Thee absolute worst. I hate that this is the closest store to us. It's always closed and has a sign on the door. 3 out of the 5 times it was closed. I'm going to start a collection of the signs on the door. They're supposed to be open until 9 on Friday but the sign said closing at 3pm. The last couple times it said something similar. Do better. Hire more people.

The Staff are pleasant and courteous but the store is NASTY! There are boxes EVERYWHERE all the time. It wouldn't be so bad if they were actually sticking shelves.

DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS HERE! There recpts print info stating you can look up bill payment info on a website. When you go to that website it forward you to another website that has nothing to do with researching the bill you just paid. I even called customer service on the website and the man didn’t even know what I was talking about! When questioning the store, you get the nasty attitude & still no payment has shown up AND the Biller shows no payment received. I called corporate & now we will see how it goes.

Store always nasty and now you have a little girl that works here with a attitude, the self check out is never working. You go in for simple items and have to wait because the line is long and cashier is taking precious time. They hide the tissue on the top shelf, where u need a ladder. Trash always In front of the store. Horrible smell in the morning like they mopped the floor with nasty smelly water. Bathroom filthy! Open foods on shelves. And they never have dollar bleach on the dollar isle.

It's a super convenient location and I've always received great customer service. However, this store is always SO CLUTTERED. Just today I ran in for a few things and literally could not make it down the last 2 rows in the store with my basket and my purse. I doubt you could comfortably navigate the store with one of their carts either.

My Visit to this Location was actually for a FedEx Package Pick Up!I Did Not know that it was a Site where your Packages could be held.The Associate was Very Nice & Explained the process so I would know better going forth...I will definitely visit again, for Package Pick up & to shop!

This place is ridiculous! There are boxes & stuff all in the aisles the store is never clean & hardly nobody including the customers are wearing masks, even though it says face coverings are required!! I do not feel safe here when they are not enforcing the rules & just about get tripped everytime I go in the store! Hardly anything is stocked because everything is all down the aisles! You may need to hire a whole new crew one that enforces rules & keeps the store clean & stocked!

Closed on a Sunday at 4:30. But not closed for everyone, I guess friends can come on in. Just head on somewhere else, even if they were open they are probably out of what you need

This is the worst dollar general ever. The employee's are so unprofessional. Always on their cell phones. Boxes always blocking the aisles. They can't make up their minds on what time to close the store. One day they close at 7pm..the next day it's 8pm...then they have a sign on the door saying the store closes at 9pm. The lady that wears the glasses and have the dreads or braids has the worst attitude ever. Just close the store and start over!!

Lines are just to long rude staff they get a good staff and run them all off now there's just no customer service. I dont know who trained these people on customer service the store manager is the worse you do not carry on full blown conversation with employees while your ringing customers up I should not know how much you change order is and who is working when. Update this location really needs a new store manager and fast.

Ridiculous. I was coming for a money transfer from western union. I was also there to go shopping of course but the ignorance of this place is amazing. I felt some prejudice while there as well. I went to quite a few of them within the day but I will say the manager named Mercedes squared me away. There was another store that I went to that showed my client alot of hospitality given her situation.

Do NOT ever drop a FedEX package to this location. Just drive the extra distance to make sure your packages are handled correctly. This place is absolutely filthy so it’s no surprise that they have no idea where my package is and Dasha, the apparent shift lead has no idea when shipments leave her store.

This is a good location for Hampton. A neighbor dollar store. Good service and nice face mask even though the staff has not been wearing them lately.subscribe to my youtube channel to see how i used some of Dollar General products to create my own lip gloss line. I had an accident in this store that an employee caused went back the next day and filed a complaint talked to a mgr on the phone had them take a picture of my badly bruised arm was told they would look back on the camera and the district mgr would contact me haven't heard anything and it's been over a month have had to go to er from the pain can't get in touch with the mgr i think it's time to consider an attorney!

I ran in one friday to get chair cushions for company over the weekend. The cashier didnt put on the seasonal discount but I was in a hurry so I put it off till next week. I went back to the same store, 11170 lovejoy, because it's in my path home from work. When I went in i asked the manager if i could have a question and told her what happened. I thought it would be easy since it was the cashier's error but instead the manager told me "you could have picked a receipt off the ground somewhere." HAD she asked to even see my receipt she would have seen my card was used which I could have provided as well as my ID with matching name. But she asked for none of that before dismissing me as a thief. I was too in shock and mad to fight about it so I left. I worked 20+ years in retail and this was the worst experience ever. Could have been avoided too if she hadnt been so nasty and just asked questions. Management needs some training and respect.

The store is Dollar general I realize this but very dirty. You can't get a cart unless you go outside to get it. The staff is not very knowledgeable. And then win if you try to push your cart down the aisles the floors are so dirty badger kart won't work properly. it gets stuck on all the stuff on the floor. It is what it is and it's close to home so if you need laundry soap or dish soap I would recommend it for a quick run and run out. But if you're there find something specific good luck you'll never find it and the staff won't be able to either. Just saying not very good experience.

I thought this location was getting better. Twice before this time this location has closed 10 minutes before they were suppose to. And shelves being stocked and labeled correctly has yet to still happen for this location. I'm starting to think they lack employees or employees that care about the store and their customers

This store was difficult to move around in. We also had to wait several minutes for a cashier to show up to let us check out. Items were priced incorrectly. My cashier was nice though.

I went in to grab a few nick nacks and as is usual, the store has a very nice variety of nick nacks. It's always clean, very courteous and friendly associates. Good place for quick in and out nick nack shopping.

The store is a complete wreck. Freight carts all over the place to where you can barely navigate the aisles. It has been like that everytime I go in there. The shelves are in disarray like they hasnt been recovered and front-and-faced in months. The last time I went, the cashier was too busy playing on her phone to pay attention to the transactions in front of her.

Clean up in here!! The store is entirely to small to have boxed merchandise on every isle and carts full of stock. Pay your employees so that they will stay.

My experience at this particular Dollar General it's close to my house I used to go to the nearest gas station for my ice my little snacks. But now I always go to the Dollar General is clean organize and the people there are friendly and helpful I'm glad it's in my neighborhood

Clustered only two people are there, and only one register is open. I tried to apply because I thought they needed help but they said they were fully staff. As a customer, I couldn't tell.

This place is a dump!! The employees are rude, the store is nasty, aisles are blocked with carts of stock and trash, they are constantly out of items, some times for weeks on end. The sad thing is this location is only a few years old.I've made my last trip there.I want to give it about 5 negative stars, but, that wasn't an option.
