These guys were really quick making our order. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. This store had updated decor over all the other Jersey Mike's we've visited. My sub was very delicious!

Approached the store with a sign posted informing they had ran out of bread and it will be a delay of 30 minutes. When we had entered we were informed of the delay and said we didn't mind waiting and the employee asked for our orders. After taking the order we offered to pay but the employee stated we can afterwards and we let him know we'd wait in our vehicle and come back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later when we had come in to check on the order other people had shown up to the store which was empty prior and were also waiting on their subs. Our order had been lost and we needed order again and wait. Still no big deal things happen and we waited an hour in total and still tipped. Got home to eat and had a hair inside of my sub.

Update: November 17 2023It seems like everytime my husband and I go in there together they always make his sub wrong and mine right. It's weird.Came in yesterday and my husband confirmed the type of bread he wanted 3 times with workers. They still went and picked the wrong bread. We didn't catch on because he was tending to our son. This has happened 2 other times in the past. But this time it's a rating change. Because actually these subs are too pricey for anybody to be making a mistake. Especially a simple bread mistake. And then it's happened more than once. If you can't comprehend what kind of bread a customer wants you shouldn't be working in a sub place. We have given this specific location alot of business over the years. And over the years the food and service has declined. Hmmm I wonder why? 🤔 but we won't be coming back to this location. And it's a shame. Giving a 1 star from a 5 star because this is a sub shop and these mistakes don't seem to be on accident. They do it all the time. Why is one sub always perfect but the other one isn't? I see alot of staff has changed too. And maybe that's the reason. The old staff was ON POINT AND FRIENDLY. We simply won't be back to this location.Older review: My #13 is always on point! I usually see the same people when I come in, and they're always friendly! The place is always clean! And service fast!

Purchased a veggie sub on 05/09/23 for dinner two bites into the sub a blond hair was in my sandwich talk about a waste of 12 bucks best part of the meal was the ranch Doritos I guess I should have went to subway instead!! Please be careful eating here and watch your food closely. This will definitely be my last visit here and no it was not my own hair embedded into the sand which. These workers need to start wearing hair nets!!

This place is amazing in customer service! I had my newborn son with me in the car and I called to get assistance with my food because it’s was so difficult for me to go inside. The manager literally came outside took my order and brought it back to my car. I can’t tell you how much this helped me as a new mom trying to get food and manage everything with my baby. I truly appreciate it! They definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. Thank you all again!

I love it here and they always have the freshest tomatoes. I am a vegetarian and I have the have them clean off the slicer for me to get cheese and they never complain. Just smile and do it. The managers are so sweet.

I’m just disgusted reading these reviews. Coming from South Florida 1st let me say there is NO such thing as Southern Hospitality, as I’ve encountered thee rudest people ever while being here! Second this is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Are there any clean, safe places to eat in this city? Every food review has either an hair or a roach! Ugh! Augusta/Grovetown/Evans/ Martinez has been such a let down. Maybe the Savannah area or the outskirts of Atlanta will better suit me, I hate it here! It sucks!Yes I did order from this place, and as expected it was terrible. I asked for light spicy brown mustard, they put heavy regular mustard smh. The bread was stale, and I’ve never had stale bread from Jersey Mike’s. A complete waste of money.

Is there a reason you allow flies to fly all over the sandwich and vegetables? I was disgusted at your restaurant this evening. I purchased sandwiches infested with flies. Health hazard!! You can do better to serve your customers in Grovetown. My children threw away the sandwiches because of the flies on the bread and vegetables. The staff abandoned the bread on the table. Please do better.

I want to give them infinite stars! These times we are in, good service is something not usually something you find throughout a store. But this location.. kindness.. sweetness and generosity is EVERYWHERE!!! I just visited and every single person has been absolutely phenomenal.

My husband and I eat here so often, the staff knows our order. Kind of embarrassing. They're always on top of getting orders out quickly and efficiently. They're always friendly and know the menu like the backs of their hands. I've seen some JM employees have to look up how to make a sandwich, but not this one. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Great job!

Usually good here. However the employees need to change gloves after every order. They need to be told the gloves are for MY safety...NOT to keep their hands from getting dirty. Have not seen any sanitization practices at all. I did see mayo being used to help scrap.lettuce off the cutting board into the waste tray.

This location is the absolute best in the area. No matter what time of day you go in, there's a smiling face. In the middle of the lunch or dinner rush there's never more than a few minute wait. My sandwich is made to perfection Every time. My wife and I have gotten to the point that we just have to walk in and say hi and they already know what we're having. I also had the pleasure of using their catering services and they couldn't possibly have made it any easier for me. I love this place!

Ordered kids meals, got "mini" subs In return and was told we dont get the cookie and the drink. The same sandwich was 2.50 more a piece with a different name. after saying something, and offering to pay the difference, I was given 1.23 back, watched them throw the sandwiches out and remake them exactly the same, and same exact size. All could have been solved if they just gave us the cookies and drinks, but instead ruined the Other 2 hot sandwiches as well. Jersey mikes is always good, but this one is just flat out terrible

#44 Buffalo Chicken sub is amazing. I've only had one other sandwich since I've been going to this place. It was real good but the buffalo chicken one is amazing. I get it every time. It's a small place that is normally not crowded. Even during lunch it wasn't too crowded. Good place to eat. I place this over Subway any day.

I go here almost every two weeks. Friendly staff, great food, great value, great selection. The staff is capable of handling multiple orders. The rewards system is great. The staff makes an effort to get to know you. If you don't like the experience you probably don't like great subs! Enjoy this staple of Grovetown!

My sub is A++++ delicious. And the young men working are super great with service. One down drip, the old lady working today 4/23/2019 approximately 5:30pm is very loud when speaking to customers. Very loud indeed. I ask about military discount and the response was yelled out in an extremely LOUD voice. Who would've thought her being so tiny with a loud mouth.

One of the first times I came here I was having an utterly awful day. I was so stressed out and near tears. The taller one of the two women that I have seen work here, was so kind to me, not only was my order spot on, but I didn't realize until I got home with my order that she wrote, "I hope your day gets better :)" with smiley face. I lost it. This complete stranger was so nice for no reason. I will always go back here whenever I can, I have yet to thank her, but hopefully one of these days I stop in I will be able to thank her.

Service was good. Food was freshly prepared but really didn't have any flavor (I ordered the medium Italian done Mike's way). Wasn't impressed at all. Considering the price was over $12.00 for a sandwich, chips, and a 22 ounce soft drink, I'll go somewhere else. Overpriced.
