I hve my Yorkie groomed by Lots of Jazz. Getting an appointment was a breeze. Jazzmyn is always available for any of my concerns. The facility is also able to get my sweetie up to date on her vaccines at her grooming visits!!! I am excited for the transition to the new facility. Lots of Jazz and Jazzy Paw will be a one-stop-shop for all my pet's needs.

Im sorry, but I've been trying to make an appointment with these groomers & has yet to do so after a week and a half. The reviews are good & one says the appointment process is a breeze, but I'm trying see where, because I've left two messages that have not been returned as of today. I've called the business and goes directly to voicemail. Can I not speak to a person to book an appointment to have my dog groomed..So frustrated with this process..

Love this place!!!! Finally found my new groomer.I have been looking for a new groomer since covid. My normal one retired so for a few months I dealt with horrible grooming services, up charged pricing and overall unpleasant experiences for my dogs after trying other places.Then I found Lots of jazz...My dogs look great I got the lots of jazz for both and this has to be the best job I have seen in a long while. Will definitely be back!

Love this place!!! Finally found my pet grooming home after searching for months. They were so professional and friendly. Loving environment for my dog. Not to mention the prices are great. Highly recommend!! 😃

I had the worst experience. I was having a hard time finding a place that had availability. As soon as I stepped into their facility I felt uneasy. Its filthy and smells terrible. It looked like I walked into someone's junky storage unit, not a place of business. There were a few ppl that saw me standing at the front and no one acknowledged me so I started questioning whether I came in through the right entrance, finally after waiting for a while someone came out and helped me. She was sweet but didn't look professional. I left my dog there only cause I felt like I didnt have many options. When I came to pick him up they told me that they accidentally cut his ear. I was a little annoyed but I was rushing to get back to work so I didn't say anything. He sat still on my lap on the way home. I live 13 mins away. When I got home immediately my son said his eye looked funny. It was swollen. I called to see if they knew anything about it but they didn't answer. Then a couple minutes later his eye was swollen shut. I started panicking because I didn't know what happened or what to do and they wouldn't answer. I sent an email to them so I couldn't have it in writing that I attempted to call them. I ended up having to leave work and take my dog to the animal hospital. I did get a call from the owner as I was leaving for the hospital but she said I'd have to take him to them the next day. Obviously I couldn't wait until the next day since I didn't know why his eye was shut. I ended up spending over $200 on this visit and my dog had to wear a cone for 2 weeks.and wasted PTO hours at work. I also had to put eye drops in his eyes 4 times a day. It was such an inconvenience. I submitted my hospital invoice and they only refunded me $75 for the office visit. I am extremely disappointed and angry. They tried to blame my dog but Ive taken him to get groomed for years and I've always been told he's very good. I try to support smaller businesses but I regret not going to PetSmart or a bigger company that knows what they're doing and will take accountability.

Autumn did three of my dogs. Two were baths and grooms and one just a bath. She did an outstanding job. They are ready for summer now with no shedding! I highly recommend this groomer!

The 2 young ladies who assisted me and the vet made it very easy. Only complaint is that the receptionist should be more welcoming and not so aggressive over the phone. There was 2 behind the desk never gave there name. Idk something to work on. The place was clean and nice. Thanks

I took my 15 year old shih tzu to get groomed by autumn and he came back looking like she took 5 years off of him. lol. Her and her staff was so professional and did an amazing job with my sweet old man. I am 100% going to keep bringing him to get his bath and groom!

Took my 2 year old golden for the first time here since his usual groomers were full and I’m usually very picky on where I go since my dog is very energetic and hates the blow dryer, but they were super friendly and easy to book an appointment with and to my surprise when I got to the groomers my dog was super calm waiting for me and that usually doesn’t happen and he smelled and looked amazing so I would totally recommend this place
