This is by far the best mobile grooming service in the area. Alfonso is thorough, kind, and very accommodating. Doc Holiday has used Howling Wheels since he was a puppy and gives Alfonso a four paw plus approval!

Cancelled on me 3 times- first time night before, second time morning of, third time just didn’t show up at all/didn’t respond to my texts asking if he was still coming. I took off work for all of these appointments. Foolishly I kept giving this groomer a chance, and now my pups have not been groomed in months when they typically are groomed monthly.Do not recommend- unreliable and unprofessional.In response to the reply from the business:As stated above, I did reschedule- and you didn’t show up or respond to my text asking if you were still coming on Saturday at 4:01pm. Alfonso did an amazing job! He arrived early and was ready to go at the appointment time. My dog gets a lot of anxiety with grooming, but he made her very comfortable and she was super relaxed when it was all finished. Listened to my cut request and she looks great. Highly recommend!

I have finally found the best grooming service! Alfonso is always on time (if not early), professional and does an amazing job. He is flexible and easy to work with. No mess.... it's all done in his truck in the driveway. My babies are not traumatized by sitting in a crate all day. They are so much happier with this service as well!!!

Mobile grooming at it's best! I have an 80lb American Staffordshire Terrier, and bathing him in the tub is not an option. He's happy when the groomer shows up, clean and happy at the finish.

I love Alfonso! My girls always look great when he leaves and it's wonderful to have a groomer that does one at a time instead of them having to sit in a kennel under a dryer or be in daycare all day while other groomers "assembly line" groom. Howlin Wheels was a refreshing find after my move to Macon!

I will continue to use Alfonso as long as he will let me! Truly an awesome individual who I trust to come into my home and care for my baby ( my dog lol). The mobile service is a huge plus for me because I have a husky and the HAIR in my car was not it.. I’m not sure what product he uses but she is white and when he is finished she is so so bright and pretty!! She also makes our entire downstairs smell so good for a very long time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Alfonso was great to deal with. Our original appointment had to be changed due to his wife going into labor and he was quick to communicate and reschedule where we didn’t have to wait long. He was perfectly on time and the service was incredibly quick and well done! 5 starts! 2 thumbs up! 10/10

Alfonso was very professional and quick to reply. He showed up on time and the appointment was very quick. I never realized the benefits of using a mobile groomer..they only work on your dog so the appointment is very short, you don’t have to drive anywhere to drop off/pick up, and it’s more of a personal experience. I highly recommend Alfonso! I already booked my follow up appointment!

Gizmo loved his spa day! Plus it was so easy for me! No worrying with dropping and picking up at the groomers! I also felt so much better knowing Gizmo didn’t have to sit in a cage all day!Great price and great work! Highly recommended. Alfy is the best!

We have found the best groomer and he comes to our house! Our Scotties always get car sick on the way to get groomed. But not anymore. And they are so much happier. Alfonso is great with their scottietude! We also have a Yorkie and everyone looks amazing!

I can not believe how impressed I am with Alfonso’s work. My dog is extremely anxious and can be difficult to groom so I was concerned about this being a positive experience for her... She LOVED him. I’m pretty sure he replaced my dog with a new, better behaved dog. She came back so relaxed and happy. He groomed both my dogs and did a wonderful job, but I can’t believe the job he did with my shiba. I also have to say how professional and nice he was... it can be so weird having someone coming to your house when you don’t know them, but he was cool and clearly loves dogs. I think he’s worth every penny to make sure that your dogs have a positive grooming experience!

Alfonzo is AWESOME!! My Beaureguard gets so excited when he sees the truck pull in the driveway! Running in circles, excitedly jumping at the door and easily passes over to groomer. That excitement makes me have a feeling of security, love and safety for my dog. I know he is happy and not at all in danger of being manhandle or harmed. Alfonzo is truly the best groomer I have ever had for my babies.

My sweet MS was a mess, he had a bad groom previous to using Howlin Wheels. Alfonso was punctual, listened and then did a great cut on my puppy. He looks amazing. Alfonso took his time and did Holston up right.

I wasn't able to get an appointment sadly. I know that you don't do just nails. I was made aware of that. But the message asked how I liked the service. And it kept showing up until I answered and did the star review. I cannot rate a service I never received because I never followed up on it. But it kept popping up until I answered. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I have caused. I would love to make an appointment with you closer to the 20th because I am living on Social Security as my only income since my husband passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I will give a 5 star rating in accordance with the reviews that I have read. I only need her toenails cut now because they are so long that she limps on that foot and I can't afford to take her to the vet at this time nor do I have the transportation. Again I am sorry for any grief I have caused you. I sincerely apologize.
