HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FINISHED SHOPPING AND GET TO THE CHECK OUT. MY CASHIER WAS PUTTING WAY TO MUCH ON THE BAGS. SO I WAS DOUBLE BAGGING AT THE SERVICE DESK WHERE TWO INDIVIDUALS WAS JUST STANDING And enjoying their coworkers working their behinds off. So I proceeded to double bag my bags. Ms Tanya, ( front end manager) ( how? Why?), this lady took the whole bag holder and hid it so I could not double bag my bags! I asked where did it go and she walks over to the register with me and I'm still trying to double bag . Y last bag, and refused to give me another bag! Well I got my bag double bagged. Ms Tanya goes back to service desk and proceeds to laugh and make fun of the negativity that was pouring out her pores. I called store five times and she answered and hung up in my face. I will continue to call until I speak to someone I do not appreciate being treated like garbage and this lady doesn't deserve her title! Since she refuses to allow me to speak to her store manager I will proceed to call the DM. Good luck if u go here and I hope ur experience is better but I highly doubt it she was way to comfy treating me like garbage and that tells me it's done daily!

Every time I go to the Gray location, the employees are friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean. They have a nice selection of products with good quality. Prices are okay for this area, and they can offer some really great deals.

So my husband and i decided to try this grocery store after terrible experiences at our local kroger since moving to Georgia. So we googled this place and we were excited. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! We gave this place 3 chances and each time they gave us a list of reasons to never come back. While prices are great and food is fresh. The entire time we were shopping we were followed by. EACH TIME! Harrassed by the same employees who felt it was nessacary to follow us to every isle. Making it clear that they felt we didn't belong. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder which is why i choose to shop somewhere with neutral/less populated environment. The same employees including the grocery manager those picking home delivery orders made it theyre right to ask me multiple times if i need help if i can find what im looking for and one girl packing out even had the nerve to ask me what my method payment was prior to me even getting online to check out. All three shopping experiences were terrible and grocery shopping and a decent environment is not worth my mental health. It's a new day and age and behavior like this not be tolerated anywhere. This company needs to hire a serious Asset Protection Team to prevent making their customers feel unwelcome unsafe and uncomfortable just go to Kroger or Publix

Couldn't find onion rings for my casserole and a very sweet lady that was putting up stock stopped and took me right to it. She was very pleasant and attentive. We need more people like her in these sad times. Thanks!

I just recently started going to Harvey's to grocery shop. I like the fact that their prices are more reasonable than most stores. There aren't as many people to deal with. If they don't carry a specific item, the manager will try to get it in stock for you. The bakery items are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful

What can I say, I love Harvey’s! Only reason I don’t give it a five, is the produce dept needs more variety & I would love more options in the deli. The meat dept & overall staff are the best around. The sales are always great and mostly stocked well. It’s a much more cost effective choice than the other chain store in Gray.

I went shopping at this market while visiting my daughter. I grew up in a very rural part of Virginia. Shopping in Harveys made me feel like I was back in rural Virginia. Gray is much bigger than the town I grew up in, but everyone in the store was friendly, just like home. Their friendlyness didn't feel like a corporate mandate. It felt like they enjoyed working in the store and were just friendly by nature. It was a very nice shopping experience.

A good place to shop. Customer service is friendly. Harvey's app helps save money with coupons and build reward points up to save money on groceries or gas. Pretty clean store. Good meat selections.

I did a seafood boil your shrimp and crab legs corn and seasoning oh it turned out wonderful with boiled eggs and potatoes everybody said that it was nice and spicy and delicious and three different sausage I should have took a picture of it but I didn't did we grab yes we did Harvey's five stars

Harvey's is always good. You can count on them to have the same things every time for a good price. Plus if you get a bogo item and only get one of them. You get it for half price. You don't have to buy two to get the sale price.

Okay, so I'm rating this place a 4-star rating because the steak and beef sales they run are PHEN-O-MENAL!!! Other products they carry are not bad for a smaller grocer. But this is our go-to steak place.

Kind of upset the one in my local hometown of Macon going out of business here. It's a little bit of a haul to go to Gray Georgia for them but the meat can't be beat. I usually go when there is a special with 10 lb of buffalo wings for $19.99 or T-bone or sirloin steaks for $4.99 a pound. Be careful on the steaks they tend to sometimes not be marbled with fat which is the best tasting part of them

I love going to this Harvey's location. You can guarantee that as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with warmth and sunshine smiles. They always make me feel at home and like I am part of the family. Not only are they curtious, they will go above and beyond to help you out with most anything you need or want. I would give this place a -10 if I could. The manager of this Harvey’s in Gray Georgia, Anthony Hicks, is not manager material . Harvey’s puts their 2 pack sandwiches on sale often which I tend to try and purchase for my husband to take for lunch. Every time I go in there I have an issue with them ringing them up wrong and/or mixed pricing. I always wind up going back to have it fixed. This time will be my last. As I went back inside I was tossed from person to person finally finding myself standing in front of the manager Anthony Hicks. He comes forward saying I had an attitude and slammed my sandwhiches on the counter trying to indicate the false accusations of what I did in which I tossed my sandwhiches on the counter because of course at this point I am frustrated with having to deal with this same issue every time needless to say the trouble I went through being tossed around trying to find someone who could and would resolve my issue. He was very unprofessional. A manager should never talk to a customer the way he talked to me. The way he was dressed in itself spoke volumes. He had looked like he had just walked in from the streets, and his attitude and how he handled the situation was the worst I have ever experienced. A manger should always try to defuse a situation not make it worse. I never got an apology for my inconvenience even after I asked for one.

Was discriminated against at this location. The customer service clerk needs some diversity training as she wanted my ID for lottery and as she could see I was clearly over 18 and I was in a hurry just wanted to be in and out. She said they card everyone under 40 which I never heard of that. Then I asked for a harvey /plenti store card she then asked if I was gonna make a purchase because if not she can't give it to me 😩😩 when I checked out later after my purchase the clerk that helped me said she could have gave me a card she just didn't want to. Other than that experience the prices on some items are good others are high.
