This is by far my favorite Kroger in the area. Though today I had probably my least favorite visit. The shelves were bare. Perhaps it was from a busy day and they’re shorthanded. But I was unable to get a bunch of the things that I came to get. But I still love my Kroger. The Kroger points are nice.

Awful everything.Especially poor customer service at the store, call center, and online chat.If you shop at Kroger, then make sure your coupons have been applied to your total. According to at least one employee, Kroger's "system" often "is down" and digital coupons fail to apply.After that, good luck finding a Kroger employee, in the store or elsewhere, who is competent and cares enough to correct the problem.

Clean and has plenty of vegan supplements for my son..no more running from store to store. This store is well worth the 26 min drive. My neighborhood kroger is always missing something. Thanks for keeping things well stocked

This is a good Kroger. Large selection, helpful staff, decent prices. Has a Starbucks located inside and a place to enjoy lunch from the deli.

This Kroger is the absolute pits! It's been mediocre since the time it opened & has only further declined throughout its 10 year existence. As of Saturday, I will no longer even consider it a last resort for grocery shopping. The parking lot is heavily littered & chaotic, the bathrooms are a biohazard & the store is filthy & cluttered with pallets that are stacked with products which are left to sit in aisles as no one stocks the shelves. Every refrigerator case smells like mold. The meat department is abysmal in quality & selection alike. You would think it could not get any worse until you move onto the employees. They never have enough registers open. My last experience was going through a check out lane with a hateful young lady named Destinee as the cashier. You could see her bad attitude & unprofessionalism from outer space. She would not even look at me or respond to me when I greeted her. I have a large family & regularly spend $300 to $500 a week on groceries. However, I basically wasted money at this store as I had a very large amount of items, as usual. This cashier kept pushing the conveyor belt button until my groceries were falling off onto the floor, I had to pick them up because there was no bagger to help & she was down right livid that she had to be the one to help me bag my own groceries. She wouldn't even tell me the total for my purchase so I had to ask her, to which she mumbled under her breath & still would not make eye contact. It was such a stressful experience that I even ended leaving some of my items & I'm honestly not willing to go back for them at this point. I don't know how this rotten girl still has a job. However I will say that her attitude was totally different towards a new set of customers in line behind me whose physical appearance was more like hers. I travel regularly & have never seen another Kroger in this condition & with such classless employees. Also worth mentioning is that the ladies who work in the deli ALL have terrible attitudes. They don't want to work & their actions show it. Whoever runs this store clearly has not even a shred of integrity & the employees they hire are a reflection of it. This Kroger location perfectly represents how pathetic & trashy the counties of spalding & pike are. I will gladly drive elsewhere for my groceries from now on.P.S. you should be embarrassed that police have to chase down criminals in your parking lot on a frequent basis.

I usually give 5 stars, but this is the 3rd time I've came through check out and Kathy is my cashier. My items would be marked down with a red and yellow reduced sticker on top. She still ring up my items the regular price regardless of the sticker, and yet to apologize for her mistake. Michelle is the one bagging up for her. I would speak to them and Michelle is the only one who speaks back. Very poor customer service. I shops there at least 3-4 times a week.

Whatever you do please do not place any orders through the Kroger app. I placed an order on the 18th of December. The order did not go through on my end but Kroger still took the money off my card. When I called on the 18th I was told that they were processing a refund for the order and the money would be released within 24 hours.It is now December 26 and the money still haven't been put back on my card. Called today and was told it would take 30 days to go back to my card.I will NEVER use Kroger services again.

Got a coupon to get $50 on my Kroger plus account if I switch a prescription. But Betty makes sure to fight hard for Kroger to keep their $50. After another associate told me I just had to switch over my prescription from Publix and bring my coupon, when it came time to redeem my coupon Betty refuses to honor it because the refill count on my prescription is different than what I’ve gotten previously so “technically” they cannot honor it. She refused to just scan the coupon and instead really wanted to fight me on it. Congrats Betty on fighting so hard for a corporation. I’m taking my prescription back to Publix where they have decent service. Also, had to stand in super long lines for her to just argue with me. Was such a nice welcome as a new customer to Kroger pharmacy.

