring needs.

I don't love the place but I'm giving it 5 stars because my girlfriend works there and she does a lot more and then people realize and people think Day must do certain things to Protect billions of dollars from there employed getting any support.

Long lines and only 1 cashier. I mean if it's going to be self checkout, I want a 15% discount. And now you must stand in line 20 minutes just to drop off a prescription. After a talk with Kelsey The Pharmacist I can now recommend Walmart Pharmacy in Hartwell!

The store was in the middle of a remodel, stuff was everywhere, nothing was convenient to get too. I am sure it will be better once the remodel is done. The one thing I went for with was a specific brand of pita pockets, they had 2 boxes full of packs but all of them were starting to get some mold on them.

The shelves are mostly bare. They changed everything around and it is hard to find anything now. The produce is horrible. Can barely ever find an employee for help. Usually only one register with an actual human being manning it. The garden department is basically empty. The redo of the parking lot now has fewer handicap spots. The parking lot is full of shipping containers and blocked off. Very few small carts. I feel sorry for the employees. This store is a nightmare. Thank goodness there is an Ingles in this small town for good fresh produce.

Went tonight at the Walmart got oh about 15 items while I'll admit it was between 10 and 11 pm I knew they would be closing soon . So I did not go slow I grabbed what very little I needed and went up front becuase know one wants to be the last minute customer. What I found were only self check out registers open with about 4 cashier standing there trying to cram everyone through! When I asked if they had any non self check out open I was told no ! They had all been closed had to use self check out. My reply was THAT TOO BAD ILL PUT EVERYTHING BACK. IN witch they didn't seen to mind at all so I did. In professional order I stocked it all back in the right spots not wanting to be a jerk . Put the buggy back and left . Don't worry walmart I'll pay the 2 dollars more per product at ingles from now on if I can't get it there amazon is my friend . Clearly your too poor to keep atleast one non self check out register open through all business hours. Thanks for your time your now loyal ingles customerBy the way this is the third time I've tried this store I've come at earlier hours and ran into this problem lesson learned you'd think the first two times I put groceries back they'd figure it out but no one cares

I already don't like going in Walmart. After today I do not plan on going back. Remodeling is supposed to make things better.... The isle's have been narrowed down to the point an average size person can't comfortably walk passed a cart that is all the way against the shelf. Dollar General has more room between the isle's.

I like this Walmart. They try hard to keep organized. The only issue I have is with the employees filling the online orders. They run with their cart and don't stop at the end of the aisle. I understand they are on the rush, however, they need to be more careful with the customers in the store.

Stock all over the aisles, and you better pay attention! So called "clearance" marked down 10 cents and there were rows of these.
