This Walgreens pharmacy is the most unprofessional location I have ever experienced. North Expressway in Griffin, GA. They don’t acknowledge you until they are good and ready. You could sit there with them right in front of you and it could be minutes before they make a connection with you. Time and time again they have failed to improve. Shame on me for thinking it would get better. Nope, it never will. Moving on to CVS. So sad.

Very disrespectful service at the pharmacy counter at the North Expressway location. A employee (he) called me to the pickup window and rattled a pill bottle in front of me to let me know he was out of that medication and then asked me if I wanted him to put in a order. Very hard to believe but this is a 100% true story. Very unprofessional and not to mention very confusing. Who is the professional here?

Mya in the pharmacy was so wonderful she helped me & my mom with her medication & answered all our questions with no problem. Was very sweet & attentive service 10/10

I have had a few bad experiences at this pharmacy but this morning me and my wife went through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised by Shaunta she was very fast and efficient and had a great attitude. Her customer service skills were great. If some of the other employees had her attitude I would not dread going to that Walgreens!

The pharmacy Is so slow it’s great practice for Black Friday shopping. They will text you that prescriptions are ready that are in fact not. Be cautious of using drive through. They will have people wait for prescriptions to get filled instead of leaving the drive through and coming back. Also, they will close early for lunch. Arrived 8min before lunch to pick up. She was to busy chitchatting to stop and instead just said they were already closed.

Waited 6 hours for a prescription to be filled. An inhaler they merely had to pull off the shelf. At first claimed they not received any prescription. I contacted my doctor and she told me she had a verification of receipt 5 hours earlier. When I confronted the pharmacy assistant with this information, he scurried away, returned and said it would be ready in 55 minutes. While waiting I was harrased by store manager with scraggly beard. I will try new to set foot in that store again.

So while shopping at Walgreens today, I stepped to the rear of the backed up line to check out. Just as I did a large white male called out that he would help the next customer out at the photo desk. I stepped aside as he very slowly walked to the register. I waited about 15 seconds and no one in the line stepped that way. I then stepped towards the register and he stated loudly "There's a whole line in front of you Bud". I looked over and again no one had moved, so I said no one else had moved so I came over. I then stepped away and a couple then stepped out of the other line and walked toward the register. Needless to say, I still went ahead and purchased what I needed...... AT DOLLAR GENERAL!! So for the obese a-hat that wanted to be rude...There's a whole city in front of your store BUD that my money spends just as easy at!! Oh and have fun placing the numerous items I planned on purchasing back on the shelf, as I sure as heck didn't.

I reserved an appt 10:45 for my 14 year old Covid booster, got to Walgreens at 10:40 I completed the paper work 10:43 and waited for 30 minutes for my son to get the booster, no one else were waiting to be seen. I understand you all are busy but the shot took less than 5 minutes and no one else were waiting in the store to see the Pharmacist so why not get us out of the way instead of making us wait.

This location always does a stellar job with my online photo orders. And you might think that’s not a big deal, but when I am paying to have precious memories reproduced, it is so wonderful to have them look just as great irl as they do in my phone. This means to me that their printing equipment is well-maintained and nothing was off-center or poorly trimmed, which has happened at other locations. Staff is also always friendly and kind. Thanks so much!

I would give 0 stars if it where possible !!!! They do not accept no types of Medicaid nor do they offer good rx to you as a customer . Also all this cash payments they are receiving they can’t even open the inside . This Walgreens is drive through only . I waited over an hour in a half to make it to the window to be told the Medicaid I have will not cover the prescription . They never even tried to reach out to me and inform me of it !!!!! Never again I will be back everyday to give a bad review !

Pharmacy terrible don’t come here period. Understaff send/ call false texts saying your meds are ready and even calling the day before and the day off pick up get to Walgreens and meds not even ready or they said you already pick them up and you haven’t. This is it no more of my business. Done!

Absolutely amazing customer service at this location, everyone I encountered was exceptionally nice and helpful, one person in particular, Michael went above and beyond to help me find some things and save me some money in the process!! Can't speak much to the pharmacy issues I've read about but the front end is great.

I was also denied service at the photo department. I was very displeased with my visit to this walgreens! I walked in and saw two workers talking beside the photo department and as soon as I walked up they both had disappeared. As I waited for service the lady upfront was stocking and went to help the costumers at the main checkout center. She told me she would help me when she got back. I waited and waited and she just resumed stocking and failed to help me for the next 5 minutes. She even pressed the costumer service button to get someone else to come help me so she could stock. Then she finally decided to help me when no one came around. Very disappointed.

Fast I had passport pictures made and they took the time to make sure that I was happy with my picture before finishing the process when another customer came they called help over to make sure eno one had to wait which I thought was so respectful lots of places aren't doing that anymore these days many rude people

I had two prescriptions to be filled. I got a text around 10:30 am stating that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I come to Walgreens around 1 pm to pick up said prescriptions only for them to tell me that only 1 of them is ready and that they have misplaced the other and are having to fill it again. I only have an hour lunch break from my job and didn’t intend on spending my entire lunch break picking up two medications which consisted of maybe 15 pills each so why on earth does it take so long to fill them? Done with Walgreens pharmacy.

I am VERY upset. To the point where I WILL record my next conversation with my visit at Walgreens and I WILL call corporate. I have type one diabetes. I had to go to the emergency room on the 27th because I was experiencing extreme insulin resistant. I called my doctor because I was running out of insulin faster than normal. She increased my rates to 2 units per 5 carbs instead of 1 and told me to just tell the pharmacist what happened and that they’d give me a new bottle. I called the pharmacy and immediately she was rude. She had a sarcastic tone the entire time and acted very annoyed and upset about my questions. She told me that my doctor would have to put how much insulin I take in a day, not per carb. I understand that and I get it, but lose the attitude. This is my health and if I have questions, I should be able to ask without the constant attitude. Work somewhere else if you can’t work with the public without the rudeness. This isn’t the first time, every time if I have a question about my insulin, they get very upset and RUDE. This is my health. I am completely insulin dependent and if something changes about my insulin prescription, I WILL ASK. I have always been nice and I put up with them, but not anymore. This is not okay. Next time, I am calling corporate and I am not playing games anymore. Another time, I asked why I got 2 bottles instead of 3 like normal. REASONABLE QUESTION. The woman huffed and puffed and said well I’ll have to go through the system again to find out why... and then she did, came back and said, “your insurance doesn’t cover 2 bottles anymore.” She rolled her eyes, stopped around like a child, and gave me my insulin that I need to LIVE, without saying have a good day or anything. Then ANOTHER time, a woman just gave me my medicine without checking my name on the computer and then when I waited she was like well did you need anything else???? WHAT THE H***!? Or when my husband came up to get his medicine and the drive thru and they saw me in the passenger seat and said, “NUH UH YOUR MEDICINE ISNT READY YET!!!!” Just extremely rude and makes me uncomfortable going there even though it’s the most convenient place to go. I am very upset and the attitudes need to change or get new people.

They take extremely long to administer the COVID test to you. We had to wait an HOUR past our appointment time and that is ridiculous due to the fact that I have been to other locations and they don’t take this long. They move with no sense of urgency. Very unorganized

Take my prescription, review with pharmacist, tell me it'll be filled soon as the next delivery comes, FOUR DAYS later I call to check and I'm told the pharmacist won't fill it because all of my long term maintenance Rx aren't filled by them,( they are mail order BUT walgreens has my records, what I'm on)
