Rebecca was rude not able to resolve customers concern regarding a purchase that was made. Rebecca hung up the phone on me and refuse to resolve a customer agravation. She was too interesting in her own emotion and refuse to help. Not sure why a person with that incapacity could be a supervisor etc.

I arrived late just as the manager was about to get into her car. She turned back to allowed to get the food I needed for my rabbits. The staff's always friendly and helpful on every visit.

They have whatever you need in stock (normally). It reminds me of going out to my daddy's barn when growing up though, because there's literally everything in there; and, when you have everything it gets a little crowded. The owner has been very generous to the churches and schools as well. Any yelling I've heard was all part of running a business, (granted it's not normally in front of the customers, but this isn't the type of place that's about pleasantries it's about come find and get what you need to get your job done) and teaching youth good service and respect everytime I've heard it. The employees are some of the most knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful I've ever seen.

You know I read all the reviews on here and I have no clue as to what the people with 1 star are complaining about. I have never had any issues with this store been going here 3 years now. Love the staff always good conversations and deer talk. Keep up the great work yall. See you in a few weeks for my salt dical mix.

These people are obviously better than their customers as they did not allow customers to use their indoor restroom. I was told by an employee to go out the side of the building and piss on the concrete blocks that they sell just like everyone else does. Now I know not to buy blocks from here because they're obviously going to smell like piss.

Sold me a load of green fire wood that will not burn and there was some pine mixed in it. Not little pieces either big ones. That means it was intentional split and sold as fire wood. I can't believe they are doing that to people. Wish I could post pictures.
