Lots of very nice people work at the Greensboro store. The delis breakfast and lunch is always very good, well prepared with a generous portion. The meat dept does a good job with their fresh cut meat.I've visited many many ingles in my years, Greensboro is my new favorite Ingles.Wish they had a fuel station there...

Greensboro Ingles, a hidden gem. Really feels like a country store. Love their selection of different grapes. Rival any of the other markets I may visit. Also, Luke the different country style items that are available. Often, go out of the way to go to that store. A hidden jewel indeed!

I've had a few shopping experiences there and every time I had an experience with a customer or a employee they were always so nice. It was like everybody was living as one. It was awesome. Still is. The last thing I had to say is the last visit I had. I left my phone at the store that I just bought and I'd left and gone miles down the road. I came back and they had it at the customer service desk. I was so grateful to The young man that found it in the shopping cart and returned it to the desk.

Made some stops there while staying in the area on late May... The place were well stocked, clean, organized and found decent prices. Associates were awesome during our visits. Definitely coming back in our next trip to Greensboro. Keep up with the awesome job!

This was a good visit to pick up some extra items for our trip to Lake Oconee.The parking lot lighting was not adequate in our opinion. We almost missed the turn in because of it, and also thought the store was closedWe got in and out of the registers in a short period of time. The cashier was just there to check us out. It was within an hour of the end of her shift.Just an okay visit.

Prices are high enough on groceries without price gouging. Hamburger meat almost always brown in the middle. of course..... 5 dollars a pound

I stopped in to grab a hot lunch. It was delicious. The fried chicken reminded me of my grandmother's. Generous portions gave me more than enough food. I was able to sit down in this Ingles and enjoy it indoors at one of several tables. The price was reasonable too.

Went in around 7:20 am, had two items. Lady in front of me had a large buggy full. Cashier was having trouble getting things to ring up. Another employee was up front looking around. After approximately 8 to 10 minutes I gave my items to the employee and asked her to put the items back. All she said was "ok". No concern for the register being tied up for a lengthy amount of time. No offer to cash me out at another register. No manager insight. No customer service.

I really like the store and it's employees. The are almost like family but today an employee that was stocking the Laura Lynn bread got really ugly with me for pulling a loaf of bread from a rack . He said I should get one of the other 3 loaves on the shelf, I didn't because they were mashed. I told him I preferred what I chose and he got an attitude with me telling me I was interfering with his job, how? This same employee use to bag groceries and was unpleasant than too and I tried to chalk it up to a bad day but no one has a bad day everyday

This Ingles wants to charge Publix prices for low quality of food. Hamburger meat is brown on the inside same day ,fruit is over ripe within a day ..Might as well drive to Publix same price better quality.. seems like this Ingles wants to over price because i guess they don’t think people will go to Publix for same price better quality…

Check your expiration dates!!!! I’ve came home with expired item’s multiple times and the manager reply was “that’s funny because we just had a reset”. I didn’t say when. Also if a employee is on their cellphone customers are expected to wait until they finish before they will resume their job.

Ingles prices are a bit higher than the next grocery store. Self check out is card payment only. Makes check out a bit longer wait time. Fresh fruit price's are right up with Publix price's. A bit spendy

I only went to get food from the deli. They had 4 people in line. One person was taking the orders for food and running the register. Everyone else was clean or doing other things. She had to ask someone to come run register. I understand cleaning however customer service is highly important.

Always well stocked. Store is very clean and very polite staff. They just need to have all check out lanes open. I'm not a big fan on self check out, but they might consider one, or two. Waiting 20 minutes in line for 10 items is a bit much.

I have always loved local markets and grocery stores, so when I travel I do like to pop into the local grocery store. It's a good way to see regional fare and discover new offerings. Growing up in the south I can't believe I didn't know about field peas, but I do now. This Ingles Market had a great deli filled with hot and cold options. Clean store and friendly staff.

We shop here everytime we camp in the area and are never disappointed. Here's why:Great selection of nearly every item we needFresh dairy and breadGreat selection and fresh veggies and fruitsDecent prices (if you have a card)Always clean and organizedBathrooms are clean and smells goodStaff is ALWAYS helpful and politeThis particular time, we had 2 younger generation kids (young adults) get us through check out. I have reusable bags I take to grocery shop and he liked the ones we had. I let him know that these bags could be nearly packed full and they'll hold, so he packed as much as he could or as much as possible into them. He followed exactly as I said, even had them in the right order (order meaning, all meat in one bag, all boxes in one, all dog items in one, etc.) He wanted to get some bags from his mom so I showed him where to purchase and what they looked like.They moved the line really quickly because they were pretty busy. I wouldn't have known based on the speed and accuracy of those two.We always go here, we will continue to go here!

Store is stocked well but watch your prices. Price on shelf is not always price at register. Management will adjust but who has time for that?!

Like the children's nursery rhyme says, when it's good it's very good, and when it's bad it's horrid. Unfortunately, these days the good seems like the exception. It's not unusual to find perishable items out of date or moldy. Despite a message broadcast repeatedly over the PA system, mask-wearing is not enforced. Moody cashiers and baggers will take out their frustration on your groceries. It's not all bad. There are some employees who are pleasant, and the bananas are the best I can find in the area. I want to support local businesses, but this store has become more of a convenience store for me when I don't have time to drive to Madison for the far superior Ingles there, or if I've forgotten an item while shopping in Athens. Every time I think I'll give them another try, I'm reminded why I quit shopping there on a regular basis. In future, I may just do without rather than be disappointed or frustrated again.

Quick in and out grocery store, has some great prices at times. Lots of parking in a good location. Some items are higher than other grocery stores. Parking lot seemed clean, store also with a friendly staff.

Very clean and well organized. Easy to find what we were looking for. Prices reasonable. First time being at one as we are not from here and were camping near by. Our check out lady was very sweet and gave some recommendations on some historic places to visit in the area.

Clean, organized, and always very well stocked! Always has great deals! The best part of Ingles though is the delicious (FRESH & HOT) meals served at the DELI! Southern cooking at its best! Different selection for each day of the week but Freshly Fried Chicken is served everyday! A deli plate filled completely with your choice of one meat, two sides, and a bread for under $6 after tax!

Just not a very good place to buy your every day needs... Please check anything that has an expiration date and you will be returning alot to the shelf..Service is very, very, poor here mainly because of management...Thier lack of people skills is unbelievable for a chain they don't seem to have an interest in providing the customer a rewarding experience in purchasing the items that provide substance for meals everyday..The assistant manager is very short and rude when asked a question about items not In stock...personally I have stopped shopping here because of management styles and the inability to keep employees for any leanth of time...Not a store that is worthy of my time and/or my money...
