This location just hit a new low. They have been late filling prescriptions lately, and now they sent me 35 minutes to another location who told me in 3 seconds of looking I had been sent there for nothing. They failed to process a refill that was started two weeks ago. Now due to failure to maintain supplies my dad will be 72 hours without a prescription.lied to on the phone the prescription would be ready, and then lied to again at the store that another one could fill it.This location is poorly run and continues to lie to its customers while failing.

This store had gotten so much better at removing expired products, but I see that I have to learn to begin again to check expiration dates at this store. The item I went there for was in stock. Coupons were generous and were successfully applied. But when I got home and looked at the box, I see it expires in 5 months. it is a 5.29oz/150g tube of Diclofenac Sodium, an amount which there is no way I will be using up in such a short time. Now I have to take it back and hope there is one with a more generous expiration date.

Not sure why they put an "addiction recovery" flyer in my bag when I picked up my prescriptions today (iron and zofran, I need these things due to PREGNANCY). But it honestly seems so rude and disrespectful that I will be switching to a different pharmacy.They did NOT give a flyer to the people ahead of me.

Being a regular customer in CVS, I'm always browsing. I try to use all my perks before they expire. The staff at this CVS is very helpful and patient. I have never encountered a rude or unpleasant employee here. It's a good shopping atmosphere.

I scheduled flu shots for myself and my husband. The web reservation was a little difficult because of typing in all the information from health insurance plans but a necessary chore. The check in at the store was very easy. We were given our shot within a few minutes. The process was very efficient. The nurse administering the vaccine was pleasant and the shot was as painless as possible. I recommend getting your vaccine here.

I wanted to reach out about this horriable place I had a tooth pulled and stitches put in and got here approx 5 pm when this mean women behind the counter said it was going to-be 2 hrs because someone walked out I was in soooo much pain and let her know this with tears in my eyes and left script with her she said theyd be calling when ever it was ready she knew cause I told her I was in a lot of pain they never called I was up at 3-4am crying n trying to contact my dentist or an emergency dentist even almost an ambulance I went into soooo much pain! I will be taking my meds out of this place asap and wont go back here if they paid me Thank You for one of THE MOST PAINFUL NIGHTS OF MY LIFE!! You SUCK and get somebody who cares in there I hope this person gets Fired! Shes most likely cause of the 2.5 stars she should be rated zero but you can only pick 1 reason they even have 2.5 stars I think! I hate this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy experience possible. Refusing to fill wait in store scripts with 30 minutes to close. Instructed to go to another CVS location by pharmacy staff that was closed.

Edit: one thing and I noticed this while waiting inside as well the pharmacy needs to learn to answer the phone. I was there for about an hour doing several things and it rung the entire time without a single person answering the phone. There were times customers weren't being seen so there is no excuse.Original ReviewWhile I'm not huge on CVS and have had poor experiences they have always made it right.I went there for the Pfizer BA.4/5 booster over the weekend and my experience for most part was quite well.The pharmacist probably gives the best shots I've ever received as they are barely noticeable. Most people just about mutilate my arm in the process.I did have to wait a short while before being seen even with an appointment but it wasn't super long either.I also picked up a T-Mobile Tuesday freebie that was being offered at CVS. The photo print app needs some serious work as it wasn't automatically adding the magnet making it confusing.Props though to the cashier who helped me out she went above and beyond.

8/3 Changing my review, Waited in the line for an hour to be told to come inside to use a GoodRX. When I left with my prescriptions an hour later I checked my bank for unrelated items and saw CVS charged my card for another item I did not get. When I called to ask about this the lady was extremely rude and said she didn’t know “cause she didn’t do it” i told her to ask the gentlemen who rang me up since he did not give a receipt. She then hung up on me. Your reviews don’t lie. This place is now a JOKE.I’ve used this location for 6+ years. My mom used it before me. Now I use it for my kids. Honestly yeah the employees are dry and they have a high turn over rate and yeah the wait time can be 20+ mins but they’ve always had my prescriptions ready, I’ve always gotten the automated texts and reminders, I have the CVS app when I’m lazy and don’t feel like calling. Never really a negative experience.

Can’t speak for the pharmacy services, but I regularly make bank deposits here. The store manager, Debra, always takes great care of me and greets me with a smile. The newer gentleman (Jonathan, I think) has a great personality and is exceptionally friendly to everyone.

Always a long wait in the pharmacy. I've waited over 1 hour before, some of the pharmacists are extremely rude and need to work on properly greeting and helping customers.Also, flu shot is $50 if you don't have insurance. I wasn't made aware of this when scheduling my appointment online and was shocked when I went to the register.

