Very pleased with my purchase from Cushion Pros. I created a template to fit my sauna, since its a wood bench seat It was like sitting on a park bench. Once I received my cushions, and placed them in the sauna, its like sitting on a couch in my living room.Thank you Cushion Pros for doing such a great job. Also the process to create the template was well worth the effort. Cushion Pros does what its says and and follows through witha easy to follow process to complete and receive completed order.

I placed an order and received an email asking for some information i was not sure how to answer. Called and found out i ordered the wrong thing. The lady i spoke with was VERY helpful and got me the correct thing ordered. I also told her about my bad experience with my very first order and it got shipped to the wrong place and took 2 months to get figured out. She helped me this time by asking the shipper to call me when it was on the way and the day of delivery. When I need something else from them, I will be calling for sure.THANK YOUDave

I had a great experience with Cushion Pros! They came quickly (in context of custom), looked excellent and were exactly what I ordered. The price was very fair too. I had accidentally marked the shipment type incorrectly and they reached out to personally confirm which I actually wanted. When there was an issue on the order (my confusion basically), they were so flexible to help get what I was actually imagining. They look great on our newly refinished rattan furniture and receive lots of compliments! I will 100% use them again when we need more cushions.

I like the website, although we ran into a bug where it wouldn't display all the solid colors again unless we jumped into a material and then clicked "back to results". We were about to go through with our order, but then found out that shipping a $450 cushion is not free and is in fact an extra $109 bucks. I don't know much about the cushion industry... but I know I've gotten used to free shipping if I'm spending that kind of money. Did not go through with it, I'll find someone local.

Amazing if you need perfect match cushions to your set. We needed two ottoman and two recliner cushions custom made to match the rest of our outdoor furniture wicker set. The cushions where an exact match in color, Sunbrella fabric and perfectly sized to match our entire set. Highly recommend for quality and service ;)

We needed a cushion for our drop zone . Cushion pros had a great onlineselection of fabrics and the orderingtemplate was easy to use to get the perfectsize and shape for our space. The fabric wasback ordered but the communication fromthe company kept us in the loop and theygave us options to change the fabric if wewanted to based on the delay. We decidedto wait and once the fabric came, ourcushion was in route to us very quickly. Wecouldn't be more pleased with the quality ofthe fabrics and workmanship! Love it!

And I was able to speak to a company rep and send pictures to illustrate a modification to the Velcro fasteners that I wanted for the seat cushions. The finished product was everything I wanted. Fedex delivered our order to the wrong address. The nice people at Cushion Pros helped me figure out what happened to our missing package. They called me the next day to see how things were going.
