I never leave reviews anywhere because I have worked in the fast food industry myself ,but when I came through the drive through to order for my coworkers there was a younger guy with glasses who was extremely rude over the speaker. He rushed us and had a nasty attitude and then when we pulled to the window he wasn’t there. We had ordered a chocolate milkshake and he said he didn’t get it, which may have been true we did have a big order. He got an attitude about us asking about the chocolate shake and we smiled trying to be nice he said “I don’t know what’s funny.”

Dairy Queen (DQ) is an American chain of soft serve ice cream and fast-food restaurants owned by International Dairy Queen, Inc. (a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway) which also owns Orange Julius, and formerly owned Karmelkorn and Golden Skillet Fried Chicken. Its corporate offices are in Bloomington, Minnesota. The first DQ restaurant was in Joliet, Illinois. It was operated by Sherb Noble and opened on June 22, 1940. It served a variety of frozen products, including soft serve ice cream. The soft-serve formula was first developed in 1938 by John Fremont "J.F." "Grandpa" McCullough and his son Alex. They convinced friend and loyal customer Sherb Noble to offer the product in his ice cream store in Kankakee, Illinois. On the first day of sales, Noble sold more than 1,600 servings of the new dessert within two hours. Noble and the McCulloughs went on to open the first Dairy Queen store in 1940 in Joliet, Illinois. It closed in the 1950s, but the building at 501 N Chicago Street is a city-designated landmark.Since 1940, the chain has used a franchise system to expand its operations globally. The first ten stores in 1941 grew to 100 by 1947, 1,446 in 1950, and 2,600 in 1955. The first store in Canada opened in Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1953. In the US, the state with the most Dairy Queen restaurants is Texas. Using the 2010 census, the state with the most Dairy Queen restaurants per person is Minnesota. In the 1990s, investors bought Dairy Queen stores that were individually owned, intending to increase profitability through economies of scale. Vasari, LLC became the second-largest Dairy Queen operator in the country and operated 70 Dairy Queens across Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. When stores were not profitable, the firm closed them. On October 30, 2017, Vasari LLC filed for bankruptcy and announced it was closing 29 DQ stores, including ten in the Texas Panhandle.

Paid for extra butterfinger for a medium blizzard and was beyond disappointed. Almost no topping added. Frustrated and disappointed I called to report my issue. Manager who eventually says he is the owner loses his composure over my complaint called me names and accused me of separating the topping from the blizzard.Needless to say, should have read reviews and taken into consideration previous visits we have made in the past. Experience gets worse every time

Wow, haven't been to DQ in 15+ years! This was delicious, clean, efficient and all around an excellent experience ! We had a variety of foods and all were served hot ! Service here is exemplary. There was an exceptional young man wearing a 2020 shirt , assumed he is in high-school and graduating in 2020. He was very mature and efficient!

Great food and incredible service! I am very impressed with the way the employees manage the high volume of people. Their patience and perseverance, especially with some of the demanding customers is incredible and worth noting!

My husband and I visited Dairy Queen today, the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, All the staff were professional friendly and Courteous. The owner and his wife even came to our table and asked about are day. The store was clean and well stocked. In these times I appreciate good service. This is my new favorite restaurant 😋

I've always received good food from this location except once a couple of years ago. The food is always hot and fresh and there is not too long of a wait. The shakes and blizzards are always A1.Parking: I don't like that there isn't a way to get out of the drive thru line if you change your mind about ordering.

Not very customer service oriented. When getting dipped cone the ice. Team was running out in the cone and they gave them to us anyway. Ordered a vanilla shake for our grandson and it had peanut pieces in it and our grandson is allergic to peanuts and when we took it back in the manager said to let us know next time you come thru the drive thru and we’ll clean the mixer! There won’t be a next time!

If I could, I would leave a 0 stars. This place is TERRIBLE. Every time we come here the lady in the window is RUDE. This last time they were out of gravy. And would not give us extra sauce without paying even though they were out of gravy. They would not give out extra ketchup either. This place is ridiculously rude. They did not put two of our fries in the bag. Call and said they would replace them next time I come. Definitely needs some training on staff!!

I rarely eat fast food. Granddaughter was starving after school so I caved. I ordered myself a hotdog. With mayo, mustard, catsup and slaw. My ticket says I paid .59 cents for that slaw! I got home with a hotdog with mustard, mayo, onions (I did NOT order onions) and a wide swath of mayo squirted all the way across the top which, along with the onions, made it inedible. NO SLAW. I did ask if you had slaw. You said yes. Mayo and onions are NOT Slaw! Wasted money.

Every time we go here, there’s ALWAYS problems. Today for instance. First, no paper towels in the restroom (never any from my multiple times I’ve been here). My wife ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. They brought her a 3 piece bbq strip basket (by the way, a 3 piece basket Inst even on the menu). We told them the mistake and the brought back a 4 piece.....again, we ordered a 6 piece. No one owned up to the mistake or apologized. Next, there was no ice in the drink machine. My bacon cheese burger had one strip of bacon that was split in half to make it look like 2 strips. Customer service is terrible, staff have no idea what’s going on. These are only the problems we had in one visit and I like to stop here to eat multiple times a week because it’s convenient for my job. Never again. This place has proved it doesn’t respect its patrons and wants to cut corners at your expense. The ONLY reason I gave 1 Star is because this establishment is very clean.

Very rude, milkshakes were spoiled or something was wrong with them. This was the first milkshake my seven year old ever said "yuck". I would not and will not ever recommend this dq to anyone or anything. In the last three years I've lived here this place was by far my worst experience.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the people working up front were miserable. I get it that every job exploits you, I don't wanna work either but damn, I'm not gonna take that out on other people. The food was good tho.

The hamburgers are incredible however the order was missing a few things on the burger as I went through the drive thru. Also a small coke was almost $1.90 and it was SMALL. Other than that the service was friendly and fairly quick.

Incredibly outrageous employee yelled at me for using their completely empty parking space as a customer of another Parkside Disctrict store. Ridiculous!

Food was okay, only drive thru open. Very slow service and no straw for my drink. This seems to fairly standard for this location. Plus side is that they are the only fast food burger joint in the area.

We were visiting family and stopped by this DQ as a treat. Unfortunately, the ice cream cone we ordered was made well before we got to the window. The cashier even tried offering it to the truck in front of us but they must have gotten the order mixed up. The ice cream was melting already and tasted more like soup than the signature DQ taste.Additionally, the cashier didn't even say a word to us when giving us our ice cream and taking our credit card. This location is not a good representation of the DQs we have at home!