I’ve applied for the cashier position with high hopes of leaving that retail job that I have now to work here because of the environment and the fact that it’s closer to where I live. After I applied, I contacted the store manager Melissa to inform her that I submitted an application through their website and she claims that she didn’t receive it. I made another account - (when you log in again it won’t allow you to apply for the same position again because you’ve already submitted an application for it) - and resubmitted the same application and I gave her a call back to inform her that I reapplied and she told me that she would have a look and give me a call back. Of course when she gave me a call back she still claimed that she didn’t get it while stating that it could be that I said I strongly agreed with a question while also stating that she didn’t know why she wasn’t receiving my application which didn’t make any sense to me at all, she also gave a smart comment by saying “ You can’t agree to everyone in life. “ and to clarify I thought she was talking about one of the questions in the beginning of the application and not at the end. Overall I’ve submitted over several applications for this position and made different accounts with almost all of my emails that I already had just so she could claim that she’s not receiving them. I submitted another application a couple of days ago and after speaking with her again she told me that it’ll take a while for the application to appear in their system and that she would give me a call. So to give her time I waited a couple of days and after not hearing anything I decided to give her a call today and when I was asking about it, Melissa was very rude to me. I could barely get my statement out before she interrupted me by saying “ I didn’t get your application. As a matter of fact I didn’t see any Berry’s in the list.” She basically snapped on me simply because I was asking if she received the application. So with that said even though I wanted to work there, I changed my mind now because I already work in a subpar environment with two rude managers I don’t need to be put in another one and if you ask me I don’t even think she’s trying to hire anyone else and as a matter of fact I truly believe that she was giving me the run around and that she wasn’t even checking for my application (They’ve had the same exact position(s) position on their career website for months now which proves me that they’re not trying to hire anyone else and even when you go into the store they hardly have any employees there besides those who work in the pharmacy. ) CVS needs to do better especially when a person is showing you that they really want the job and work on getting another store manager that doesn’t have a nasty attitude.

I have never left a bad review. I work in customer service so I understand the frustration from staff...but with that being said when it comes to my child's medication that she NEEDS daily I will do what I have to. I've called and family members have called more than 10 times in the past week, waiting over an hr to get disconnected. I've gone in multiple times over the week only to be lied to. When I called another CVS in mcdonough to fill the script they said this pharmacy has it as processing and can't fill it until its placed on hold( which ive tried calling again with no luck). She has 2 more doses left. If I could switch pharmacies I would but since my insurance company bought CVS I have to use this place. If a member of management sees you know how to contact me.

The pharmacy drive-thru customers are greeted with "date of birth" instead of "hello" or "welcome to CVS." Pharmacy employees are rude and apathetic. I'm switching and don't even mind having to pay more money by using an out-of-network pharmacy. Anything is better than this place. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this location. The drive-thru is closed due to 'staffing issues' the line on the inside stretched into the aisles. I have been in twice this week just to ask if my meds were ready because I can't get anyone on the phone. I left once because I ran out of time on my lunch hour, and then this morning they said they had a system outage and were already behind. It's clear that CVS does not care about it's customers or their experience as it has been this way for a while now. There has been no improvement or response from the company regarding the poor reviews.

i’ve genuinely never met anyone as rude as Stacey. I walked in and she greeted me by not even looking at me and said “how can i help you” with an irritated look on her face. i said “hi, how are you”…. she then asked me what i needed, i told her my request and she said “the pharmacist is on the phone with them right now” so i asked her if i needed to hang up the phone as i was on the phone with the other pharmacist having my prescription transferred, she literally walked away and proceeded to go make a comment about me to the other employee behind the counter. not sure what her problem is or if she had a long day but it’s the holidays. cheer up and stop being so rude.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Since when does a pharmacy not take prescription drop offs? Their excuse was that they were 5 days behind and if I left the prescription with them it would get lost!! Like are you serious? What are we supposed to do if we need meds to live? I hate this particular CVS with a passion. There has always been an issue with them every time I go up there. Luckily the nice lady at Walgreens was able to fill it in 20 mins. I hope someone from corporate sees this

We have to use this company due to my husband’s insurance, we have been with them for close to three years. Up until last month things were really good. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in staff, but I’ve been on hold as long as two hours (I called and laid the cellphone down and multitasked) when a woman finally answered. I explained that the recording stated that I had two scripts in process for over three days. The woman was extremely rude, she told me they didn’t have any scripts for me. I explained that I called the front of the store the day prior and was told the doctor needed to approve them. I called the doctors office and they called the approval in. She rudely tells me it has to be done electronically, I asked to speak to the pharmacist and was told absolutely not. When I asked to have the scripts transferred to another location, she yells at me they do not have them and hung up.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! LINDA AND CHRIS ARE PATHETICALLY RUDE AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB!!!! Everytime you have to go through the drive thru it is atleast a 45 min wait even if it is only 3 people ahead of you!!! They will make up constant excuses and lies to make you leave! I just wanted my prescription!!! I have never had a bad experience with CVS until now!!!!! Linda needs to be fired!! Every time I would go she would give me ugly looks and roll her eyes! She told the girl at the window she didn’t have time to speak to me and to tell me I need to leave with out my medication!!!?!?!!! Told me to try Walgreens down the street!!!! I will never go back nor recommend this cvs in griffin!!!! Please do more training!! No one there knew how to do anything without asking three other people to get the right answer!!!

