My first and last time using this grooming service. I paid extra for the de-shed. One of my dogs walked out of there looking like they didn’t de-shed at all. Clumps of hair were still coming out and my pants were covered in hair from her brushing up against me when I was picking her up. If you pay for the extra service, that’s what you should get. My dogs have been to several groomers across the country as we move and this one was the most expensive and less quality work.this photo was from as soon as we got home. I brushed her for less than 5 minutes and pulled this out.

I am so upset. This place hasn’t been the same since Bri left. I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year now but this is my last time using them. The last couple of times I’ve took my puppy in for a grooming I ask them to trim her and I specify I don’t want all her hair cut off. Why when we pick her up she’s bald. Once they tried to say she was matted so ever since I make sure I brush her thoroughly before her appointment. Apparently that’s easier and quicker for the groomer but as much as they cost you should get exactly what you ask for.

The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable. Also if you buy nine bags of dog food you get the tenth free kind of a no-brainer for someone who wants to feed their dogs better food so they pay a premium price and nowhere else offers that. My daughter and I go to visit the animals all the time and the staff are always so nice to us.

People were super friendly and we were in and out with what we need. Got three bettas, tank and all the fixings for about $60. Bettas are half moon and soooo pretty.

I dont know much about the Store, just the Groomer and oh my, please please please be cautious!!!!!!!!!!! Both of my Yorkies had Wounds from cutting them to short and one of my Yorkie was throwing up and was terrified after we picked him up.....he would put his Head down like we were gonna hit him😭😭......i dont know what happened there but the Person who groomed him does. Needless to say we never went back, the new Groomer is wonderful and both of them like going there. So scary, so please watch your Pet and or stay with them, Iam sure there are good Groomers there we just got a bad one and we dont know who, there should be Cameras you can watch just like in Daycares:(

The doors were unlocked at 0848am but the workers made sure to say they didn't open til 0900am thwn someone walked in right behind me and they didnt say a word to them. They were rude about it thwn didnt say anything to the qoman behind me....otherwise it wouldnt of been so bad....

Dogs looked like superstars. Groomer was really patient with me having to dig around for their rabies certs. Dogs smelled great, fur was extremely soft and nails were perfect. You can see them grooming through a window in the back which is fun. We came to pick them up as my dog was getting brushed out. He saw us through the window and smiled. :)

The groomers here are amazing. Finally, a place that doesn't shave my long-haired Yorkie. I searched around and after being shave five times, I found a place that does her breed's cut and she's looking more beautiful than ever.

I love petsense in grovetown from the second you come in the door there's someone to greet you. They are so friendly I recommend people all the time to take their dogs there to be groomed. Sherry is amazing she's my groomer not that the others aren't I'm sure they are. And when I go to leave I check out they help me bring my dogs up and they always have a treat waiting for sweet pea and me with the

Really like this store and can't wait to take my dog for his grooming. I bought some dog food and snacks so I will know soon if my dog likes it. The food was a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

PET OWNERS BEWARE. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I took my Mom’s dog, Wilson (small Maltese) to Petsense on Sunday (June 18th) for grooming services. Emma, nice upon check-in, did a horrible job on Wilson. We paid for a cut, bath, nail cut-down, and teeth cleaning. She cut his hair but didn’t bathe him, not sure if his teeth got cleaned, but what made the experience horrible was that she cut his foot and said nothing. We picked him up, Kim (one of the employees) handed him to my Mom. My Mom carried him out to the car, so he never touched the ground after the service. Once we got in the car, Wilson put his paw on my Mom’s shirt and left blood and when he stood on her lap, that’s when we saw all the blood on her pant leg from his front paw. We go back to the store within 5 minutes of leaving to speak with the manager, not in, but we spoke with Kim and she insinuates that we did something to him or “maybe it happened in the parking lot” which made absolutely no sense because I told her he was carried out. When I mentioned he wasn’t bathed, Kim is gonna say “oh does he normally have a smell”…NO he does not. Rude, disrespectful, and poor customer service. They offered no apology, blamed us, and it wasn’t until I insisted on Kim calling the manager that she did anything. Although I did get my money back for horrible service, Nathan (the manager) never even offered an apology, if not for hurting my dog, then at least for how his employee responded by insinuating we did something. Kim made the incident worse with the accusations and poor customer service.

Took my dog in for grooming. Had a 9am appointment. Was told give them a couple hours. Went back at 11 dog was not done. Was told they usually need 3-4 hours. They did a good job on the grooming. But 4 hours? Why ?

I have been taking Bear here for grooming since he was 2 months old. He turns 1 on January 14...the groomers (Jess,Shari,and Suzanne)are all top notch. So are the rest of the sales staff!

They may have the products you need but the staff needs to be trained better. Asking for assistance with a collar should not turn into a huge ordeal. If an employee is nervous about a particular breed they need to ask for an additional employees assistance and not accuse the dog of being aggressive. There was no aggression from the dog at all but the employee insisted the dog tried to bite them. The owner and other witnesses were very confused as to what the employee was talking about. The dog in question is so sweet and the owner was just looking for help. These words from the employee can have real consequences on the dog and owner and have now made this location undesirable to shop at. Be better and know your own limits and ask for help as an employee if you're uncomfortable.

I bought the most inexpensive comfortable mesh harness for my puppy whos growing fast lol, it fits terribly, even on my bigger dog, its way too loose for a size medium and just isnt made well. This store is pretty expensive and i paid about 20 bucks for a simply basic good harness trying to stay cheap being that hell need a bigger size in no time. The same harness only made sturdier and sized right was $4.88 for his size!!! Sadly they were out of stock in store and it was an asap situation without being able to return it.The store itself is absolutely adorable, super clean and organized. Thry even sell homemade super cute bakery dog treats! They carry alot of GOOD dog food and those prices arent a whole lot more than tractor supply.The grooming dept and grooming employees there are AMAZING! I highly recommend grooming there.

Horrible experience. Grooming prices doubled to$54 to do a basic wash for a small Chihuahua. Now I'm going to PetSmart for only $22. I complained to manager Sue. I hope MGR can change it back. Be sure to check prices

Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager Sue is by far the WORST person I've met in my entire life. I worked here for a few months and when starting she would ignore me and talk badly about other employees. She would yell at me from across the store and come in the back of the groom shop to bad mouth customers or talk down to other employees. I've seen her be rude multiple times to coworkers AND CUSTOMERS. She has no respect for anyone and thinks she literally owns the place... the staff that I worked with; Nate, Shari, Amber, were all great but Sue needs to go. I'm not sure how many people have quit because of her nasty attitude and horrible "management". I put quotations because she is so far from a leader and everyone does whatever they can to avoid her when they need help. What a joke. If you walk in and ask any employee in the groom shop about Sue they will either give you the number to call corporate or ask you to tell Nate, the manager. It's sad that somehow she stays when there's so many others who actually deserve that position.

Reviews said this place was pricey. Compared to Petsmart or Petco I actually think the prices were on par and even lower. I think I would prefer to go here on most occasions. Dont pass this olace over just because of reviews regarding price. They had better selection that for most items than stored 4 times largers. I will probably do most of my pet shopping here from now on.

I have visited multiple times to buy pet supplies. We have also used the groomers three times for nail trims on our puppy. We have had a good experience every time we have been in. Our dogs (both are pits) have been welcomed and played with.

Totally helpful and cool even though I walked in like 2 minutes to close. Overheard a conversation with another guest; the associate was knowledgeable and patient. Lots of neat products, including a tag making machine, full selection of flea and dewormer medication. Lots of toys. Splendid selection of "chew chews." I'll be back!
