On the evening I visited this store, it was one of the cleanest and most organized locations I have been in. Selections were good, and they had plenty of stock.

📢 ATTENTION: THERE IS A NEW 🧔 MALE MANAGER AT THIS 💵 DOLLAR TREE STORE. I DONT KNOW 👀 WHERE 🧔 HE CAME 🌎 FROM. HOWEVER, IM GLAD 🧔 HE IS THERE. 🧔 HE WAS SO FULL OF POSITIVE 🔥 ENERGY. THAT IT WAS TRULY A 😁 PLEASURE 🛒 SHOPPING THERE AS WELL. THE 🏤 STORE WAS WELL STOCKED WITH PRODUCT, REALLY CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED. 🧔 HE WAS 🗣️ GREETING PEOPLE ▶️ IN, AND ◀️ OUT. MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE AT HIS 🏡 HOUSE OR SOMETHING. 🧔 HE ALSO WAS ASSISTING PEOPLE BY HELPING THEM 👀 FIND PRODUCTS. JUMPING ON THE CASH REGISTAR TO GET THE LINE DOWN. ALL WHILE HAVING FRIENDLY UPBEAT CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. HE EVEN HELPED AN 🧓 OLDER LADY TAKE HER 🛍️ BAGS TO HER 🚘 RIDE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD . Great customer service and that goes a long way with me. A large selection of wrapping paper, ribbons and gift bags for Christmas. I saw a lot of good stocking stuffers also. Good job Dollar Tree!

I think I shop every week at the dollar tree. Always something new to find.Easy crafts made from these items.Christine was so pleasant while ringing up my purchases today.These folk always speak with smiles!

It's not a dollar tree anymore, price wise that is. Today I walked in there and found items priced up to $5. I had heard they went up to $1.25, so I was really surprised to see items at $5.Seems to have better selection and better quality.

The young black man who rang me up and properly bagged my items is the reason for this review going up 2 stars..I had a very negative check out experience this weekend; but this go round, he made my check out experience SO much more of an ease!!He PROPERLY wrapped and bagged my glass items without missing a beat💖💖When I went there this weekend, I had an different cashier and she didn't give 2 f*cks!! I had to remove all of my glass items from my bags and ask her to wrap them.. I also had to re-bag and double bag items that SHE overloaded and/or didn't double bag....

Store was rather untidy, especially the public restroom that was filthy. One of the aisles had numerous customers in very close proximity and I avoided that aisle until it became clear. The cashier was very pleasant and up beat but I expect stores to be presentable for the customers. I will not return to this location. I noticed a few shoppers without masks, so you really have to be careful regardless of what you see taking place.

Employees in this store work HARD AND LONG HOURS! I was there one night when night when they were about to close and one of the employees said that they've got a lot of boxes in the back to put out so they would be there to about one or two in the morning so a lot of people don't realize how hard these employees work and probably don't make as much money as some retail stores so this particular store I give a super thumbs up!

I really wish I could come to this store and not feel like I was shopping threw a total disaster. The store is always in such dismay! This is one of my fav store chains, but often find myself traveling all the way to Barnsville, to shop far more options as well as in a clean environment! Hope things get better soon!

I can't believe all items went up to 1.25, which defeats the purpose of being a dollar store. This place always has tons of stuff but everything is not very organized. There are random items scattered about and it just seems like an overall dirty feeling in that store, or this specific store.

If I could leave no stars I would..i was in the store yesterday with my 9 yr old granddaughter picking out hair bows, two women stocking shelves on the next isle were cursing and talking very ugly and loudly. The store was a mess with merchandise thrown on the floors. I won't go back there again.

I've only been to this particular Dollar Tree one other time. Today it was messy, the shelves were empty in large places throughout the store, and it was frustrating looking for the items I needed when so much had been tossed all over in every department. I definitely prefer the Dollar Tree on the south side of Griffin.

Kerra Lipton was the best cashier at this Dollar Tree. She was open to assist everyone in line. She helped me with an amazing idea with some balloons I purchased. I loved her energy! Great place to shop for Christmas decorations! They have a huge assortment of Christmas tree decorations and door decorations! Couldn't believe all the makeup they had! La color brand lipstick and lip gloss!

This Griffin Ga DT was in terrible shape. Look like a Tornado hit, the manager was less than adequate, not helpful. Ashley that checked me out was good. this store needs so much work done on it. empty in spots, merchandise behind and piled up on registers, such as brooms, trash etc. absolutely awful

One cashier open. The line snakes to the back of the store. Seems as though staff doesn't clean during the day because you can count on this place being trashed all the time...holiday or not it's trashed.

Store in disarray people walking around the store talking and working not working hard and the line all the way back to the back of the store and paper complaining complaining. I will try not to go back in that store and they had nothing on their shelves

They use to be a good store. But now it's got so bad that I don't like to go because they always have a very long line and only one register open. If they do open in line they will not take the next person in line. It's whoever runs up there first.

This was my last time going to this DT location. It is never clean, stocked and always short staffed. They either don't have the items from DT website that I want or they only have one when I need more. I'm tired of this nasty store. Dt is like the Publix of dollar stores and this one is absolute garbage. Corporate needs to step in.

Customer service at the register was excellent however sales associate on the floor was rude. The store was a disappointment because of the empty shelves & the lack of item's not on the shelf.

This store is NASTY!! Everything is just cluttered around, alot of items are on the floor which hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in about a year! 3 employees with only 1 register open... extremely unclean! Worse than a teenager's bed room!

I really like Dollar Tree. You can fund a lot of items there that you can fund in other stores ar higher prices. While they may not be name brands they are just as good.

Standing in line forever. Only 1 cashier. Another lady comes out calling people out. I start over there she tells me "Not you I didn't call you" Drop my stuff and left.

This store is a disaster and the bathrooms are completely disgusting. Not sure what's up with it but someone needs to be on top of making sure things are cleaned especially with COVID going on.
