I love this place. . they are really good to my Sadie. They went above and over the call of normal for her. I thank you all very much. .. my Sadie is noonger with me she passed away. I had 11 great years with her. Doggie dos did her right and was caring. I will take .y next one to them .

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I come all the way from SC to come here. I will never take my dogs anywhere but Doggie Do's. They are so sweet and nice and schedule you great on your time. When I picked up all 3 of my dogs they were very hydrated, happy and playful. My dogs definitely have fun here and they look just like I described on the first try. Handsome 😍 I am very pleased and I will always come back.

The staff is kind and courteous. The dog groomers are ready to cut your dogs hair anyway you want it done and if you’re like me not knowing the difference between the cuts they will explain the differences. Super experience and the dogs smell great for weeks.

Doggie Do's has been grooming my girls for several years..They do such an outstanding job with all of our labradoodles. I highly recommend them. My girls always come home looking absolutely beautiful. Marcy and Mylia are excellent groomers and we wouldn't take our girls anywhere but Doggie Do's in Hartwell.

Cheryl rocks! Great customer service, and my "only son", our Yorkie mix - never looked, smelled, nor had a mani-pedi with better results. GREAT looking haircut, Cheryl! Thanks .... looking forward to a regular visit here. What a nice find! :)

Too far from us since they moved. They did a great job with our dog however. But $20 for a nail trim is way too much, it was $40 for two dogs no discount.

They did a good job on our dog. The reason for only 4 stars is because her appointment was for 10:15am but they didn't start on her until afternoon. They called us at 4:00 pm to finally pick her up. It would've been better if they'd have called us and told us to wait until 1 or 2 to bring her in, rather than her being there all day.

My black goldendoodle Becca was a mess from our move across the us.I've never had any luck with groomers so I bought my own equipment, but since we just moved here everything is packed so I took her here. I can't even cut like this , it was excellent. I understand curly goldendoodles are hard but they nailed it. It is worth every penny. Love this placeHighly recommend. Tari.

Words cannot even explain how happy my wife and I are with the great job that the girls at Doggie Do's did with our two dogs Darla and Sally!!! They have our dogs the full treatment and they have never looked better! We will definitely be taking them back for their next grooming session!

Terrible place!!! Lots of hidden problems. Asks Lots of questions before leaving your furbabies there. Would highly recommend if you love your animals sending them somewhere else.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I finally decided to try this place since it is so close to my house. My husband dropped off our 5lb dog and the person working there said it would take a couple hours. It took them 6 HOURS to groom my small dog. I usually do Petsmart for grooming and the max it takes them is 4. Unacceptable. I called to find out why it was taking so long and the phone went straight to voicemail each time. After waiting for them to call us, I voiced my concerns. The worker was so rude and tried to turn it on us saying that if we had mentioned we needed him done sooner then he would have been ready. Um, costumer service is part of YOUR job, thank you. The company should give the customer a timeframe like PetSmart does EVERY time. The fact that she was blaming me had me shocked. When asked if they go by appointment time, she said “no, that’s not how we do things.” Well, why not?? Makes more sense to me. She was very unapologetic and denied even telling my husband it would take a couple hours. After being refused a discount for my poor service, I expressed I would be writing a bad review. She responded “you have no reason to give us a bad review.” 😳 um, you have no right to tell me what my reasoning is on this matter. So completely ludicrous! I will NOT be bringing my dog back.
