Staff are very nice and helpful. By far the best and most organized selection of hardware like bolts, nuts, etc. in town. Make sure to ask for Dan to set you up a commercial account if you’re a business owner.

Ace is always a great place, even if their prices are consistently higher than Home Depot's. A guy met us just after we walked in and asked to help. We needed some things for a plumbing job but weren't sure exactly what we needed. He admitted he was no plumbing pro, but then he walked us back and picked out exactly what we needed.

I haven't been there yet but my husband has and he came back and said he was very pleased because they ask him if he needed help finding something and he said no plus they were very polite like a place should be,go to Home Depo you have to hunt someone to help you and that shouldn't be, ACE HARDWARE IS MY HARDWARE TO GO BUISNESS.

New store in Hartwell, great selection. Prices are unbelievably high. The Outdoor Center is also great, but again the Prices are much higher compared to most other places.

Each time I visite the store the employees are most helpful.I had an unpleasant experience with not receiving a mail-in rebate. The store made it good even though ACE failed to process the paperwork and get my rebate to me. These are just down to earth honest folks that are a pleasure to deal with.
