Absolutely filthy. Turned down the sheet and there was a feces stain on the fitted sheet. Told the manager who offered no apology and handed me a wrinkled sheet from storage. The manager walked the property constantly which made my wife uncomfortable. The toilet was unstable and literally rocked when used. The ceiling in the shower was full of black mold. At one point, I considered sleeping in my car because I felt filthy. The entire building smelled of Fabuloso cleaner. It made my wife's eyes water. There is nothing positive I can say. Never again..

The room was on the first floor which is the ground floor in the USA. It was very basic and noisy outside with people walking past the door and vehicles in the car park. The location was good for getting to the main road but the area felt down-market and unsafe with several commercial vans and therefore workers staying there. The breakfast was in a small room and few choices of food. We won't be staying at a Quality Inn ever again.

Horrible experience called asked rate front desk said 130 Expedia said they 105 I booked thru Expedia a king non smoking room and paid get to hotel she has problems processing room I pull up bank statement and it had posted still front desk having problems another women fussing manager comes said there is no rooms at that price have to give her 20 some dollars after paid Expedia to get a room outrageous we go round and round finally gave me a double room smoking she said gave me a non smoking roomLies there is a cigarettes burn in bedspread also requested first floor again said they are fullAlso liesI have never experienced such mid managementAnd I rarely write reviews but this was not ok

Stayed here for 2 nights for my husband to officiate a wedding and if you don’t care about anything but having a roof over your head, this is a perfect place. From the outside the motel looks nice with fresh paint, but the rooms need some very serious attention. After meticulously checking for bedbugs and finding no signs, we tried to settle in, but it was difficult to relax considering there were stains everywhere you looked. Stained sheets, stained pillows, stained walls, a perfect foot imprint on the door made of dirt. The light fixtures are caked in dust, there is a thick layer of dirt on the hair dryer, the door to the bathroom had stains, there was blood on the shower walls and the shower curtain was yellow, but not originally yellow. We weren’t given any bath towels and when I asked the front desk for 2 bath towels, they sent me to find house keeping on my own. I did find housekeeping and want to first say they were apologetic for the situation and were very kind. Everywhere is short staffed and I understand housekeeping works tirelessly, and the blame is not with them, but they truly need to close this location to overhaul the interior. We felt dirty and damp the entirety of our stay and do not recommend this location.

I had truck troubles and had to stop randomly. This place is by many auto repairs and fast food. The room was better than i expected it to be. It looked clean, smelled nice. No big negative impression besides some gross stains on the wall beside the toilet (blood, mucus). The vending machines only take cash. The walls are PAPER THIN and you can hear your neighbors conversations. Still, I was lucky to have stopped in such a place. It was very easy to check in. Pretty good experience.

The building that faces the main drag is very very noisy 11:00 at night there were kids running around on the second floor The second night we stayed there we stayed in the building that was sideways of the street and it was quiet peaceful so much better. It was a shame though there was just not much choice in The breakfast department lacs the typical product that is offered by choice hotels. You had a choice of your biscuit with sausage and egg cereal waffle and different pastries most choice hotels have a selection, includes gravy, sometimes it's egg with cheese mixed in, it even has two flavors of waffles, this one was bare bones.

Nice area. Near several fast food places. The freezer in the room still had someone's food left in it. The floor hadn't been swept. I told the guy when I made my reservation that I was here for a week. He still only checked me in for one night. Definitely hasn't been a pleasant experience and I won't be back. I may not even stay my entire stay here because the staff isn't the friendliest. Also the rooms are WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. If Choice Hotels cleans it up a bit and gets friendlier staff here it won't be so bad.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST Hotel I have EVER stayed in!The room was dirty, hair in the bed sheets, bathroom not cleaned, toilet disgusting, and the lock on the door was broken off! I went up and asked for another room. They changed our room, but the lock wasn't completely secured and the shower wasn't cleaned. (Thank Gawd husby was packin)The breakfast was awful! Coffee tasted like mud, sausage was dry, egg Patty things were weird.Staff was nice, but we couldn't wait to get out of there.Didn't feel safe AT ALL.Rooms: FILTHY.Safety: Did NOT feel safe there at all.

I stayed here while traveling for work. Our room was clean and the sheets are buttery soft. I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. Water pressure in the shower was great. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. The location is quiet and we had a peaceful nights sleep.

