Went to purchase some cleaning products I picked up a pack of garbage bags for $6.10 then I realized that the cashier rang it up for $9.95 I asked her why she said that’s the price I told her when I picked up the product showed $6. 10 She said maybe a customer shift the product I said to her that wouldn't be my problem I pick it up for the price on the shelf she said I don't care I ask for the manager she said she is the manager and she is not changing anything I spend $43.58 I returned everything she lost a customer for less than $3 and her statement is she don't care some people don't know how to treat another human at all. I picked up the 25ct she said the 14ct cost $6.10 and the 25ct is $9.95 but look on the shelf. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER‼️‼️

Can you please fix the drainage system for this parking lot? It blocks the only part of the sidewalk that is wheel chair accessible. It has been like this for years.

I purchased a Soundbar Thursday night & returned Friday to get a Refund due to the non-quality of the item only to be informed after the fact that they don't give Refunds. Had I known that beforehand I would not havepurchased it !CHEAP !!!CRAPPY WAY OFBUSINESS !!!

You just randomly close for lunch at 4:43 with customers in the store, but the door is locked. This store has really gone down.

Went in to get a few things an I noticed the cashier was outside looking for the manager. She left this young man who is new to run the store by himself. Items were all on the floor, just a mess. But to leave a new employee is unacceptable.

Okay so I've come to this family dollar for YEARS. always an excuse to why they have nothing in stock, still have given them chance after chance, and I show up MID DAY for them to either be lazy or rude new employees. Unacceptable

Some times during this Coven 19 virus the store is out of stock of paper goods. Bleach , washing powder, hand sanitizer, etc. HowEver everyone is very happy and always very helpful!

tried to shop there today. not only were clerks not wearing face coverings; they squeezed past me several times without face masks! your workers in store 75 Hampton Georgia were totally disregarding your company policy of associates wearing face coverings, but also social distancing!!!

This store needs a new store Manager! The store is always closed or open for half a day it’s ridiculous that our only neighbor store is operating like this. COVID or not Family dollar need to do better!
