Recently applied for a stocker position and was given the runaround for 3 weeks. Then after coming in to the store twice they then said they weren’t hiring anymore. The staff was very rude and the manager was a very poor representation of the Ross company. This location needs to be shut down.

This is a great store! However, there was a lot of hype on Facebook about this 49 cent sale that they were having.We called the store before going up there asking them where they having a sale like that and they told us. Yes, they were currently marking things down. when we got to the store, it was only the clearance items that were marked down. And there was one item hanging on the entire clearance rack. Of course, That 1 item was actually a regular item that was put there by mistake. So either they didn't have very big of a sale at all Or they were already wiped out. But the ad on Facebook said not to get there too early because everything wouldn't be completely marked down yet. We got there around lunch and there was nothing there. So don't believe Facebook when they talk about their sales for sure.

Definitely a go to place, you never know what kind of deal your going to find. I just so happened to find a pair of new balance shoes for .49¢ yes you read right i paid .52¢ tax and all. So go check it out and see what you find.

The store associates are rude and unwilling to help find what you are looking for. As well, refused to allow my child to use the dressing room to try her clothes on with still more than an hour until store closing. When I asked an associate for help, she acted as if it were a problem. Even the store manager was rude in the way she spoke to me. I wouldn't shop here again if it weren't one of the few stores in this little city that I find merchandise that I like, but each time, the associates are rude. Very poor customer service.

Always clean and squared away. They have a nice selection. It's a smaller store and in a less populated area so they don't get as much product or the really nice products but that's not their fault. It's never crowded, not even at Christmas.

The staff was the rudest set of people ive ever dealt with. It wasnt just one or two of their employees, BUT THEIR ENTIRE STAFF. I will not be shopping at this store for a long while, if ever. I didnt want to give a star but i had to so it will post.

Store needs to be better kept, meaning there needs to be employees on the floor keeping everything neat and organized and carts need to be able to be rolled out. Purchases tend to be heavy and multiple bags of purchases can't be carried out to car and customers need to be able to fully utilize carts but, great deals and buys. Always great finds.

The one star will change if the management wants to respond with more help. I imagine it's really hard to get help. I counted 17 customers in front of me with 2 cashiers. I had to abandon my cart that I spent 45 minuets getting clothes for my 8 year old. Were talking a couple hundred lost in a sale (maybe less than $100 in Ross investment for what I was about to pay for). Why not pay your employees better and double your check out ? I think you would make that back in increased sales. The store had been ransacked and idle cashiers would have plenty to do. Pay what you need to so you can have the help to keep check out efficient for me - your customer. I love your store otherwise.

Always a pleasure to come to Ross!! Y'all have the best clothes for the best prices. Even for the kiddos. I found a beautiful top for my self for 9$ and bows for the kids 2.50$ a pack. Can't beat that. Thanks Guys

ROBBERS!!!! Please be aware!!! You pay for your items and because THEY forget to give you your bags(items) and you get home and realize that you are missing items!!!! Now you have to go back up to the store Only for them to tell you that THEY will watch the cameras (Not allowing you to watch along with them) to tell you that you got the items!!!! THIEVES!!!This as happened to several people that I know. Now I am a VICTIM OF THEIR SCAM!! They will resale the items again!!!!! They should let you view the cameras with them if this happens.I’m calling the corporate office. Will let you know what happens next. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CHECK FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!

Ross has a great selection and often a variety of sizes. The prices are very affordable. Store is well maintained and staff is nice. Ross is my favorite store and the Griffin location much more organized than most other locations.

Rude extremely rude i bought perfume every store I've ever been to will allow a return if not used i didn't get outvof the parking lot went straight back in to be told we don't accept returns for perfume i said shouldn't you tell customers that before they buy it smart mouth ride non professional sorry excuse for a human said you were supposed to be told she checked me out she knew she didn't tell me but yet refused to allow me to return it. I'm never stepping foot in that store again and contacting corporate

I just want to start off by saying that I have never in my life left a review or complaint bit I truly felt moved to go through the trouble of doing so. There is a Ross store that just opened near me, I believe it was store #1973. The store is neat and clean. However, the few times that I have been to the store I noticed that Michelle has the tendency to mistreat her employee's and always has an attitude. I approached her to ask her something and she was more busy screaming and yelling at an employee over not being able to take their break. She stormed off and didn't even notice that I was waiting on her. I have never seen someone so ruthless. I think she may be new to her position and if that is the case, she needs help with management.

Name brands at discount prices. My first time at a Ross store and I'm very impressed. Coach shoes $54, not that I want them, just saying. My fav purchase today was my wind chimes and sundress. Definitely my new go-to place.

Understocked. I visited this Griffin location for the first time and was disappointed. The lack of inventory needs to be addressed. The racks barely had clothes and the household section was greatly lacking. Hope they address these issues because I love Ross stores otherwise.

I returned a blouse yesterday because the front pleat was sewed wrong and it looked funny. I still had the tags on it but i didnt have the receipt. So i wanted to swap it for something else. I think i paid $5.49 for it but not sure when i purchased it i asked if he gave me a refund on it towards what i purchased which came to $24.59 , he said yes. When i got home the credit for the sl ivory rose blouse was only 49 cents. If that was what it scanned he should have told me because i would have kept it and given it to the Salvation Army. Im 77 and dont appreciate the customer service i received. I WILL NOT shop at the Griffin, Georgia , Ross again nor will i ever recommend it. LINNIE FLOURNOY

The store is clean but the employees, just plan unprofessional. I arrived early what I seen was 3 employees at the front register area around hovering around one cell phone laughing and talking about a picture on their cell phone. The customer who they were wating on had to explain to me that she was being waited on and waited another 2 mins before saying “girls I got to go come on and finish up my purchase.” They then took their time as if she did not matter. Sad too see this leave of customer service.

customer service is never friendly, half the time the dressing rooms in the back are closed. This store is one of the dirtiest Ross' i've ever shopped in. one time i was asked to leave my purse outside the dressing room. i handed the associate my items and walked out. thats sketchy, especially since i'd never been asked to do that before.

Ross is a Great Store to get name brand items without paying name brand price. My Momma and I both did a majority of our Christmas Shopping here. Why go out if town when you can shop local.
