My husband and I come in here almost weekly on Friday mornings. I ordered a hashbrown bowl with chicken in it. I asked for extra gravy due to the chicken being so over done. It was fried so hard it was very dark brown and the meat was straw like. I also received a biscuit with my meal that was like rubber. I didn't ask them to re-cook anything, but politely told the watress when she brought the check. To which she argued that it was all freshly made. Didn't offer to do anything to help the situation. Not happy with Huddle House today.

my friends and i ordered 2 pickle baskets to go and when i got to the car i noticed there wasn’t but 8 pickles in the first basket with majority fries. i wanted the FRIED PICKLE BASKET, not fries. so when we went back in there to confront the person that took our order, she stated that corporation wants it to be 8 pickles per basket. we didn’t really cause a scene we just said okay and left. when we got home we noticed there was 12 in the next. so the girl lied for one because who sits there and counts the pickles when they are all different sizes AND we had went about 2 weeks back and bought 1 fried pickle basket and shared it amongst the THREE of us and it seemed they went off how many people there were than by the count of pickles.

I am 5 across the board because it was amazing. Jason was the best. It was the best omlet my husband has ever had. Also my food was great too. It was too much food for me to eat but I ate what I could fit. If we go out like this again. We will make a special trip to come here. We have eaten Huddle house for a few years and this is first time when my hubby got a omlet that wasn't swimming a puddle of grease. Thank you Jason and to the chef. You folks are great. Maybe you need to give lessons to other Huddle houses on how to cook good food.

Service was not good at the Hahira location. Their was hair in my son's food. Dirty tables that weren't even cleaned by the time we left. Took about an hour to get our food. Never got refills until we asked for drinks to go. We saw a family leave because there wasn't a big table clean to sit at. Needless to say, we probably will not return. Pictured are the dirty tables. Round table was dirty when we arrived and still dirty when we left almost 2 hours later.

The review previous to mine is chock full of information that is not the truth. Jayson is an amazing server as well as manager. He is the reason we continue to return. 95% of the time we go is only when he is working. Why? Because we love his customer service. The review prior to this one was put only because she was mad because of company policy stating if a call in order is made with the total over $25 you must pay over the phone. She never even got her order because she refused to pay over the phone. Her as well as her male companion with her were cursing at Jayson and used a derogatory slur towards him. Do not let the previous review sway you from coming here. Jayson is AMAZING!Kid-friendliness: Jayson is amazing with our son who is on spectrum.

Horrible service from Jason an Sara so called management...that place is a joke. I asked to speak with a Manger, he said I am a manger.. I said well may I know your name ...he told me just call him sir,,then hung up on me . I called back to tell them my food was wrong...he hung up again. Sara an Jason are no good. They treated their employees Deontae Horrible as well an he has a disability..they talked so ugly to him. Hahira has Horrible people in that restaurant...just disgusting.

The food, the staff, the atmosphere are all amazing! We have breakfast nearly every Sunday morning and have been for almost 5 years. We even drive a few extra miles because this is the cleanest and friendliest one we have ever been to! Jason our server was AMAZING!! Food came out hot and just as we ordered!! HH is always clean and service is always great. If it’s a morning rush.. they try to make sure you are not lost in the crowd and constantly check on you. It’s our favorite place to eat breakfast.
