Tractor supply is one of the greatest retail store ever. No matter what time or for what reason I go in. They are always helpful and happy to assist. I just want to say thank you so so much to all the employees at tractor supply for their smiles and respectful work ethic. We love this place!!

I liked this place but it was difficult to walk in some of their aisles. Too much stuff but cute stuff. Someone just needs to organize it better.

Great company and great employees the manager Aj is wonderful Hollylee is awesome also and very caring. Rachel and Carson both are very good and very knowledgeable. Nicole is very very knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store. Awesome friendly cashiers everything I've been in it's been scott at the register but haven't seen him in a bit.(HOPE HES STILL THERE ) heather is great Paul is great, the only problem I have with the TSC in hartwell is a lady named Penny she is not friendly always mean looking if I come on and she is working unless I need something bad I will leave .

Really fine customer service, people, in the Hartwell store. Consistently helpful, cheerful, and attentive to customer needs, with a smile and advice if needed. We have been shopping Tractor Supply on the West Coast (Paso Robles), as well as Hartwell GA and we make this our go to place for Pet supplies, and much more. On a contrary note, do NOT waste your time with the Lobster Dog food truck - its a rip. (and not owned by TSCO). $61 for 3 items, wayyyyyy too expensive for seafood wrapped in hot-dog buns.

I've had two separate encounters with a super aggressive, blatantly rude cashier named Paul while trying to pick up purchases. One ended with him following us to the car while continuing to yell at us when we gave up on getting help because he told us nobody else was working in the store. The other ended with him yelling at us and accusing us of lying (no idea what he's referring to there) and backtalking his supervisor in front of a long line of other customers after she asked him to leave while she helped us. There was no leadup in either case other than trying to tell him what we needed while he talked over us and worked himself up. On the second occasion we simply asked him to get someone else to help because we recognized him from the first incident, and that was enough to send him into a rage. We were there to spend over $1k, which we still did, but I honestly don't feel safe returning here given how irrationally aggressive this particular cashier is.

I bought a well pump from them 6 month ago. . I took it back to get another one . They told me if it been longer then 30 days I would have to go threw there company. So they gave me the number and I called them . It was some lady in china’s, she couldn’t speak English . So I went back in there to tractor supply and let the lady listen , what I have to go tree to get another well pump , she said I sorry but it the way we do thing, heck no , I spent $350 just for a well pump and all I get is I am sorry , then the lady on the phone didn’t understand me , so what do I do , go somewhere else, don’t buy from tractor supply , they only warranty there stuff for 30 days heck no I want go . Not me if they do me that way wait till they do it to you ,you will be mad I was. , y call china to get a refund , that what they said I had to do then they will send me a shipping package to send them it back then they will give me something to get another well pump , but my mom need water now not 2 month from now

This store is small, but what they are lacking they make up for in employee knowledge. There are some minor supply issues, but that more of a corporate level, as it looks like there never is tons of freight waiting to be stocked.

Whats not to love? The store is well organized making everything easy to find. The staff has always been friendly. They are knowledgeable on the products they sell,and thats a big plus in my book.

About 2 months back I came here to purchase some chickens. I was told the more friendly breed were barred rock chickens so I purchased them. A few weeks later they started looking very different from what I was told they were. From the best I can gather I believe they are polish chickens. This was definitely a surprise and I wasn't very happy when I found out they weren't what I was told they would be. Honestly I don't mind having my polish chickens but I'm very annoyed that I was lied to and given false information. They should really know what they're selling and give customers what they ask for.

Always disappointed with "customer service" with floor associates. Employees seem bitter about asking if help or assistance is needed (and I'm rarely asked when I do visit this particular store) and on this visit two employees were unable to verify current inventory on a handheld device and without saying it did not want to check if the item I needed was on one of the unopened pallets. Although, they did ask for my phone number and would call me with info when they got to opening the pallets (because they aren't labeled there is no way to know if/when i may get a call). Maybe they were having a bad morning, maybe they can't view inventory, maybe I was asking for too much, maybe i would get a call. For the past 6 months the experience at the Hartwell store has been frustrating and I only visit when the other surrounding TSC stores don't have what I'm looking for and that can be as far as 50 miles in any one direction so I can avoid this store. This visit (along with previous visits) solidified my decision to not come back as I get nothing accomplished at this location.

Have done business in several Tractor Supply venues. I find the Hartwell store the most accommodating of any. These folks go out of their way to assist you. I especially give the highest of ratings to AJ. All employees always have a happy face and willingness to help. A great place to do busines.

Nice staff, very helpful. The bathroom's had sewage backup in the floors, the doors were propped open with trash can's. No wet floor signs or anything. Or staff there to clean it. Parking lot has had a lot of trash that's been there for weeks.

Shopped on 3/6/19. Product price was clearly on the product. It rang up more than marked price. When I nicely asked cashier she was rude and refused to even check on it. I paid, but then asked for manager who fixed the problem and refunded my difference in price. Cashier continued to be rude during the entire episode. Some customer service skills would help! Will think twice before shopping here again.

I would suggest trying to find what you need at other places before Tractor Supply. Their prices are higher than other places and I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Tractor Supply and my reward? I get four 10% discounts a year And each one has a small window of time in which I have to use it or it goes away. Go somewhere that appreciates return customers.
