Have to find a different location for a vaccine due to insurance. Rejecting insurances is one of the many problems with health insurance and I am disappointed CVS helps make the problem a problem by not just accepting everyone.Also not sure how in the common practice of over lapping schedules is not employed so that the pharmacy does not need to close for an hour during operation hours of the store.

CVS has ditched qualified associates and personnel in favor of electronics and technology. I am far on the negative side of not impressed. I have been an extra-care and silverscript and CVS loyal customer for at least 15 years. I am rethinking my loyalty!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called the pharmacy after receiving A text saying my daughters prescriptions were ready mind you we were at a care connect from out of town and the doctor asked me what Pharmacy I would like to use. I told him the one next-door the CVS since we already use CVS for my daughter.The young man, who answered me in the window originally, told me they didn’t have my daughters prescription there, or her even listed in their system, which I knew to be untrue bc we use CVS and I called and had the barcode in the message and I had to show him the text which he refused to look at. They lied to me and said that the doctor called the prescriptions into another store, which is not true because I was right there.They asked me to wait. I waited over an hour because my daughter is extremely sick and they had the nerve to tell me that I wasn’t being patient. They even told me that I should just come inside with my extremely sick child. I told them no because she didn’t feel well and she’s contagious and they said well she should wear a mask.They were all incredibly rude and the pharmacist threw my debit card in a bag with the prescriptions and they wouldn’t even answer the call box all three times that I called from circling around three different times. We have never had a problem like this anywhere else do yourself a favor and don’t go here especially if you have a sick little ones.Treating your customers poorly at any level, there is no excuse for being extremely rude. There is no excuse for. And throwing things there’s also no excuse for I hope that corporate sees this as well as the GM of CVS, because this is unacceptable and honestly she needs to do better as well as her staff leader ship is, as leadership does no wonder her staff is incredibly rude, and that the reviews on this page are all true.

The staff here is rude and unprofessional. I have visited this location 3 times in the past month due to having a broken wrist. Each time they literally look at my prescription then look at me and say it’s on back order. The issue is as soon as I step outside and call my doctor and then the call up here then all of a sudden they mysteriously find some in the back and I can come pick it up.

So this is a very busy pharmacy for sure. I would go somewhere else if my company didn't have a contract with CVS only, and this is the only one in town. Some of the pharmacy workers are very snarky and rude. So far, I've been waiting for my Rx to be filled for over 4 hours. Maybe they need better management.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. With covid, the wait times have been a little longer but other than that everything is still great. They are always extremely helpful and kind. I don’t have any complaints on this location at all!

These people work very hard as a team. I've never had a problem and my meds are always in order. The public relations and customer concern is second to none.

The store manager is rude and foes not help you when you try and get information and she hung up.on me and said go to Walgreens which I will as this store never has whst I am looking for nor do they order enough!!!!!!!
