As a pet owner, I had high hopes when I visited, both for supplies and grooming services. However, my experience left much to be desired.The first thing I noticed upon entering the store was the lack of organization and cleanliness.The selection of pet supplies was limited, and the products seemed outdated.I decided to try their grooming services, hoping for a professional and caring experience for my furry friend. Unfortunately, the grooming area was not much better than the store itself. It felt chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.When my pet returned to me, I was disappointed with the grooming job. It was clear that they had rushed through it, as there were missed spots and uneven trimming. My pet seemed stressed and uncomfortable, which was distressing to see.Overall, my experience was underwhelming. The lack of cleanliness, disorganization, and subpar grooming services left me feeling disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment to fellow pet owners.

I used the grooming services at PetSense Griffin to give my dog a bath and a mani/pedi. Yhe staff was super nice and very attetive to my concerns. Total time was about 2.5 hours and cost was $47. So much easier than trying to do it myself and definitely going back.

Not the place for doodles. They did an awful job grooming my doodle. His coat was very uneven, they didn't blow him out, his feet and sanitary areas weren't even touched. The groomers were very pleasant but, I can't recommend their services.

Told two different people how I wanted my dog cut and it didn’t happen. This is twice now she’s looked horrible when I got her back. I’ve never been to a groomer that made her hair look like this. $70 dollars for a cut and nails trim, I want it my way not yours! I’ll find a new groomer that will listen better.

Called about rats for my snakes and told her i lived an hour away also told her exactly what i needed and sizes etc. She told me the sizes they had in stock. I showed up an hour later and they didn't have any rats in stock at all. only small hopper mice and fuzzies.. she told me "you can just feed them 1 after another & it will be fine"... this lady had no clue what she was talking about and I'll never go back.. 1 star, if I could leave NO stars then I would..

I haven't been to it a lot but when I do go in there they have always had what I needed and they have animals like cats fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, and ferrets and reptiles like snakes ,turtles, and maybe lizards

Always a pleasant experience for my pup and I. I've never had a bad experience save for one grooming session a few years back. But that situation was resolved by the store manager in a professional manner. Good selection of pet products and friendly staff (Bryonna most recently) make it a good shopping experience other retailers could learn from.

Adorable kitties for adoption, the folks who work here are friendly, and lots of pet food choices. The only downside is there aren't many fish or other small pets to choose from .

I absolutely love going into this store twice maybe 3 times a week. They have much to choose from and amazing prices. They always cut my dogs nails perfectly and the manager is amazing and has done wonderful things to that store!

It’s not too often I get actual experiences with the employees but it seemed as if they watched me in confusion and walked over to offer their assistance. Before I knew it I felt like I was making the best purchase for my girl(prissy ) will go back!!!

I went and was trying to purchase 3 bags of cat litter for 9.99 each, a cat harness for 11.99, and cat food that I didn't pay attention to the price of. I get to register and the litter rang up 14.99 each and the harness 12.99. The "manager" I assume went to look at the price. She comes back and tells me they will honor the harness at 11.99 but will NOT honor the 9.99 price on the litter because the tag was out of date. I told her that wasn't my problem. She just stared at me. I said well what about the bigger bag for 20.99? Is the price right on that one?? She goes to look at it and comes back and tells me it's 21.99. I told them they could just keep everything and I came to petsmart where I had no issues at all. Moral of the story, the customer isn't right at petsense, and neither are their price tags.

**Update**Spoke with Store manager Diane. She was helpful and apologized for my experience. She offered to redo his services. We agreed and needless to say my dog was very clean and smelled amazing. Thank you Diane for your good customer service and offering to rectify the situation.Never again...my dog stinked!! He looked at though he was clean, but smelled. Needless to say me and my son came home and washed him, and guess what, the water was black as though he wasn't washed. Honestly, I think she wet him and brushed him. Also I asked about his nails being trim, she told me to bring him every 2 weeks to get them shorter. It won't be a next time.

As I was shopping for pet supplies for my kitty, I found a great selection of my kitty’s favorite can cat food. There was also a great selection of pet toys for my Abby. I love shopping here.

It wasn't too long ago an associate accuse me of stealing because they said they saw me Reach In My Pocket well I had cargo shorts on and I was grabbing my Chapstick and I literally emptied my pockets and hold them inside out to prove I did not steal anything needless to say I haven't been back and never will go back again you should be absolutely certain someone is stealing from you before you accuse them publicly and I know I could sue and all that kind of stuff so no need and telling me that but what's the point the person that did it wouldn't care. So just be careful do not put chapstick on your lips in the store if you are brave enough to go in!

Grooming can’t do their job apparently. Scheduled an apt for my dog, was informed her shots were not up to date. No problem, go get her shots & reschedule. On the day we got her shots I brought in the paperwork since I needed to grab some treats & dog food. Staff apparently didn’t enter it correctly staff claimed “it was checked with no date” and turned me away for my groom. I didn’t make the mistake, they did but yet my dog was not able to be groomed.

It's the biggest petsense I've ever been to, but for the space it has a surprisingly small selection. I was looking for frozen raw dog food and they only had 1 brand, Stella and Chewy's. It's a good brand, just not what I feed my dogs (Primal). The employees were fine, I was greeted but no one asked if I needed help. They do carry some really high quality products, so if you're looking for something like Fromm, Victor, Acana, etc. there's a good chance they have it.

I love this store! The staff is wonderful and the animals are meticulously cared for. The pets are reasonably priced, but kibble and supplies are a bit steep.I'm not sure if there's anywhere else in Griffin to buy a hamster, but even if there were I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went in to buy dog food and was alerted to a special sale with a gift card deal. I was impressed with the selection and the knowledgeable staff. They also have a frequent shoppers program and the groomer was helpful even though it wasn't her area. She seemed to know her stuff. I think her name was Sam or something like that.

Ms. Daejinique in the grooming department did an outstanding job with nail trim and gland expression with my shy and nervous dog, Manson. Her calm temperament and welcoming energy made my dog feel at ease and put me at ease too. We will definitely be back to see Daejinique!
