My daughter's boyfriend calls this God's Chicken because they are one of the greatest fast food restaurants that keeps Sunday open for Church and family. I think that is why we all love that place. Plus it is hands down the best chicken that you can buy out. Plus they only have Godly people working for them, so you will always be treated with the highest standard of respect. More than I can say for other restaurants staff. Plus all of the Chick FIL A restaurants are always the cleanest of all other restaurants. Great Job KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

People love Chick-fil-A and the place is always busy. We place an order for our party lunch and I went to pick it up. I went inside in the “order” line and was told to wait in the dining area. After 20 minutes I checked in the “pick-up” line and was told by a second person they would call me. Another 10 minutes went by and I rechecked with a staff member and told them I’d been there over 20 minutes, she went to the manager who said they had my order ready. He asked if I had checked in. Which I told him I had, 3 times. He then disappeared for 5 minutes to pick up the order that was supposedly was ready....

Stopped at this CFA for dine-in breakfast— busy breakfast traffic but got in and only about five minute wait to post order; plenty of tables; good, fast service; food was quality CFA; dining room fully open with condiment bar fully stocked; good stop off I-20.

Ordered on the app. Took forever to get my order. Counter was vacant. Four different people came in, ordered, and got their food while I waited. I didn't have any kind of special order; two 12 piece nuggets and a large fry. Nuggets were miniscule. About the size of the nail section of my index finger. The food was good but Disney priced. Little food, big price.

We just stopped by the Chick-fil-a at Lake oconee with my husband and 7 year old boy on the way home to Atlanta. He was playing in the kids play area and he left a shirt there. We didn't realize it until we were 10 minutes away from home. This was a special shirt bought in the Bahamas. We called and asked if they could send it to us and we would pay them. They said they would send it to us and don't worry about paying. The owner Josh Waddy is an incredible person. Of course we are sending them money and will stop by there any chance we get.Also, we got our food quickly even though it was very full. All of the staff friendly and efficient and shout out to Shayna Shipley who I spoke with on the phone. Wonderful people and well-run restaurant!!

I’ll keep it short and sweet. This was the GREASIEST sandwich I have ever touched. The bun was completely soggy and when I bit into the sandwich it SQUELCHED! Absolutely not. I thought CFA had higher standards.

Every chickfila I've ever been to is great...except for this one. I've called the store and spoke with management several times and still no change. My order has been wrong multiple times, we have been missing an entire meal before. This time there were no straws, no utensils for the Mac and cheese or kale salad AND no sauces. We have had to drive all the way back to pick up the missing order. I am hoping by writing this review that someone higher up will see it and be able to help make things better. To be honest I would eat here a lot more if the service and food was better. Please work on these issues. Thank you.

This visit didn't start out as the best. After we ordered, the four in my party sat in the dining area. Within a very short period of time, we got 1 of our 4 meals. The team member (who was a trainee) didn't seem to know that the rest of our order was missing. When we asked about our order, she brought out her trainer who quickly went to make the rest of the order. When she came with the food, we realized there was a miscommunication in our order. We ordered a chicken wrap while the cashier thought we ordered nuggets.While things weren't going right, the staff remained professional, and then the manager came out seeing there was an issue. She took control and figured out what we wanted and delivered it quickly.So although things went wrong, the staff gets an A+ because of how the issues were handled.The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was in great shape.Nice visit!

Literally the slowest Chick-fil-A in the world. Avoid this location if you are remotely on any kind of schedule. 20+ minutes in the drive thru because it’s ran so inefficiently compared to other CFA. The inside was also very unkempt and the bathrooms were a mess.*Update: the nuggets didn’t even taste fresh and our fries were not hot. How can this food not be 100% fresh if the drive-thru is so backed up? Plus, they forgot all sauces and ketchup, despite us having a mobile order with it written in on each item.

when i was in line, there were two people who came back in missing items. one guy said the drive thru told him to pull into a slot and then forgot about him. i didn't expect myself to be the next person to face issues. so, i could barely hear the girl taking my order as she has no business being customer facing if she can't speak up. i ordered a frosted lemonade and nobody brought it out until everyone had already finished their food. then, they couldn't even find me cause the food person already took away the colored tent. so, they were calling me at the pickup counter even though i was nowhere near the area and then had given up. i had to go over and ask for it, but the other worker was already overwhelmed with the 12 people waiting around irritated at the slow food service and basically ignored me. I've been to about 100 CFAs across the country, every one of them have variations of decent white glove service to awe inspiring levels of efficiency and drive thru management. this place was a complete disorganized, overwhelmed, poorly managed embarrassment to that reputation and based on how long all the lines were and all the annoyed faces i saw, my experience was not unique. whoever's job it is to handle this level of service responsibility needs to be replaced. immediately. what a joke.

Pretty dirty for a brand new store. 3 soap dispensers in men’s room..all of them empty. Dirty stainless and dirty floors for 9am in the morning.25 min wait for a chicken biscuit with 13 people working the counter is not how Chic Fil A should be operating.
