Food was very fresh and hot. Chocolate frosty kinda tasted like strawberry, not sure if its me or the machine. This is a newer wendys with all the modern touches. Bathroom could use a cleaning but not too bad. Check out the photos.

Food is good here but this is the 3rd time. I’ve ordered from here and have had to go back and get the rest of my food that was to go with my order. The staff is nice and polite but they are not trained well. Today I ordered a taco salad. I got the salad part but NO chips and NO chili. When I went back and asked for the chili the girl just looked at me like I was wrong then she gave it to me. Sad as I got home I found out that there were no chips. All employees should be trained to know what comes with the food people order.

There should be a sign on the first window stating "Pay Here", or the person taking the order should advise the customer to "pull up to the first window". Not let customers pull up the the second window because nobody was at the first window an correct them by saying "didn't you pay at the first window". Then make them wait on the receipt to be brought up from the first window. Crazy!

Went through drive thur during dinner rush. Had great customer service, food was fresh. I did wait less than 5 min for the baked potatoes to finish. Which is completely understandable. When the guy brought our food out it was raining he used his hat as an umbrella to the food bags, so they wouldn't get wet. Best Wendy's have been too.

The manager Jennifer there is so rude and mean to her employees. She yells at them quite frequently the last couple times I've gone there right in front of customers. The service is okay. The food is good once you get your order taken. Takes at least 15 minutes standing there for them to take your order. Definitely need a new manager. Employees standing around goofing ofd alot too. If it wasn't the only fast food place in town I wouldn't go back.

Received my food one of the burgers was wrong and the frys was cold went in an told them it was supposed to be no mayo and the fries was cold the manager pretty much called me a liar to my face and told me they just came out the grease. Like u can touch them your self and see...I can deal with mess ups we are all human but that manager attitude was just awful screaming at the cooks while there was people in the lobby. Yall really should find someone more professional and someone that knows how to talk to yalls employees .

Not sure how hard it is to follow the order on the receipt. I ordered a $6 biggie bag, which comes with nuggets and a choice of burger. Not only did they forget the sauce with my nuggets, but gave me an altogether different burger. Not the other option, but a normal hamburger versus the double bacon stack that I ordered. The $6 biggie bag is a preset meal, and somehow that was too difficult. Food wasn't very appetizing either. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It's always a great trip when I come here. Rarely is the food ever not cooked to perfection and the customer service is wonderful. Very clean location with everything stocked up. Convenient to get in and get out of, also located at a great spot right off the interstate. This is my favorite Wendy's in south Georgia. Great job everyone, I appreciate everything you guys do. Q

Was in the drive thru. I ordered a #4 classic, but the wife changed her mind. So they canceled that order. Then I ordered a #1 Single med fry n drink. The cashier asked if there was anything else. I said yes, I'd like a plain hamburger. Just meat n the bun. Do you want onions on that? No just plain meat n bun, thanks. So, that's 1 Wendy's single/med meal and 1 plain hamburger. Get to the window, they pass us our food. In the bag is the order of fries n one hamburger. So I bang on the window. Red headed girl comes to see what we want. I guess she's the manager. I told her what I had ordered. But the cashier after all that talking had only put down the med fry n drink and made the burger plain. She had only charged us for that. Not the #1 single burger. Tried to explain it to the red headed manager, but she says looking at your ticket this what you ordered. Didn't want to hear that the cashier had made a mistake. So we are already holding up the drive thru line, which is slow for 1130 on a Tues morning.I tell them I'll come in and order the other burger, since they can't get the order right. I park and go in. The line to order is like 10-12 people deep. So, left, I wasn't going to wait any longer.Although this Wendy's is close to I-75 and easy to get back on. I'd take my business to the one in Adel or Valdosta. At least they understand what you're ordering and the manager's listen to the customer without jumping to conclusions.I was glad to see Wendy's arrive in Hahira.Now, not so much. Hope they can get their staff on the right track.

I will never stop here again. Would give zero stars if allowed. Waited 40 mins for food after ordering inside. The front line that puts your food in bags needs to be retrained, they gave me and other people the wrong orders, couldn’t find the orders, we’re extremely slow. Had a line of 30 people inside trying to order but no one was helping them. My name finally came up and I asked them if that bag was my order and they didn’t know said to take it but was the wrong burger.

I drive to Atlanta several times per month. I stop at this Wendy’s often because it’s a nice new store and easy on/off I75. This is the 3rd occasion the lobby doors were locked between 9-10am. I stop to stretch my legs and get out of the car. Nope. I usually just leave and stop somewhere else. Today I went through drivethrew. I asked why the lobby is always locked she said “that was you trying to come in” she said “it’s open” I was like the Doors are locked. This is the 3rd time it’s happened to me. I spend enough time in the car….she said we’re “short staffed” I replied You just unlocked the doors NOW?My suggestion is have the Manage do his JOB and unlock the doors. Takes literally 2 seconds. Clowns!!

Rarely would leave a review like this for a Wendy's, but I travel all across the country for work and found myself hungry late night in Valdosta and despite pulling up a couple minutes after closing time, the good people here looked out for me and my buddy and went above and beyond to get us some food since everything else in town was closed. Good customer service while in the drive thru. They had a long line and still moved us through quickly. The kid that was at the first window talked to me while we waited for the cars infront of me to move instead of hiding behind the window with his back to me. Also food was hot and good.

Super clean bathroom, very surprised! Very fast service! They do need to get the house fly situation under control though. Really good quick food stop for long road trip.
