First trip here while visiting family. Our Yorkie was in desperate need of a trim and the team for us in on short notice. They did a great job getting him clipped and bathed the way my wife requested.

I have been taking my Yorkie there for 6 1/2 years now. They have a very good & dedicated groomer there,but that has changed. I originally gave this place 4 stars, but now changing it to a 2 star rating. This place has changed their groomers as well as their Management. The management has changed many of their policies and not necessarily, for the best. That being said, I won't be taking my Yorkie there anymore.

The staff is awesome. I personally have Brittany groom my dog, but the other groomers were treating the other dogs in a very loving manner. Great place to have your four legged child treated with love.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They appear genuinely caring for the dogs they take care of. Not cheap but not excessively expensive.

Well, It is a great groomer. However today, they charged me extra because my dog did not want a bath!! Rather than calling me to say they could not preform the service on him, they charged extra without telling me until after he was groomed and i was ready to pay!! I am FURIOUS! My dog has never had a problem and I bathe him at home no problem, all by myself. I am very disappointed and i really did expect better. It’s the groomers job, they should know that at some point in time the WILL come across a stubborn dog! If you don’t have the patience, don’t work in that profession! I’m out, very frustrating, likely will not be back. Guess were back on the hunt for a regular groomer. 😠

Liked the professional atmosphere, the groomer was nice. I just would request they follow the request of the customer and if you have questions, please contact the customer before making decisions on their own.

I have a 3 year old yorkie that I take there and the owner and others that work there are very friendly , give good cuts and the prices for service are very reasonable. If your furry friend needs a haircut , I highly recommend this business !! 😄
