I placed an order and they accidentally shipped the wrong color. I contacted them the promptly help me return it and credited my credit card. I run a small License To Carry and gun safety training business with my husband in Spring Branch, TX. We cater to mostly women who have never handled a gun before and want to feel comfortable owning a handgun to defend themselves if attacked. I was pleased to find most of their high quality purses have locks on the zippered holster compartment and workmanship of each purse exceptional. I am happy with my purse. It's a little wider than I expected, but easily holds my 9mm and is easily accessible if necessary. So many are made for compact sizes. So, this is a major plus. Also, love that it's leather and has a reinforced strap.