On every other occasion I would give at least 4 stars. However, today’s visit has caused this 2 star rate if and possibly never shopping here again. Registers down, rude customers, empty shelves, no carts, no helpful employees except for the fantastic baristas at Starbucks. Really poor business today.

I received my flu shot & my COVID shot. At once In the same arm.The pharmacist was absolutely amazing. She did a fabulous job.I had no pain whatsoever during or even after. I took the band-aids off later that evening & not one drop of blood on either one of them. I would definitely recommend Kroger pharmacy in Griffin, Georgia.

I actually usually LOVE THIS STORE! Unfortunately I won't be going back. I was followed around the store like an awful criminal or something!?!? That was ridiculous! Then a 3.50 plant cost me 19.00$ y'all are getting greedy!

This Kroger surpasses other Krogers. The huge cheese section and olive bar. It's great. We come here for everything, as you do for a grocery store.

At self checkout,I was treated like I was stealing a stupid Dragon fruit, I was buying 2 so I scanned 2 but the attendant eax called and alerted how humiliating,it's bad enough we have to wait so long to get checked out by them or you can choose to Do Their Job and get out quicker,then get called out as If you were stealing,!!! Paaaaleaseeee !! Shame on you KROGER

I know hiring is tough now but it’s so stupid to have employees that can’t get self check out lines working. Sitting them down instead. People wait for 15-20 minutes just to check out since only two lines open. Several people left full carts and walked away. Kroger is getting worse everyday!

Employees wearing masks and gloves at deli 👌😷👌bathroom clean /went to deli to get 8 pics of chicken and wasn't satisfied asked employee how long was food sitting out in pan cause it looked dry she lied cause it tasted old and like the oil needed to be changed worst part was she wasn't honest jus to make a self visited 12/6/23 evening shift 411 for management to speak to employee / visited on 2/3/24 and while shopping needed to use restroom and it was a mess I mean terrible urinal covered with a plastic bag floor was sticky from overflow management needs to see about the up keep prices are not what the commercial says low low prices they don't send out coupons anymore at least to us and the in store sales are not on things you buy and what you do buy is marked up so high that when you see 😳 sale sign u think it's a good thing 🙈🤷‍♂️😳

I really appreciate that no matter how slow or they, there are always enough lanes open for check out! I haven't had to wait in a line with m more than 1 person in front of me. And the cashiers are nice.Also appreciate all the plant- based options they have. The is no need for me to shop multiple stores or drive an hour out. Prices are reasonable

There are at least 12 handicap parking spaces and many more than 100 free parking spaces. The building is in excellent condition and the parking lot is clean as well. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at this grocery store. There is a pharmacy here as well and a Starbucks. There is a Kroger crane arm game in the front of the store. Their is an ecoatm smartphone selling kios here. There is a bakery here and a place to eat your food on the inside and also a place to sit on the outside as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Kroger's store and enjoy my time shopping there.

11/06 pick up , how do you guys just have one employee doing pickups it’s been 1hr and half wait for an order , it’s about 10 other cars waiting to park in the pick up spots got here at 5:50pm and it’s currently 7:14pm and no order for a pick up window of 6-7

The manager ms.teresita was very rude. I explained to her the coconut oil says 8.99 the sticker is there and there was more than 7 of the same bottles in that spot. She would not honor the price, It's not my fault that a worker put, them in the wrong place. She should have honored it and than told somebody to go remove them and place them in the right place. So,I left and went to WALMART and bought everything for a cheaper price!! 205.32 Kroger lost!!

I appreciate the convenience of Kroger Pick-Up; however, the wait time is ridiculous. Only one employee making runs out and all spots filled with people waiting in the isles and cutting in front of people who have been waiting longer. This is by far the worst location I have been to. Staff is always very pleasant, they just need more help.
