I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Food Lion,and I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the store. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how spotless the floors were. The shelves were also neatly organized and free of clutter. It was clear that the store employees take great pride in keeping their store clean.But it wasn't just the general cleanliness of the store that impressed me. I was also impressed with the attention to detail that the employees showed. For example, I noticed that the produce section was meticulously organized and that there was not a single wilted or bruised piece of fruit or vegetable in sight. This level of attention to detail is what sets Food Lion apart from other grocery stores in the area.In addition to being clean, the Food Lion is also well-stocked with a wide variety of groceries. I was able to find everything I needed, from fresh produce to pantry staples to frozen foods. The store also has a great selection of organic and natural foods.Overall, I had a very positive experience shopping at the Food Lion. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the attention to detail shown by the employees, and the wide variety of groceries. Overall, very pleased with this store, for its small size. Good selection of everything, pretty clean and the employees are generally helpful. A much better shopping experience than bottom of the barrel Walmart or severely overpriced Publix. I wish they would expand and make it bigger as more people are moving into the area.

Still like Harvey's, but it's convenient Food Lion is a bit pricey, This store is very organized and kept in good condition for shopping. I typically can find whatever I need and feel comfortable asking questions if I am unable to locate an item. The food court is still fresh and tasty to my taste buds. The fried chicken is scrumptious, and the side isn't too bad either. As a matter of fact, once a month, Hahira First Baptist Church consistently purchases 30 pieces of fried chicken, and the taste and quality remain consistently good.

I called the store 10 times. I tried every extension, including front desk, bakery, grocery, meat, etc. and did not get one department to answer the phone. This is ridiculous.

What a great food store never wait on big lines always get very courteous help.I love this store .Prices are great I just can't go no where else . 💕💕 .Managers are great. Customer service is great cashiers are great .Always stocking the shelves making customers happy . Food lion what a great store

Friday, June-17-2022 We had quite the pleasant, shopping experience. We usually shop for groceries in Valdosta. It's always ghetto and filled with unmentionables. It was not the case at Food Lion today. I enjoyed shopping here and plan on coming back.

Less than a mile East of hwy. 75. Plenty of parking and easy access.. handicap parking has plenty of space. Even room for your motor home if you're on a long trip. Store has plenty of supplies for long road trips, such as paper towels and paper plates , plastic forks and spoons.plenty of soft drinks and several various brands and styles of chips and dips. Most all your cleaning supplies can be found in this very well KEPT store .The service is most pleasant all throughout the store. You can always find a store clerk in the store with the right attitude for assisting you. if they can't find it for you,they don't have it. They have handicap riding cart's and hundreds of market pushing cart's . They sale different types of flowers and trees and vegetable plants for your yard and garden. The deli has fresh Hot meal's for lunch and evening dinner. A large assortment of sandwich style meat's for quick cold cuts. Bathroom for the shopper's with handicap accessible stalls. Easy access to the store for wheelchair and other such handicap accessories.plenty of stock so come and shop. Easy in, easy out.

I really enjoy shopping here! They go above and beyond with presentation of fresh fruits and vegetables . It's always so beautiful and inviting. The when store really! Staff works hard to show the customer that they are valued. I always save big as an MVP member and leave the store with a ton of ideas for cooking!

Never have I ever been turned away to exchange coins for cash at a grocery store. "Tony" the customer service cashier looked at my already rolled coins and said "I don't want all those pennies". She continued to explain that she has no where to put them and they would have to count them anyways. This doesn't make any sense. The rule of thumb has always been if the money was in the marked rolls they didn't have to be counted. At least it did when I was a cashier. What if I had paid for product with it? Would they turn away legal tender? She suggested I use the coin star machine which charges a fee. Just before we parted ways, she said "Now if it were quarters that would be different." This just sounds like someone who doesn't want to do their job. I see many reviews on here for those who like Food Lion, but I will say this, I know a lot of people who sure do miss Harvey's. You wouldn't get this kind of customer service or lack thereof from them, not to mention the prices and selection were better. This has left quite the bitter taste in my mouth from this store and I'm not sure I will be returning.

Great prices and convenient location. Great customer service and the people in the back actually know where stuff is, unlike anyone at Walmart. I had an issue with my tap to pay one day, but the associate was very helpful and waited on me with a smiling face. Very clean store and plenty of parking.

Great customer service. The store is clean and organized. It isn't overly crowded so shopping is peaceful and check out is fast. If you create a food lion account on their website you can add digital coupons to use during checkout and you also receive items for sale price. You enter your phone number on the pinpad at the checkout to use your food lion card.

Outstanding customer service! Everyone is always genuinely friendly and happy to be there. The cashier on Register 1 around 2:30 today does a great job interacting with the customers and is never in a rush even if her line is long, to get customers out. She takes the time with each and everyone to make sure they have a pleasant experience!

I love this place!!!! The staff are always awesome, nice, friendly and welcoming when I shop here . They usually have everything I need when I go in there. If you want a nice peaceful grocery shopping trip this is the place to go

Awesome experience, good products and excellent customer attention, I can’t remember our cashier name but he was beyond the expected his number was 0201 , march 26 in the afternoon, he even help to us to get the store card and look for the right words in spanish, the nicest boy I never seen.

Food Lion is a great little grocery store to have in a small town. They are a little more expensive than driving to a bigger supermarket, but they gave a good selection of quality produce and other goods, and staff are very helpful.

My husband and I were in Hahira recently and we decided to visit the Food Lion there. The store was clean and uncluttered. The produce department was nice. Our cashier was very helpful and pleasant.

Great selection, the produce looks very fresh. I am impressed with the prices of the produce. I just popped in for bananas. The staff was very helpful. I hope the customer service stays as good and the sales continue long after the initial grand opening time frame has passed.

Prices are high but I HATE shopping at Wal-Mart but lately this store has been over charging on sale prices. The first time was on a discount product when I said it was the wrong price they charged they acted like I made it up. Then the second time the sale price was marked when it rang up full price. When I got home and called they said come back I live 10 miles away .one way I'm not going 20 miles for $2.50 . so I don't go back to often.

Food Lion would get ten stars from me if they would advertise their gluten free options enough to keep stocking those items. This particular Food Lion is a smaller store with the usual excellent prices and quality BUT the gluten free cheese cake I used to buy three at a time disappeared months ago.

Just relocated to Georgia and I was overjoyed to find Food Lion in a neighboring town.Always a clean store and courteous staff. They may not have the selection Walmart superstores do, but they do rival Walmart in pricing.

Our Harvey's grocery was replaced with a food lion last year. Prices are similar. But store brands are not as good. The staff does not seem to be as pleasant or happy as before. And I ordered an MVP card last year. But have not yet received a card.
