I've been coming here since moving from NJ in August of 2023. Its clean, spacious and they're always pleasant. They're good wirh reminding you about refills and try to accommodate in a timely manner. The icing on the cake is that they deliver! I love this pharmacy and would recommend!

my local pharmacy! closest to my house and also the best one in the area. best customer service, if there’s ever any issues with a prescription they call to let you know and will communicate as best they can in layman’s terms what exactly is going on with all of it. will also call insurance companies to sort out issues on scripts and drs offices as well. can’t ask for a better pharmacy

Pillar Drugs in Guyton is much faster and more polite than CVS and Walgreens. I never thought of trying them but I got tired of driving to Rincon and they wouldn't have it ready or didn't charge me right. Pillar Drugs has the same meds as the others and better!
