Typically (during the day) they're quick with the subs however, the past few times I've eaten (or attempted to) I've had to deal with an EXTREMELY SLOW employee making subs. Tonight, I gave up. I watched 3 meals get plated, bagged and served and the one sub that was being made still wasn't complete. There's no excuse in ANYONE moving that slow. Complete disregard for patrons and their time. If I expect slow service I'd go to a sit down establishment. Not saying I can't wait a min or 2 but tonight was absolutely insane. I refuse to buy another sub up there at night. 3 plates to 1 sub.... with 4 toppings!!! Ridiculous

Prices are a tad-bit higher than other places but if u used your points to get the discount off gas it evens out. Its always clean in the store and employees are friendly, shelf checkout lady mostly.

You can't use your phone number to get gas you have to use physical card and I don't have my card. So my gas points are basically lost.

My mother and I went to ingles yesterdaythe store was very clear and very well stock. Some of the employees was very friendly and check out was easy progress.We we're in and out of the store with know problem and know long lines. The only problem I have was the deli sandwich I got, the turkey and swiss sandwich the bread was stale and crumbly not fresh.I think they can use a different type of bread for their deli sandwiches, now this is my personal opinion. However some of their prices are too high but due to inflation it's understandable at this point.This was my second time coming to this particular store. Now the ultimate question will I return yes I will

Ingles of Gray GA. Has the best deli/cafe/salad bar/pizza...they have so much. Subs, Chinese food, fried and baked chicken and soul food too. Definitely a place to check out.

This store is always clean and well-stocked with friendly, knowledgeable employees. They have a very wide variety of items and good prices. We love visiting the Starbucks inside!

Nicest Ingles I've ever stepped foot in. It's crazy how there is so much of a divide between the quality of Ingle grocery stores - some stores make my feel like I was transported back to the 1980's, while others are a slightly better version of Food Depot. This Ingles in Gray, GA can compete with a Publix grocery store. Whoever manages/owns this location needs to mentor the management staff at the Eatonton store. I've never seen an Ingles that had such product diversity, well stocked, or clean in my life.

Most of the people here are nice! The ones that I normally run across are very friendly. They do tend to run out of stuff sometimes like they can't keep things in stock. And you gotta be careful buying meats there, I bought some ground beef from there the other day and it was red on the outside and straight brown on the inside! I paid 17.00 for that and all of it wasn't even fresh!

Employees are polite, courteous and most helpful. It's a safe place, too. The inside of the store is clean. Items are in date and usually stocked. Management is super! Requests are met unless an item has been delayed elsewhere. Great sales. Food is fresh. Their products reflect the needs of the community. Great team of folks! Has an excellent pharmacy. Pharmacist and assistants are extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing customers with superior educational information and support! Great experience every visit!

A grocery store with a nice mix of options. We purchased a bag of organic apples that were marked Manager’s Special. They were marked less than $2 for the bag so I figured “why not”. Well, they tasted better than a number of regular apples we’ve gotten, and I think I only threw out one of the apples! The store was clean and out cashier was friendly.

I have always enjoyed the deli at ingles. Today I am greatlydisappointed I ordered 12 pieces of chicken. I wanted 5thighs 5 legs and 2 breasts. Well I was rudely interrupted while ordering not even from the young man that was helping me but another employee telling me I will be charged separately which is fine. I go to pay and the cashier was laughing and very friendly with the deputy in front of me. I set my box on the counter and she does not say hello or anything to me, I said how are you she said fine she rang my chicken up and walked off. I'm sorry I just left the chicken on the counterand walked off. but you will not get my business anymore. How rude can you be. You could of at least said Thank you but the lady that interrupted the young boy was rude and the cashier was rude.

Y’all have one of the best ingles delis, and cleanest stores. You have electric carts that are charged and available. My only comment, you should move the handy cap parking to the other entrance where you actually keep the electric carts.

I am visiting from out of town & came into the store last night around 6:45. The first thing you see is Starbucks. Great little set up there. You walk around to the right & there's a really nice produce section & salad bar. Then there's the Deli area.... There must have been about 5 or 6 employee's standing around behind the counter talking very loudly, hands in the air, not really paying attention to the customers or doing any work that I could tell. It looked & sounded to me like they were having a party. I found this very disruptive and not at all like a business serving the public would normally look like. The rest of the store was quiet other employees doing their jobs nicely, stacking the shelves & so forth. The store has a lot of variety & some really good deals, but you must have one of their store cards to get the discounts. Overall, the store Is nice & clean. They have plenty of parking & have good working hours. However, whoever the Deli manager is of the night staff is should really explain the importance of a first impression. That department is one of the first you see in the store.

You have not lived till you try Ingles deli, I myself and not the most trusting of some deli foods but it is kept clean and delicious any time they are serving. Before you grab a bit to eat can get all your shopping done beforehand with fresh meats and veggies that are more than comparable to the quality of surrounding markets.

This a great store with everything a grocery store would ever be expected to have, including a deli, bakery, hot bar, salad bar, sandwich shop, florist, pahrmacy and even a Starbucks. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 10 is they tend to also be more expensive than most other grocery stores.

I like Ingles. It is always clean, always has cashier's, always has employees willing to assist. Our daughter lives some distance away but shops here because of that. Prices are somewhat higher but I believe the ambiance is worth it. Things that need improvement include bagging and pricing correctly. Many of the younger baggers have no clue what items should go in first, double bag or not, quantity to insert per bag. Sometimes, too often I believe, one price is on the merchandise and another is charged at the register. Should never happen and the customer should not be charged the higher amount! Otherwise, this would be a five star review.

Little pricey but never a wait in line. Most items are only just a little bit more except milk I'm going to have to blast you on the milk. You paid double for milk that you would pay other places. However the friendly staff and no waiting in line is a small sacrifice for the extra cost of the milk. Stores very clean food always fresh it's a good place to go it's a good place to go I'll say that it's a great place to go

I was very shocked to see how great this store is now. It's on par with a whole food type store now. Years ago we didn't easily find items but lady week I was taken back of the upscale look and how attentive and helpful the employees were. I saw multiple customers bring advised on and or directed towards the item they needed. The produce Iparticularly was plentiful, healthy looking, and organic was available. The shelves were fully stocked, meat counter extremely clean, and no gross smells from seafood. I'll definitely go back soon.

Since I was in town do some work, I decided to stop in and pick up a few things. Wow! What a store! We don't have an Ingles in my town, but I sure wish we did! A huge selection of quality meats, veggies and, of course, all the regular grocery store finds. The staff was great! Friendly, offered help and even hooked me up with an Ingles card should I return. I'm 30 minutes away, but I think I'll be making some runs to the next town for groceries in the future!

Great place for shopping for groceries. Everything is fresh. The past couple times they barely had any fruits. The price is bit more higher but the store stays clean and never over crowded
