CVS in hartwell ga is the pharmacy that I have to go to in order for my insurance to pay for my prescription. They never answer the phones! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there to handle problems I have my doctors call in my prescriptions and cvs says they didn’t get the prescriptions. This happens ALOT! Not just with just one doctor nut lots of different doctors. I am very dissatisfied with CVS and I would not recommend them to anyone!

I recognized three employee's on the last survey, Tracy, Dasia, and Chesney. This time I would like to recognize Hannah and emphasize Dasia. I had the flu and went to pick up my medication through the window, and Hannah pleasantly greeted me and said it was not ready. The previous day I had picked up all the medication, but this particular one was out of stock. This is the one I needed, but I patiently waited until the next day when I was told it would be in. Hannah and the pharmacist prepared it for me within 15 minutes. Hannah also provided me with four syringes to measure the liquid. That was very nice and helpful for me! Thank you to both of them. Next is Dasia. I have always seen her working when I went to pick up any prescriptions, but never had the pleasure of meeting her as she was always multi-tasking and busy. One day, she was at the drop-off counter, and I finally had the chance to talk to her. She was very pleasant and actually had me laughing when I was having a bad day! I had some issues with having two profiles, and she was on top of it immediately! She has continued to go the extra mile for me, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the customer service of this location! Thank you to everyone for all their dedication and hard work!

JUST MADE ANOTHER TRIP IN THE RAIN FOR A RX CVS SAID WAS READY THAT WAS NOT READY AT ALL !NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE !
