The ladies are amazing (: took our maxx to get his nails clipped and normally he won't let us do them without being aggressive but he gave the ladies no trouble. Super nice and great prices. $20 for a nail trim and $25 for a small groom/wash, next time he'll get both. Great service!

The ladies at the SpaW do an amazing job! I took our four month old pup and our fourteen year old guy in for a grooming. They both look and smell great, you can just they had a good time while there. I was nervous about the little one because she is still just a puppy but there was no hesitation from the ladies, they were pleased to have her. And they even painted her nails! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their dogs well taken care of. We will definitely be going back again!

This place is horrible. Treats dogs bad, horrible owners attitude very rude to customers. Takes dog and doesnt even cut the dog. Should be stripped of licenses. Please please dont take your pet here if you love your pet.

Ciera is supposedly who I was dealing with. Idk about that fully. However, my dog has had groomer trauma. I explained this and asked if this was something they could take on. They said YES and set up an appt. Well the day before my appt because I live 45 mins away….. I reached out and basically said hey since I live 45 mins away I’m going to just hang around the area and go shopping in a near by town until I know for sure you can handle:groom her. Apparently that was an issue, or I was misunderstood. I was hoping for the best but didn’t want to get home and turn around bc they couldn’t groom her. I would of been 100% understanding if that happened. But then the truth came out. They had reservations about us and didn’t want to deal with it on a busy Friday. Okay so how come in the beginning they took the job and offered me the spot on a Friday?! And why in the world would I want my dog to be groomed by someone who had reservations about us? They can’t answer that. It was poor on their part. If this was handled professionally and properly I wouldn’t even be here.

I've been looking for a quality place to take my two girls with no luck. We tried Spaw pet salon recently and I was very pleased. They did an excellent job grooming the girls and both of them smelled great afterwards. I'm also sure that they felt better which is also very important to me. I appreciate how friendly they were and the girls appreciated the treats. As most pet parents, I am particular about who cares for my girls. I am planning on becoming a regular customer of Spaw pet salon.

Fantastic. So happy with the services. Our two schnauzers stayed four nights and we had pics of them every day. Highly recommended to anyone staying at Calloway or other resort who needs boarding. So blessed to find such caring and talented owners.

After grooming my dog for several months, she dropped us with out an explanation. Just would respond with " We are booked'. She never required a shot record for dogs, which is strange because all professional groomers require one.
