I called ahead bc i was having a hard time finding some. Although they did not have what I was looking for they were extremely pleasant in helping me look and even in the back. I wish I got the lady's name who was on the phone, great customer service!!!!

I've been into this story many times and I've never once been greeted upon coming in none the less have the cashiers really showed customer service skills while I was checking out. They don't ask how you are doing , did I find what I needed. They simple just scan the items and say what the total is , I've even had to ask at least two times what the total was. It's a shame! I've yet to return since about 5 months ago. Poor service.

Actually, my first visit to this location kind of showed me that it had almost everything you would need cheap. Even if you wanted to rent an extra room locally and furnish it as well. Suprising$

You know it was a convenience going to Family Dollar is always a little me time because it's directly across the street from my house so instead of having to run to Big stores like Walmart or Kroger's I just walk across the street and get what I need and walk back home shopping here is always fun because I don't spend much

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a box fan and it started smoking and the blade broke off within 15 minutes of plugging it in. Fortunately I was home and unplugged it BEFORE MY HOUSE BURNED DOWN!!!I went to the original store with my ORIGINAL RECEIPT - LESS THAN 24 HOURS from purchasing. They informed me I could ONLY EXCHANGE it for identical fan. The OTHER boxes were TORN and in rough shape! EVEN with my ORIGINAL RECEIPT I could NOT EVEN GET STORE CREDIT!?!?!? “Store Policy” the store manager said!I DO NOT FEEL SAFE using this product and therefore I will NEVER buy from Dollar General again!! Absolutely terrible RIP-OFF!I’m telling everyone I know to AVOID ALL DOLLAR GENERALS like it’s THE PLAGUE!

Customer service was not up to the standards that I'm used to. I'm not from here I was visiting but I will not stop there again the customer service fits the area that it was in. They say great and growing,but not with the customer service skills at Family Dollar. Definitely fits a stereotype of the South.

AVOID THIS STORE! I was appalled by the way the ASSISTANT Manager ran her mouth so loud about how she makes 10$ an hour opposed to 7.50 at fast food chains. The store was a COMPLETE mess AND AND AND VERY busy!!!! I could hear "NEXT"........"NEXT"....... NEXT...... NEXT all while the A.M. is telling her personal business to anyone who acted like they gave a rats a$$. ARE ASSISTANT MANAGERS CAPABLE OF OPENING A REGISTER TO CHECK OUT CUSTOMERS????? Good grief.... NEVER AGAIN!

There's very good prices on the clothes and shoes but the prices on name brand items are ridiculously higher than you would find even at Walmart.
