The sales person and the delivery person have given me different events. When speaking to the sales person on 4/5/21, I was told delivery would take place in 7-10 business days. On business day 11 I called to find out what happened and was told delivery takes place in 7-14 business days. That is not what I was told on the purchase date. I was also told there was a building already built, but today (day 11) the delivery person said the newly built item was waiting to be picked up in another city. The sales person said I would receive a follow up phone call, but I am still waiting because I thought the return call would have taken place today. I am very unhappy because I passed up on another company (whose prices have now increased) because I believed the sales person about the delivery time period.

Friendly service, but unable to get the carport delivered for over 3 months; attempted to retrieve my deposit, but owner Mitchell Perkins refusing to do so: will have to go through the hassle of litigation. You might ought to shop elsewhere!
