I changed my order at the register and the older cashier did not take off the added chili dogs and once I noticed I was charged she told me I could not get a refund. I told her I never heard of anything like that before ever. Then she said it’s because she did not want to give me cash. But she didn’t hear when I changed my order and asked to take off the 2 chili dogs. I’ve never in my life been to a fast food establishment that told me I could not get my money back or refund and item I did not receive. Then she walked away from the register and told me wait for a manager. I stood at the register for 30 minutes waiting for a manager. Do not make mistake when ordering here they will tell you. You can’t get a refund for food you haven’t even seen in a bag.

Great teamwork during this pandemic. Orders are simple and food is plentiful with the $6 lunch specials. With a sandwich, fries, a drink and a dessert, we left full. We dined outside on their patio. Worth another try if you haven’t been for a while.

Best Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I love how they have Holiday decorations set up, it was so inviting. Our food was hot and ready very quickly. Employees were helpful and friendly. Definitely reccomend if in the area.

I've ate at this DQ since they opened. About once a week. The food always comes out hot and fresh. The service is always great. You can tell it's family run. Night and day difference from the other DQ by publix, I avoid that oneDairy Queen by I 20 is great

On June 15, 2023, and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HERE!! I ordered a chicken finger basket along with some other items. The person taking the orders tried to tell me I ordered only tenders when I clearly stated I wanted the combo meal. Once I said my order over the intercom I thought that I had been heard correctly boy was I WRONG!!! The guy at the window gave me only tenders no fries I had to ask for my drink once my son realized it wasn’t fries in the box this guy come to the window SCREAMING at me in front of my teenage son totally embarrassing!! Over talking me I couldn’t get a word in edge wise I will be reaching out to the BBB along with Dairy Queen corporate leaders this is unacceptable and I will NOT accept this type of treatment!!

Came in for desert with my family. Best ice cream ever! They even added the syrup correctly, near the top <3Customer service could improve. My ice cream would melt if I waited on the server to finish their conversation first.

Stopped in here to grab some lunch on the way home from vacation. This was the first time I have eaten at dairy queen in many years. The food was delicious. We also got milkshakes and icecream, all of which was fantastic. Short wait for the food, but worth it since everything was nice and fresh. Look forward to eating here again soon.

Always a good place to come for lunch or dinner any day. Manager is very friendly and the rest of the staff vary from very nice to average. Food is always good and have never had to complain about it. Their freezer is always well stocked and the blizzards here are always on point. If you're traveling down I-20 or in town and need good cheap food this is your place.

The place was great. We stopped by as we passed through on a long road trip, and the server was patient with my indecisive kids and a frazzled me. The service was friendly and efficient. The milkshakes we eventually decided on were delicious. If I lived there, I would definitely go back.

I was on the way home and couldn't drive anymore 😪. I stopped at the nearest exit and what do you know "dairy queen". Long story short I slept in your parking lot until my energy returned. Thanks for the vibes. Rip to my dog kush. She was a good doggy.

Of course the ice cream products we ordered were amazing. The food wasn’t as expected but was fresh and hot. We had to pull out of the drive thru after paying and wait but I figured we would since we ordered food but it wasn’t to long of a wait. Cashier was friendly.

I live in Aiken and stopped in while on a short trip, this is by far the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever eaten at. I was totally blown away with the friendly and very attentive staff that was working. To bad this is to far for me to visit as often as I would like. Way to go.

Blizzards are good; Brownie&fudge Blizzard tastes good but the texture is odd as if you can feel sugar granules. Menu items such as chili dogs, fries, and chicken tenders are good. Employees are ok.

I went through at 3:24 on 8/30. the name maria is on the check. i’m pretty sure we spoke to 3 different people while trying to order and all gave snarky replies. we get to the window and she says the total but not another word the entire time. the fries are definitely recooked as they crunch like chips. 0/5 but i can’t put 0 stars. during these times are when you should be the nicest to someone.

The best Dairy Queen I've ever been to!! By far the cleanest and friendliest ever!! I'm very picky about restaurants and don't usually go to fast food other than Chic Fil A but this DQ is unbelievable
