This Home Depot has the best prices around, however, don't expect SMEs in each department (subject matter experts). In fact, it seems to me the majority of the responses to questions of staff at this store result in a reply similar to, "I don't know, I just work here." So, overall, if you know what you need, what you're looking for, where to find it etc this is a great store for you. However, if you're looking for one on one attention and advice that will stand the test of time, you're better off with finding a more customer based/focused store (hard to find these days, I'll admit).

I deal with home depot every day Monday thru Friday in different city and 99% of them are very friendly and helpful . When one of these stores take it to the next level I like to let them know it doesn't go unnoticed. I want to let Dawn and store manger on duty ( sorry I don't have his name) in shipping and receiving I really appreciate professional urgency of my time to get me unloaded and back rolling. Also yes I'm part of team support for Home Depot, but when I'm off, I become a customer. Keep up the Good Work.

I did an online order and opted to have it shipped to the store. It came earlier than expected, which was great. And this locker system they have is awesome!! They send you a QR Code when they notify you that your package is ready for pickup. Go to the orange lockers inside the front of the store, scan your code, sign your name and voila!, your locker pops open with your package. This took all of three minutes. No waiting for anyone to come help you!! Love it!!

When I entered the store that evening the floor employees were in the middle of an exercise class in the front of the store . Noone spoke to me so I helped myself. Eventually the exercise class was over but the employees seemed to disappear. I needed help with a ceiling fan but after an hour reading all the boxes, I chose one and got it in my shopping cart. Finally an attractive grey haired lady asked if she could help me. I asked her many questions and she was knowledgeable about the product I had chosen.

I love this place and to date I’ve never had a bad experience there. It’s always nice, clean and orderly. The employees are eager to help, friendly and they can accurately tell me where items are located. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

Store is clean and organized but staff in the paint department seemed a little under trained. Tried to have stain mixed and incorrect formula was placed in the incorrect product. Overall good though.

I hardly ever have a good customer service review when I come here I tend to flip flop to Lowes on high dollar items and go here for everything else. Because there is not much other stores to go to so I am stuck with this one

9/2020. Please stock the inventory. Prices and service is good, but I have yet to pick up all the items I want because of empty bins.8/2019. Update from review below ( 8 months ago). Still many items are out of stock. It’s deceiving thinking you have this vast resource when you really don’t. For a year now I’ve been coming here and at least half the time they are out of stock. Latest example....Today there are 18 bins of fittings for pressure washers fittings and 7 are empty. This store is the most convenient, unfortunatly I end up going to other stores to fill my needs. Please keep the stock up.1/2018 review. Although I usually don’t need a lot of technical help, customer service is excellent. Convenience is great and selection is good, although many times small items are out of stock.

If you are not able to physically load your own supplies or if you do not know where something is in the store, this is NOT your stop. Usually well stocked and clean. Employees do not help or answer questions. If you need to know before you buy try asking a contractor shopping!Try not to disturb the elderly black male employee that hides out by the loading area, I have startled him on 3 occasions.

I moved to this area a little over a year ago . I have made numerous visits to the Greensboro GA Home Depot. Every time I come in the store I am greeted by numerous employees and asked if I can be helped throughout the store. This is so rare to find these days and so very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

On June 18, 2023 at 4:26pm I made a visit to store 8584, and I needed three keys made I approached Billy In Hardware who was restocked shelves of screws. I spoke twice trying to get Billy’s attention on the second approach he turned to me as if I cursed him out. I just feel as though I shouldn’t have been treated like this as a customer spending my hard earn money with Home Depot. As a former employee and how Home Depot pride themselves on customer service he’s a bad representative to be on the work floor greeting customers. His attitude was very poor I think he needs to go back into training to learn the Home Depot ethics and respect.

Worst experience ever with what I suppose was the manager. He wouldn’t talk with me face to face but only through an employee after I was promised a particular item from the floor that was no longer in stock or to be ordered for that particular location.Long time customer but I’ll be making the trip to Madison’s Lowe’s from here on out. What a shame.

I had one of the best customer service experiences as she assisted me today! I was unsure of exactly what I needed but I had an idea. Very clean, good selection, majority of staff was awesome. The one I asked for help from had been talking to me a bit and I asked him to cut some carpet for me. Another employee came up to him telling him he had a customer who need help. He just left me there, even tho I was in the middle of being helped. Didn't even say he'd be right back. Just a bit rude.Other than that, good store!

First thing when going to the checkout. I enjoy talking to people. Their are none that will check you out. And top it off you charge full price of me doing some one else's job. The employees weren't around at the time being there. I don't enjoy having to walk from one end of the store to have to walk all the way back to check my self out. Will not shop here again.

Didn't buy anything. I actually went in to simply use the restroom. Home Depot usually has really clean restrooms. I wasn't disappointed. It was as expected. The employees were all very friendly and cheerful. I'd definitely shop at this store.