I thought the room was very nice and the bed slept comfortably. AND…. the night hostess, “Tanisha” was SUCH a wonderful help to me! She actually went outside to see how the parking situation was while we were on the phone. I drive a dually pickup truck while towing a 40 foot trailer. Tanisha went out of her way to accommodate me and my vehicle needs. She was a wonderful, helpful person in my time of need. I will definitely stay at the Greensboro, Ga Quality Inn again! Thank YOU Tanisha! 8)

I stayed with my soon-to-be husband while traveling across the country. The rooms were super clean and comfortable to stay in, no bed bugs to be seen. It's just a short walk from a convenience store and fast food restaurants, making it the perfect place to stay for a night or two.It has vending machines a few feet from the rooms, and free breakfast with the stay, though our experience is that there's not much to eat that's very good. I recommend just going to Waffle House for breakfast if you can spare the money.

The first night we were late due to our flight. I was told that I should have informed them I was unable to do stairs and they only had a room on 2nd floor but could move the next day. The second day we moved but when I showered the faucet was breaking and when my son went to shower it fell off in his hand so at 11PM we had to move again. The third room nothing happened. Breakfast was ok. The staff was mostly friendly except for first night she was not too friendly and we were tired

They provided great service and rooms even though we booked late. I lost something here and now can't really figure out what it was. The stay was amazing, although I'd have preferred to have more options for a warm breakfast. The waffle maker they had didn't work like it should've, the apple juice tasted bland and watered down, as well as the orange juice. They had cereal but no milk, which was arguably the most upsetting. Ended up eating bagels and cream cheese for breakfast before getting in the car and continuing the travels.

Broke down near this exit so chose this hotel. Was price gouged at 2am over a GA football game that had already taken place the day before, clearly at 2am everyone from the game that needed a room had one. Then my wide wasn't going to get there until 2 hours after checkout because I'm not from this area. I was told I could extend the room for $85 if I didn't get picked up before check out. Right before check out I went to pay and the same guy that quoted me $85 says " I didn't realize you were in a suite so I gave you the wrong price" even though he asked what room number I was in before the quote. He then tried to charge me $115 instead. Any hotel that takes advantage of someone In desperate times will never get any of my money again. I stay In hotels 2 months put of the year and will never stay at another Quality Inn nor any of their affiliates.

I am a choice hotel Diamond member and this is my second time staying at this hotel. The Quality Inn as done some MAJOR remodeling to the Bathrooms in the rooms. The remodel is FABULOUS and the shower head has three different setting. One of the BEST SHOWERS I EVER HAD I TRULY FELT LIKE A NEW WOMAN AFTER THAT SHOW. The Front desk staff Alexa was super nice with excellent customer service I lost my phone she was nice to let me use her phone and I was driving 9 hours from Virginia so I was really tired an Alexa brought me my driver license to my room I left at the front desk she was so nice and trustworthy my visit was FABULOUS. LOVE THE NEW BATHROOMS THANKS Alexa

Every aspect of the property was awful. Room smelled and come to find out their was a moldy beer bottle between the beer and the wall that had been there for months at least. No breakfast to be seen. When asked to changed to a first floor room I was told none were available. Room keys worked maybe once each making a haul to the office each time we returned to the room. Toilet wasn't secured properly to the bathroom floor. All around worst hotel I've been in especially at the price point. Go elsewhere even if it costs more.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They are trying to scam me for hundreds of dollars by providing fake transactions to the bank. I tried to call the manager to ask her why they are giving the bank false statements and she hung up on me. On top of that the manager walked into our hotel room without knocking or saying anything and just stood there and looked at us until I walked over and told her to not do that again and closed the door on her. They locked us out of our rooms every single night and the sheets smelled like they've never been washed. The water also doesn't go down right away in the sink or tub.

Clean! Clean sheets, clean bathroom and and smelled normal. Only one thing that was bad...Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am, hours before check-out time. Then again while I was in the shower. Thank God I had my dog with me or they would have walked right in... If they wanted me to leave earlier, then have an earlier check out time...

Not a horrible place but I won’t stay there again. Overpriced for the quality. Ran a wet towel over the floor at the recommendation of a neighboring room, here’s what I got. Sink was also very dirty.
