I enjoy shopping here very clean and friendly atmosphere I go there several times a week. Today I was checked out by a lady that was rude wouldn't speak even after I tried conversation with her. She put everything in the bags took my money and handed my receipt and not a word she wouldn't look at me thank me or acknowledge I existed she worked the register next to the office. Guess in the future I'll make the drive to Grove Town Walmart I shouldn't feel like I should continue shopping there and avoid her in my opinion she has no Business working there but as long as she does I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was gonna send money through WesternUnion, I asked of the cashiers I needed help at the customer service she responded to me and said customer service is closed? I believed customer service closed at 9 but it’s only 8pm at the time and there’s no customer at all. These cashiers they’re just standing in one register and chatting she couldn’t even talk to me and explain why customer service closed. I guessed that she doesn’t want to do it or no one knows how to do WesternUnion. I’m Very disappointed because the cashier did not say anything but “it’s closed!”

I go to KJ's a couple times a week and while they don't always have exactly what I need, I can usually check most things off of my shopping list. The location is very convenient and the staff is polite and professional. The deli counter also serves excellent lunches for a dang good price.

Can find grocery items cheaper at Dollar General. Deli is convenient for pre-made salads.

This review is ONLY about the Deli. We Love yalls food and we normally have the best, I mean absolute BEST service from the ladies that work the counter. Not today though! The older white Lady Pam is horrible and has the WORST attitude! Wont be back as long as she's working!

At about 7 pm today (12/29/21) I visited the KJ's IGA in Harlem, Georgia to purchase some fruit, milk and several other food items. On my way to the one and only register open I stopped at customer service counter to buy a couple lottery tickets (big jackpot tonight). As there were no staff at the customer service counter I waited a little more than five minutes before asking the cashier to page someone. Waiting more than 15 additional minutes and 3 additional pages by the cashier a store staff member went looking for someone to assist me. After several more minutes of waiting the manager (Justin?) Showed up. The manager stated the store was very short staffed so he didn't know if he could help me. I said it was easy, I just wanted to buy a couple lottery tickets. The manager went to the machine looked at it then turned around and stated he didn't know how to run the lottery ticket machine. He then stated he would call someone who knew. After several calls and someone trying to tell him how to work the machine he conceded the store had no customer service personnel capable of running the machine. By this time (7:40 p.m.) my milk was getting warm so I said thanks I'll buy them elsewhere, paid for my groceries and left. I hope other KJ's IGA are not run like this. It's no wonder people in this area openly state they prefer to shop at Kroger, Wal-Mart, and Publix. With the growth in this area a new store can't come soon enough. BTW, the milk at KJ's IGA was $3.99 a gallon where as usually $2.79 to $2.99 a gallon at the other stores. What's wrong with this picture?

KJ's constantly impresses me with a nice variety in the food that they prepare with fresh ingredients everyday. Never have I received a meal that I was unsatisfied with, or felt like I was paying too much. If you're in the Harlem area and looking for a place that will meet your needs I definitely would give this place a go.

Well let's see. For starters I only have it a one star because that is the lowest I can give. The store is nasty and the employees don't care to help at all and the managers are even worse. To be honest I am thinking about calling the better business bureau. There is a lot more that I can say but there would not be enough room to fit it

It's a great little rural store with good deals on meats. It's a little expensive for stuff not on sale but it's a rural grocery store so that's to be expected. Their hot plate and fried chicken is tasty and it's a clean organized store.

The place is so very clean but the register I was at was not. The customer in front of me was trying to buy eggs and apparently there was not a price on it so the cashier and the bag guy started arguing back and forth on whose job it was to go find the price. The customer just ended up leaving without her eggs. Very disappointing

I came to purchase groceries on July 26th 2021. Please check the expiration date on your items. Even if I made an oversight on the date of the product. There is no way I should have been taking home a 1.5 liter bottle of Fairlife milk that is $3.99, with an expiration on May 11th, 2021. Smh. I'd rather travel out then shop here for convenience.

It's a great small grocery store. It is clean and the lines are short. Friendly staff as well. Prices are a little higher because of location. It does have a deli with a hot bar and a bakery.

Fried chicken use to be the best.... 😐... Last two occasions we bought chicken it was overcooked and dry..... Not good at all..Very disappointed...🤨

Love the location because of where I live but it's a bit pricey. Love the employees. Very friendly staff very helpful management. Delicious food in the deli, too.

It's nice to have a grocery store for items I forgot. However, the prices, selection and quality are not acceptable to be my primary grocery. The deli is really gross, it amazes me that people buy that stuff!

Prices really aren't too bad for a rural grocery that doesn't have competition, but too pricey for major grocery shopping. Ok just to pick up a few things. The deli is really gross though.

Cashiers are always nice and friendly, but it's WAY TOO expensive for a full grocery list. We only go to pick up a few things between Aldi trips.

I have shopped at this store for many years and spend a lot of money. I always try to support our locals, but in return they will not support you!! My brother in law is in dire need of a heart transplant, but denied us putting out jars to help raise funds for Don Hoyle. Our entire family shops this store. I will never be one of them again. If you can't support your home people, then why would I even consider supporting our local grocery store. This is the total I have spent in this store over a one year period. Results Total =$2,835.69.

It Harlem only grocery store there are little high but convenient for people who live around the Harlem area.they have a great meat department and great Rib steaks and pice on there meat's or good.

USED TO BE a great neighborhood grocery store, until the Mgr. lost his Brother (& subsequently, his Wife's G'Mother), only to be HARRASSED @ HIS HOME, by DAVID STORNAN(?), the regional/district mgr., by being moved, to another store, as (imo), an act of REVENGE/RETALLIANCE! I will SHOP ELSEWHERE, NOW! (After seeing that video!)