If there's were 0 stars I'd give it. My wife had accidentally taken to much of a script and needed to have it refilled earlier than expected. She's never had anything like this happen before and even got the primary care physician to phone in a reason to fill it now. After my wife contacting them and being told basically they won't fill it because they didnt know if she was abusing the medication. I decided to call after a 23 minute hold I was told the same thing! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. Threy will belittle you and berate you until you simply hang up. I have reported them to the local Board of pharmacy for unprofessional conduct. I encourage others to do the same that have had issues with this pharmacy before.

No customer service. Three separate occasions no one at the register. Line of people waiting and looking around. I know you have self checkout but everyone in line needed assistance. Self checkout is also a cop-out for such a liberal company. Why don’t you hire more employees and pay a living wage.

Pharmacy takes a while to fill a prescription, but I know that’s not necessarily their fault they are busy. Clean store. Staff was pretty nice. Only problem is even with the surge of a new variant the pharmacy staff were walking around without their mask, even witnessed one lady pour prescription medicine into a bottle with her mask on her chin as well as the drive through lady giving covid tests wearing he mask below her nose.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I switched my pharmacy yrs ago when this location started going down hill but my son's Rx was sent here by mistake. I waited until 7pm to call because I knew it'd be past "peak hrs". I was on hold the 1st time for 52mins, solely with an automated system and the 2nd time for 53mins! I drove there during the 2nd call waited behind 1 person and listened to the 2 workers ignore the "hold call" alerts. I spoke with Pauline who refused to give me the mgrs name at 1st but caved when she saw I wasn't leaving without it. She gave no apology for the poor service and even gave the customer before me a hard time. I'm not sure why corporate hasn't stepped in yet but based on the reviews I've seen this location needs help and maybe a call center to answer phones. Basic questions could be answered saving people time and money.

I am livid, and I mean livid!! I came as they were closing for lunch and I didn't know, I just got in line. One of the pharmacy technicians waved her arm yelling we're closed, we are closing he's supposed to be our last one. To which I replied so, I can't get my daughter's medicine because she didn't say ma'am please come back when we open at 2 she yelled we're closed we're closed!! Another nice lady technician informed me I can come back at 2. So I returned at 2:10 for her to tell me my daughters prescription would not be ready until 4, to which I replied are you sure it's just a cream and she said yes. So, I drove 40 minutes back to sit for my fiance to get off work bc he gets off at 4 and drive back to get the medicine before we head home. To get here and get a text it is ready I would have waited the 30 minutes and saved my gas she purposely did that and is rude as all get out I'm changing pharmacies next Dr visit best believe!!!

I was in the Pharmacy this evening and they were extremely busy! There was only one pharmacist on duty and she was doing the best she could with all the people pouring in, the drive through full and phone ringing! The techs also seemed to be very busy. If I knew the pharmacist name I would just tell her to hang in there and you cant make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. The reason for my 4 stars was the staff, they were doing their best, but I feel the store is so busy they should have more than one licensed pharmacist on duty at all times.

Pharmacy was pretty fast and efficient. NOT any longer! On a few occasions recently, it’s has taken much longer than the employees can even guess at. The pharmacist was by herself and talking on a personal call, and even when the tech was trying to get her attention (because she didn’t process my prescription in the system correctly) she ignored him till she was ready to correct it! I’ve since switched to another pharmacy. No manager on duty to talk to, and the employee said she’s gotten a lot of complaints recently. Told me to report to corporate, which I have!

Horrible customer service. Lines are so long and they refuse to fill my sons medicine until the very day he is out. One time they gave him the wrong prescription. Another time, I dropped off the script at 3pm, told them my son needed it for school the next day. I called at 830, one of the pharmacists (who barely spoke english) refused to fill my sons medicine because she said she didn't understand what #30 count 10mg meant. I think she just didn't want to fill it because it was close to closing time.I called the next day and the other pharmacist filled it within an hour.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible condensing attitude. Refused to fill prescription because I called the rude, unhelpful employee out. Had to go elsewhere after my wife’s surgery. Pharmacist refused to fill prescription. Would not provide her name. Do not choose this place for any reason. Terrible, uncaring and snarky employees.
