Absolutely abysmal service from this location, as usual. I have been filling my prescriptions here for over a year and usually deal with orders not being ready when notified that they are. Today was the worst experience of them all. I dropped a prescription off on Friday and wasn’t told it was unavailable until I went to pick it up the next day. Then when I asked for the prescription back I was told they could not give me this type of prescription back or transfer it to another pharmacy. I didn’t even understand how that was legally possible. I have to wait all the way until Monday evening for my medication to become available and then they tell me they don’t have the generic only the name brand. Increasing the cost from $100 to $400. Absolutely horrific experience from a company that holds the keys to people’s livelihoods with life-saving medication.

The people that work here are pleasant and always try to help. They always recognize me making me feel like family. They even have an EV charger.

I have been coming to this location to pick up prescriptions but today will be my last time. I was standing here waiting for about 5 minutes with two ladies employees going through prescriptions right in front of me not acknowledging my service. No greeting whatsoever. Then another employee walks through the side entry door and still no greeting. One of the first ladies looked at me finally and gave me a smirk then continued on with what she was doing. The pharmacist came in front of the counter and said nothing but he may have thought I had already been greeted. After about 5 minutes of waiting the lady that came in the door had finally greeted me and took my service. I will considered going to another pharmacy company.

8/19/23 my parents went into the store at 9:30 to get 39 doordash items. While in the store there was 1 other doordasher and a few other customers. Exactly at 10 the cashier yells at everyone that they are closed and need to put their items back because they are not checking anyone out anymore. The other dasher said "you have to put them back" because he already had a buggy full and was heading to the check out when the guy made his announcement. This is just poor professionalism. There is no reason why the cashier couldn't just check everyone out and call it a night. If it was a super big deal then he could have announced at 9:45 to come to the register to check out.

Good pharmacy with a variety of both over the counter medicine and vitamins. This particular location was clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Could use a little bit of cleaning / re painting of the outside building but overall everything was as you’d expect from your local pharmacy.

Worst location ever. The pharmacy techs are rude. It’s an issue every single time I have to visit. If there was another location close by I’d definitely visit them instead.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you count all of your pills from the pharmacy. I make a habit of counting my pills when I do the 90 days refill. Several times I have been short 2, 3 and even 6 pills per prescription. Medicine is expensive so I want every pill. They need to do better and I mean the entire pharmacy. Only use this one because it is minutes from my house. Anyone else experience this issue?

Pharmacy is definitely lacking compassion and customer service skills. Do better. If you don’t like your job find something else. 2 stars ONLY because this is my home store and the front end is ALWAYS nice.

Grayson’s Walgreens is generally very good, but the pharmacy could do better. Mediocre pharmacy customer service pulls this review down from 5 to 3 stars.

The people at Walgreens have always been very kind. I think they are handling this pandemic and staffing shortage well. They have been able to get me the medicine that I need for my family. It has actually been a lot quicker than other local pharmacies lately.

I went in for a interview the pharmacy department, showed up on time. Was told that the store manger would be interviewing me. Took him almost twenty minutes to start the interview. He tells me that I was late and threw out my information. Then started to put me down for staying at one job for three years. Will not be returning to this location.

Great pharmacy with wonderful staff! Very customer oriented. I trust the pharmacist more than my doctor to provide me with any potential adverse drug interactions. This Walgreen's pharmacy is one of few retailers that still have awesome costumer service!

I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They will absolutely never have your prescription ready when it’s supposed to be and everyone in there is lazy and has no idea what they are doing. Lady literally shrugged her shoulders at me and told me she didn’t know when I would get my prescription that I already went back and forth and waited 2 days for. Just plain rediculous. Wish I didn’t even have to put one star

I felt like I was "bothering" this employee by even being there today. They were out of my prescription. I asked her to make sure that my new insurance was in the system correctly. She took my card and then handed it back to me. I assumed it was correct. I asked her how much it was going to cost me. She said that she can't give me that information because she had transferred the prescription to the other Walgreens. I had to travel to another town to get my prescription, only to come back home to find out that my insurance was not applied. To receive my money back I now have to go back to "that" Walgreens for my refund. I am a new CVS customer thanks to this experience.

Going Down Hill, Manager does not care about loyal repeat customers, I've been going to this location for over 7 years now, Not to mention at least 3 times a week. My son needed $30 for something at school. So i went in and used the ATM inside the store as it's the same one as my bank. Unfortunately it would only give me $40 back not $30. So i nicely asked if I could please get change for a $20. 2 $10's, They said I'm sorry you have to buy something, I said, Wow Really? Come on you know I'm in here almost every day, He said, I know you are, But nothing I can do. I left and called the manager, I told him what happened, I also told him that I'm in that store almost every day it seems. Buying something, school supplies, snacks for school, phone chargers when they break, etc.. i could go on for days. "Yes this may sound like a stupid complaint" But when I sold the manager that I really think that's wrong of them and that I will not be shopping with them ever again. HE SAID, ****I'm Sorry*** I said wow ok, I can see my business means nothing to you guys, Thanks have a good. Oh and FYI to who ever reads this. I have been given change before without purchasing anything .. Nice policy

I don't come into this Walgreens often but the few times that I have come in, everyone has been helpful and friendly.It's also very convenient to buy items online and then pick them up in the store. It's much faster and often times you get as good as or better deals. Don't forget your Walgreens reward card. The points convert into discounts.

I sent a couple of photos to be printed and one of them didn't come out right. Tarrence went above and beyond helping me get my Christmas gift printed correctly. I was so grateful that he took time out during a busy moment to help me.

Bought items at a Walgreens in another town, returned it at this Walgreens, and they gave me less than what I paid for originally. Not a big deal, they could just give me the difference in change but cashier & other floor staff were very unhelpful and refused to fix the issue...manager called me later to apologize though, so I appreciated that.

I went to fill my son's perscription and was told that my perscription could not be filled because the perscription was PRN...She told me she contacted the doctor and she said the doctor said the perscription was cancelled. This pharmacy tech needs to go back and brush up on her medical terms because PRN means as needed and my perscription is refillable until next year. Thankfully another person was there that had good customer service skills and refilled my perscription. I wonder how many other people were unable to get their perscription because of that techs ignorance. I like this store but will definitely not let that tech fill my perscription if she is there.

This was once my favorite Walgreens until the Manager followed me in the store during the Covid lockdown. I felt offended and never returned to shop in store. The drive up Pharmacy employees are very kind and patient.

The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke having to wait an hour for a prescription that was already called in hours ago. Especially when there isn't a line or a bunch of people waiting. The second time in less than a week I have been misled by the pharmacy for 6 hours. After 6 hours, still the same, no prescription. I call my doctor, have them swap out the prescription to Kroger, and in 30 minutes I'm good. So, if you need medicine, stay away from this place. They are deceptive, and don't even start working on your prescription until you are at the counter. And even then they look annoyed. So sorry to bother you by attempting to shop there.

This is an interesting Walgreen's - its in a small town - Grayson - so it makes since, but at the end of the day it is still a massively big pharmacy chain. I would love it if this was a local pharmacy/drug store - you know a self owned small business. But it isn't so I say keep acting like you are...
